However, I still think Sonic 2 has that special little place in the top spot because I played that before the rest and could hum all the songs in order when I stopped playing it.

Nothing against all the other classic games of course - they all are grand. But Sonic 3 & K had this charm all its own that really makes it stand out all the bit more.

Sonic 2 was my first game ever and it's a close second. It has great music, level design, bosses, it's just supremely classic. But I like Sonic 3&K better for its length, power ups(lightning shield, etc), ability to play as Knuckles, and Tails ability to swim. Only thing I hated about it was that darned barrel on Carnival Night Zone. haha

Sonic 3 & Knuckles was hard for me to get into for some reason (though, I will admit the level design is beyond gorgeous) and I had a lot of trouble with Sonic 1. I'm not necessarily good at Sonic games, but I enjoy them as much as I can, and Sonic 2 is the game that I had the most fun playing.

It was literally the first ever video game I played in my life, and is what got me to be a huge Sonic Fan in the first place, so it holds a special place in my heart. If someday we meet in person in the near future, and I had recently done anything that would confirm that I had become a Brony (which as of now I am not one), such as if I had posted on a Pony-related fan-site, drawn a Pony-themed artwork, contributed to a Pony fanfic, or anything else along those lines. If I have done anything like that, I want you to punch me in the face without warning. This make sound like I'm joking, but I am absolutely serious about this. Ignore any future statements retracting this if I ever make any. Though if you do, please first confirm that it is me who is doing it, and not some Brony who is posing as me and wants to see me get punched. I do not wish to go down the path of the Bronies, and hopefully those of you reading this will help me so that it stays that way, if god forbid I ever even attempt it. Thank you.
