Fixed Sig issue with chrome users

 Lately I've noticed sigs would bleed over into the next post and I had no idea why or why it suddenly happened. I knew it had to be something with the new chrome update though. Apparently it has a bug in how it renders things but it is easily worked around so if you have been experiencing those problems they are now fixed.
I also added a new "Users online in the last 24 hours" code so you can see who logged on within the last 24 hours. lol
