Rush: *sitting on a rooftop waiting for the two to be on there way and silently whispering to self* ''Come on hurry up already >.> |

Marble Garden Act 1
|
Her eyes widened at the bag of coins and hastily retrieved it. She smiled at Mac and immediately hugged him, deeply grateful for his benevolence. "Thank you so much, dear prince," she said before gleefully walking back to the gloomy little store. Hiding the bag of coins behind her back, she quickly stepped into a chaotic room with papers on vacant desks, books disorganized on shelves, and cobwebs spun in the upper corners of the walls. There, Pytha approached Claude with a bright grin that startled him half to death. Claude arose from his desk slightly confused. "What did they say, Pytha?" "No," she replied, revealing the bag of coins. "More like what they did!" Claude fell back in his chair, stricken with a pang of surprise in his chest. He took the bag of coins, shaking it a bit to hear the clinking sounds only desperate people long for. He set them down on the desk and took Pytha's hand, dancing with her. When evening rolled around, Claude led her into the main room where their daughter occupied herself with shelving jars of frozen fruit. She looked their way and stopped to heed their words. "Sable," Claude said. "We're doing something differently this time around." |

C.I.: Mac, why'd you give them the cash anyways? Mac: They needed it, you could tell by the look of the building that woman came out of and the look on the woman herself. Not an average townsperson here. I just hope she doesn't brag about how the Prince helped her out.... Rush: Oh chill out Mac, it'll be fine, its just greatful people! Mac: Eh, I prefer to help out as much as I can without the labeled status of ''go to him whenever you have a problem''. I mean sure I can help people, but I don't want everyone to become helpless, some have to do things on there own, others just need a slight push to get going. Rush: .... C.I.: Well Mac, i'm gonna go train, these muscles ain't gonna get any bigger by walkin! |

Marble Garden Act 1
|
((A year later...)) The Astrals governed time in this world of kingdoms. The moon appears when day is dusk, followed by the stars which come out at around midnight. At dawn, the moon waves farewell before fading behind a misty atmosphere that soon welcomed the light of day - the sun - and it's soaring companions, the clouds. This time marked anytime from morning to afternoon until the daily cycle starts over. Rather than clocks that reveal time in numbers, the Astrals created the "astral" time to simplify busy lives. Thus, everyone decided it was around noon. Deep within the heart of the village, a lively tavern of Ruby citizens celebrated with drinks and games. It was that time of year again when knights and brutes would be randomly selected to serve as part of the mighty army only Ruby was famous for -- with Sapphire lagging close behind of course. Damien, however, paid the festivities no mind, especially since he was forced to maintain caution in such chaotic situations where breaking a glass could cost him some customers or even worse, his job as bartender. Bearing these consequences in mind, he held up a tray high above his head and slowly encountered customer after customer with wine, ale, and whatnot. He scraped up tips from vacant tables and called for other employees to clean the floors continuously streaming with bright-colored ribbons as well as the wooden walls, which were carelessly splattered with ketchup. At the sight of such filth, Dame could not help but raise an indifferent eyebrow. He sighed and cautiously trampled his way back to the front counter, placing the coins in his pocket and setting the tray down. He had to admit though - he enjoyed the activeness that celebrations often demanded. It was rare after all. Dame looked out the window from across the room. A customer will be yelling for more any moment now, he thought. He'd be lucky to even glimpse at the newspaper in front of him. Better yet... in the corner of his eye rested his long-forgotten full glass of his favorite elderberry wine. In fact, he needed it what with this mess. Edited by Dark Hero, Aug 16 2013, 10:51 PM.

Hydrocity Act 2
|
A rough skinned Brute looking figure had entered into the doorway, While not as big as the regular brute's in the Kingdom, you could tell from the lack of scars that he was faster and wiser than the other brutes, he may have even mastered some magic upon his battles, even though he had barely any scars, you could tell he was a veteran and more overly he was the King of the Ruby Kingdom, although being the king, he had no interest in it, he took the throne years ago from his corrupt father who had his sense power get the best of him, however he wouldn't have done it without the help of King Ezra or Prince Mac. In fact this was no other then King Hammerhead Ruby, most people just simply call him King H for short, others may call him King Head, either way he didn't mind. He walked into a bar to discuss something with the barkeep, who was once regarded as a legend in the army during the Ruby/Sapphire war, although not participating in the main parts, Dame had played a great role in massing the troops up from all over the lands and training them with remarkable speed. Later Dame would fight in the last defene battle where he had slayed over 50 of the Sapphires Knights single handedly before the numbers game would catch up to him. King Hammerhead (or King H): You got a minute Dame? *takes a chair at the front* --------------------- Character introduction: The Young King Hammerhead Ruby: King H is a Wolf, his fur is a blood red type color, his fur is rather rough, and although not a regular brute like most of the Ruby Kingdom army is, he could easily go toe to toe with almost any warrior. Him and Mac teamed together in the siege on Ruby Kingdom to overthrow the previous King ''Dante''. While King Ezra had kept almost the entire army distracted with his spirits summoning and spirit lines techniques(Moves that only a Sapphire can learn). Hammerhead Wields with him an enormous axe that can shift into a sharp type of hammer, He is also very adept when it comes to fighting with his fists, Most brutes were because they'd know that they may not have a weapon on them every now and then. But King H, wasn't a weakling, he invested in magic unlike the main fighters. As a result he became a very valued fighter for the kingdom, and the only person qualified to take the throne after the kingdom was freed of Dante. |

"Your Majesty..." Damien responded, surprised by the king's presence in such a place. He looked around the room. Citizens were still at their parties, throwing utensils into fruits, drinking the day away, and slamming down tables in laughter. He sighed deeply at one customer who managed to crack open a table down the middle. That's one table we'll need to replace, he thought. Not meaning to keep the king waiting, Dame snapped out of his glimpses and turned his eyes toward the king. "Well, Your Majesty... as you can see, I'm in a little bit of rut here. I don't think I have a minute to lose," Damien said, feeling for his own beverage. |

Hydrocity Act 2
|
King H: Well, I need to ask you a personal favor, but I see you're quite busy tonight. come by the Ruby Branch of the G.E.M. HQ. it's very important. I must be on my way, there are 2 others I need to tell the same information too. and thus the King departed to tell other people to meet at the G.E.M. Branch. ---------------------- Organization Introduction: G.E.M. is an allied forces organization between Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald. since these 3 kingdoms are on the same continent they've made peace with each other and formed a group, when outsider area's attack the continent, G.E.M. is contacted first. however G.E.M. is a United Army Group, the three Kingdoms still have a seperate army group for defending or trading (as a trading caravan often needs guards so that bandits are less likely to rob the caravan). In most cases you can also consider G.E.M. to be Centurions version of G.U.N. . They organize the 3 kingdoms and there units, putting Sapphires famed Knights in the front, the Rubys Brutes close behind the knights, and the Emeralds casters. There are other outsiders from other continents that have allied with the 3 Gem Kingdoms (Hence the organizations name). But usualy they transfer over to a G.E.M. kingdom to serve in G.E.M. ---------------------------- Continent Introduction: Continent: Libra Libra is the continet that Harbors the three Gem Kingdoms, and is mostly dominated by the Fox race. However the other 2 kings aren't fox's . King Ezra being a fox, King Hammerhead being a Wolf, and Queen Emma who is a hybrid between a Bear and a tiger. Queen Emma has the full appearance of a tiger and its speed, but the strength and endurance of a bear, making her a geneticly formidable foe. |

Marble Garden Act 1
|
At midnight, Damien shut the wooden door of the now empty but finally clean tavern. Walking down the dark pavement, his mind replayed the images and words of his conversation with King Hammerhead. What, he thought, was so important that now was the time for it to be addressed than it could have been all those years ago? He thought of a possible explosion at the gates. No. He would have heard the explosion so it wasn't that. The knights and brutes were going through another roster this season so there wouldn't be any need for him... at least, they haven't needed him for years. An urgent crisis? The streets would be full of chaotic residents panicking and struggling to get to safety. Whatever it was, Dame decided to lay the questions to rest and find out about it later. He would have to eventually. The next day brought the porcupine to, not only experience his off day but also wait in a seemingly endless line of recruits. Hours passed, and he was growing impatient. Bumping through the crowds, he trampled his way up the stairs to the castle's keep. He was suddenly stopped by a guard. "Sir, do you have special consent? I can't let you through without it," the guard spoke, blocking the porcupine's access with his sheathed sword. "The king ordered me personally," Dame answered. "Haha. That's what everyone says. Get back in line." A massive shadow loomed over the guard, causing him to turn around and see the king staring at him with an annoyed expression. The guard turned back to Damien, holding down his sword to allow access. Dame proceeded to follow the king where he was guided into a corridor. An idea suddenly flashed in his mind, and he rose an eyebrow at the king. "What are you getting at exactly, Your Majesty?" he asked, eagerly curious. |

Hydrocity Act 2
|
King H: I will answer your questions once we meet the other two. The two walked for what seemed like a never ending hallway but finally reached the room they needed to be in. In the room were two of Ruby's most Veteran and famous soldiers. It was Lossal the Tauren and Ivan the Hawk. these two had seen the Sapphire and Ruby war to the end, they were of the few who had noticed the Ruby King was corrupt and switched sides to Sapphire, they believed in a pure hearted king over a power hungry mad king. They had gone toe to toe with King Ezra multiple times during the war and eventualy joined forces with him after seeing the corruption of there King. King H: You three are of what's left of the 9 Eternal Generals of Ruby. I would like for you three to become Generals again and assist me in leading and training this army, under a more organized manner. I will not force you to do the job, but I will ask of your assistance. Lossal: Hmm, Doesn't bother me one bit. I think my true calling is anything related to war, i'm not really suited to anything else as what i've noticed. Ivan: I don't mind either, It's been to quiet around my life, it's beggining to become annoying honestly. King H: ... Thanks you two, what of you Dame? -------- Organization Introduction: The Nine Generals of Ruby There are 9 Generals of Ruby, all but 4 are dead now.. Members(Strongest to Weakest): Thunderkeep Sapphire Lossal the Tauren Damien Blackwell - Porcupine Ivan the Hawk Regina the Cat - Dead Malice Creed - Wolf Mia Creed - Wolf Dia the Eagle Lyne the Tiger ---------- These Generals were in charge of the army of Ruby under the Former king Dante Ruby, they were disbanded upon Dante's Death however. ALL of the generals have fought Ezra Sapphire, Ezra defeated all of them, however Ezra only killed Dia. Lyne, Mia, and Regina were all defeated by C.I., Rush, and Rurik during Mac and Hammerheads raid into the Ruby castle to overthrow Dante there C.I. Rush and Rurik would drag the attention of the three generals so that Mac and Hammerhead would enter the kings chambers. The killing blow to Lyne and Mia were both delt by C.I., Regina's killing blow was delt by Rush. Thunderkeep's Involvement with the Eternal Generals was under a spell caused by Dante, Thunderkeep was defeated by his Younger brother Ezra three times, upon the third time the spell was broken.Thunderkeep would turn to be neutral for a while. He switched sides to Sapphire once he noticed Ezra was fighting Lossal and Ivan by all on his own. Out of the Generals , only Thunderkeep, Lossal, Damien, and Ivan still live. -------------- Edited by ShiningDarkness101, Aug 17 2013, 09:38 PM.

Marble Garden Act 1
|
The question at hand sank the retired general into a state of contemplation. The images of war and decay were painted before his mind's eye - a blank canvas slowly smoothed over with tranquil blue skies and casual companionship, but then all was suddenly splattered with blood and agony. War changed a solder's mindset no matter how one looked at it. He himself earned the reputation of a renowned general. He had slaughtered enemies in the face of danger. Their hearts beat out of their chest as he gripped them close to him before decapitating them. Their eyes bulged and rolled in the back of their heads as they lie in wait for their fates. Had it not been for him and certainly other generals and their accompanying groups, the war wouldn't have proved to be a victorious feat, but the murderous blows everywhere left some sort of scar on Damien. Would he truly be able to relive the memories? Or... Would he stand the mundane life of a barkeep? The booming voice of the king suddenly penetrated his ears, snapping Dame out of his trance. His head hung low as if he had slept for ages, his groggy eyes seeing nothing but the tapping feet of impatience from the generals. Shaking his head, he looked up at the generals and the king. "I still need to..." He reviewed his reasons over. The bar, while simple, won the once active general a solemn lifestyle. Dame still lifted weights every noon before work and walked around town. It was not all in vain, was it? Of course not. There were days where he recalled training lower-class soldiers and days where he could pick up a sword and stare at its majestic blade in awe. Almost instinctively, his arm reached for the same blade he returned before stepping down. He unsheathed it and saw the everlasting glow on its blade, the shining tint reflecting in his hazel eyes. His brain followed along and turned over a new leaf. His heart pulsated with a burning passion rekindling from within. Damien had decided... he would go. He didn't know exactly what it was for, but... He would fight. |

Hydrocity Act 2
|
The King and the two generals shouted with a war cry of victory commonly known to the Kingdom, it was loud enough to where even citizens on the outskirts of town could hear it. The King had raised his enormous axe beside Dames sword, Ivan and Lossus would simply throw there arms up in excitement and praise, for what they had done was not simply make an alliance, but they had revived what had been the three strongest of the Eternal Generals of Ruby, the generals would bear special armor that had the Ruby gem painted onto the chestplate of there armor. This armor wasn't a simple piece of armor, it was a special armor imbued with special magic. It would increase offense, and speed depending on the generals specialization, in the three generals case's, Dame and Lossus would gain the offensive boost, while Ivan would gain the speed. While Ivan was the weakest of the 3 remaining generals, he was the fastest and when it came to strategic methods of fighting (like in a forest or a mountain) he knew how to win almost everytime, only having to retreat once against Ezra, Lossus's specialy as a general was his abnormal strength, he may have been the slowest of the generals in terms of moving, but when it came to taking a punch or dealing a punch, he was the best at this. Dame's specialty came in knowing when he could win or lose a fight and his great strength, he could easily analyze what he needed for a battle field, If he sensed he would need a retreat to avoid a lost cause or unit casualties. King H: Everyone, what we need to do first is get everyone trained the correct way, these Brutes may have strength and the muscle, but they have no knowledge of how to use that strength, and there speed isn't fast enough to land a succesful blow, they need to understand what a real fight is. I want you to show them what to expect in battle and not off of a friendly slow paced sparring match. Dame, I want you to be in charge of giving them a true sparring match, Lossus, train them in how to use there strength the effiecient way, and Ivan, I know it was Regina's job but I want you to show them how to become swift but all the same as deadly on a battle field. Lossus: *cracks fists* alright! Ivan: ... Hmm, very well then. |

Marble Garden Act 1

Nodding his head, Damien replied with a renewed sense of determination, "I shall do my best." He overlooked the town, scanning the smoky rooftops and busy streets. Citizens shot their eyes back at him in praise. They murmured to one another about the revival of the generals. Dame turned to face his partners, Ivan and Lossal, who too looked out the vast window. He nodded to them in approval and headed out to carry out his task. He had to admit though - it would be a while's work before he would reach that potential he acquired before. ~~~ A slim fox dressed in comfy apparel embraced his trumpet as he walked down the cobble road which was surrounded by grassy plains slowly transforming into reddish brown soil, marking the border of Ruby. He heard the war cry of the generals and wanted to see how much louder he could sound his trumpet, but suddenly became distracted when a chubby fox rolled down the hill towards him. "Look out down below!" he called out, crashing into the musical fox who in turn collapsed on top of him. "Ow, my head. I'll never do that again... Oh! Sorry Hans," the chubby fox said, and struggling to hop on his feet was helped by Hans who picked up his trumpet case afterwards. "Muddy... Muddy, Muddy, Muddy," Hans repeated with a sigh. He started to walk once more with Muddy by his side. "That's my name. Don't wear it out," Muddy responded with a chuckle. "Very funny." The two walked onward until a familiar face rapidly approached them. It was Zach, dressed in his usual disorganized shirt and pants. "Guys. I finally found a way to trash the king's room," Zach announced. He rubbed both his hands together. His eyes shot a mischievous glare to the both of them who looked at each other in confusion. "Uh, how?" Muddy asked, tilting his head. "Follow me. We'll go somewhere secret," Zach said and with that, he guided Hans and Muddy to a nearby alley where only spiders crept the walls in silence. |

Despite the walls of silence, there was always two people closely following Zach around, and they usualy have a good sense of hiding, these two were a secret admirers and the admirer's cousin. But When the Admirer notices something about Zach she usualy ends up speaking aloud or revealing herself when she doesn't mean to, She and her cousin, are both fox's just like Zach. the admirer, is usualy described by everyone else at Zach and her's age as the ''finest'' or ''hottest'' girl to walk the kingdom, but she only seems to have feelings for Zach despite her being popular and people constantly flirting with her, she keeps her cousin around her so that he doesn't get bullied by the tougher more brute type of people around, her cousin is more of a skinny kid who doesn't speak much unless really troubled by something. The Admirer: Hmmm I wonder what he's doing today *smiles* The Admirers cousin: Do we have to be in the corner? however the female doesn't reply to her cousin. |

Zach examined his surroundings: Nothing but a long corridor mimicking a ghost town and old buildings with cracked windows. Alright, he thought, this is the perfect spot. "Okay, it's clear," he announced. Hans breathed a sigh of relief and placed himself against a wall, sliding down to the concrete floor and sitting with his pained legs crossed; He had walked since morning. His trusty trumpet case lay upward beside him. Muddy proceeded to dig through the dumpster, curious as to what he may deem useful to their plan. Zach looked at the two, shooting them an amazed grin. His companions had always found pranks rather law-breaking so they rarely did them. The revival of the generals, however, proved to be an interesting opportunity indeed. It was a special occasion, but Zach felt it from within, a serious case of the giggles which even now he struggled to mute just thinking about it. Zach walked over to Muddy to check on his discoveries. In his chubby hand, an old suit and matching hat hung limply. Dust accumulated and dripped from the outfit. Although slightly disgusted, Zach nodded in approval and ordered him to continue his search. He towered over Hans, who looked back and groaned. Zach chuckled, but something suddenly clicked his mind. "Hans, what is today?" he asked rather frantically. "Oh, well, it's noon, sir," Hans replied, "and please don't make me do anything stupid." "No, no. The date!" "August 18, sir." "Okay." |
