Dental Help; I can't stop grinding my teeth!

 You can pick up a dental guard at Walgreens and or Walmart but keep in mind they are not cheap and are about $20. However if you have a dentist you go to I would schedule an appointment and ask them before buying one as they could recommend the best brand for you.
