It looks like the blast from a subspace bomb from brawl.....But it can't mean that adventure mode is back on for the title...does it?

Considering it was from the 3DS version of the game it could possibly be something from KI:U. Blast could have been one of Viridi's bomb things. Whatever they were called. I can't remember it's been that long since I last played it. That or some kind of item. Who knows~ EDIT: I was right. It's a Reset Bomb.

How even does she look so nice. New style suits her quite a lot. Also did she used to attack people with her crown? I don't recall.
