Good vibes.
 The point of this is twofold:
1) Give people the ability to rate others on how well their avatar and signature work together, and
2) Nobody's posting in the "rate the above avatar" topic anyway.

How it works is thusly: First, rate their avatar. Then, their signature. Finally, how it works as a set. So that's three ratings.

What I'd really like to know is why some images are available, and why others just have a button that says "Posted Image" and does nothing?
