Prologue: Activate

"In the beginning, there were three beings. Three high powered entities that shaped a world into existence. Codex, the law maker, the stone writer, the keeper of knowledge, truth, and justice. A-O, the head of the trio, the life bringer, the wrathful one, the world former, the creator and the king. Spirit Right, also know as the Omega Ghost, formed all the supernatural elements. Spirits, angels, holy warriors, and gentle beings unseen. All was well, all was calm, all was right within this world they created. Until evil slithered its way into the operation. Serplust, an evil being who only seeks to kill life, destroy souls, and crush the hearts of the innocent, made it's self known to the trio. It wanted to surpass A-O and become the king and ruler. It boast in its pride and gloated in its rage and anger."

"Excuse me, teacher." A teenage boy raises his hand. The teacher lifted his eyes from his transparent data pad to see who was speaking. He smiled lightly and nods his head.

"Yes, Royal. Ask your question." The rest of the students turned to the boy and waited for him to ask his question. He looked at his data pad, which was a different color than the rest of the students. One of the other students noticed the purple color tint and tilted his head.

"Are you even reading from the same Code-Holder?" The taller student asked him. A few of the other kids giggled while the rest just whispered before calming down and waiting for his reply. The boy who motioned to speak was still staring at his data pad. His dark blue hair curving down in front of his left eye as the top of his hair was a lighter blue color and spiked backwards.

"Come on, Royal, speak up already." Another student called form the back. His cybernetic voice echoed slightly. His lip-less mouth glowed a red color each time a word was spoken. It was like the boy was mainly robotic with skin covering him. Still, Royal continued to just stare as everyone else waited and watched. The teacher tapped his temple, bringing forth two light blue transparent circles to float in front of his eyes, his glasses more or less.

"Royal... Do you wish to speak?" Still, the boy continued to stare at his data pad. Until finally he lifted his eyes to the teacher. An expression of determination which struck a bit of fear into the teacher's heart. So much so the teacher sat back calmly to embrace himself for the boy's speech.

"I know this is what they teach us... But I believe this is all wrong. The trio who created the earth, they are really one being."

"Seriously? Geggy me-so dus, not this again." A dark orange colored girl with red hair, braided down to her lowered back shook her head as she spoke these words. Royal ignored her, to which his eyes became more determined than before.

"Everyone forgets that Serplust wasn't called Serplust from the start. Sperlust was called Lumminus, because its beauty out shined all the other beings, expect for the trio who were actually one all one being." The teacher sighs as he placed his hand on his cheek and shook his head lightly.

"Royal, I do not wish to-"

"The holy storm that guarded an entire city from the horrors that fell upon the world. A son and father fighting demons and purifying entire towns form wickedness. The destruction of cities because of an unnamed war that broke out on the world. Summoning different species from different worlds to come and fight for good or evil. Ancient powers used and unlocked in tombs long lost to fight and demand chaos of order in the world. The cycle that continued to spring up for years and was never properly dealt with, reforming the world and wiping the slate clean for a new cycle to begin... The holy codex known as Angel Sword revealed and used to empower normal human beings into something far beyond imaginable..." The teacher could only remain silent as the boy continued his speech. When he paused for a while to look back at his data pad, the teacher took this time to ask his own question for a change.

"What of this information, Royal? Why bring this up? What purpose does this have to announce such beliefs?" Once again the boy took his time in answer the question. His focus became stronger as he nodded to himself. He sit his data pad on the floating metal slap that was his desk-top. The data-pad closed into a silver cylinder device with a yellow circle glowing on the side, which was the button needed to press to open the data pad. He slowly stood up, causing the students to become shifty and shaky. Some even stood up with him as to run away in a hurry, or try to stop him if he did anything. The teacher remained calm, yet his senses were on high alert.

"I am the last of my kind. I am the last of I am the war. Yet this is only a cycle in which will repeat itself. This is the beginning, the coming of the king. This is the start of all the destruction. This moment, is simply a vision. A vision of what is to come. A vision of what has begun, and what was begun thousands of years before. So long as Royal lives, the cycle will continue... This, is the rebirth of the Royal Wars... A-O be with you." The teacher's eyes were widen only slightly, as his words seemed to be honest and true. Another student slowly stood up, more frighten than the teacher and everyone else for that matter.

"Brother..." He other boy spoke, to which Royal turned to him and nods once. This unspoken confirmation caused the other boy to grab a hold of his floating circle-like chair. He begins to sweat and panic as if trying to find the proper reaction to this notion. He looked around himself, everything seemed to move slowly as he looked at the other students. They were all confused, lost, and without fear of what was about to take place.

"RUUUN!!" Royal's brother shouts, when suddenly Royal's eyes began to glow a light purple color. He begins to float in the air slowly as he he extended his arms out to his side. The students began to panic as the teacher sprang to his feet. By then it was too late. An explosion roars out, punching a large hole in the large academy building. The dark purple smoke rising into the air could be seen for miles as the entire building structure shook violently. The alarms went off, causing the other students not in that room to run out of their classes and head for the exits. Inside the room the smoke was slowly clearing, only to reveal to the horrid state the room was in. Blood splattered every which way, debris covering most of the floor and students on the ground. It was a wonder on how the floor itself didn't collapse.

Inside a transparent sphere was Royal's brother, shielding himself with his arms as he he crouched down and embraced for the worse. Once he realized nothing happened to him he slowly covered his face and lowered his arms. He stood up, the sphere being big enough for him to full stand up in. He looked around as his eyes began to water and his heart began to race once more. Mouth open, heavy breathing, and simply in shock, he continued to look around until finally his eyes caught something shiny in the rubble. He cautiously walked out of the sphere, which shattered and fell elegantly to the ground. He was a bit startled when it shattered, but pressed on as he figured he was safe for the moment. He crouched down and pulled out Royal's data-pad. He looked it over, ensuring it wasn't damaged.

"Hello!! Is anyone there!" A female's voice came from the hallway. It was barely audible with the alarm still going off.

"I'm here! I'm okay!" The boy shouts back, walking over the dead bodies and debris to reach what once use to be the doorway. Once he reached it he stumbled into the hallway where a female teacher caught him from falling over.

"You okay? Is anyone else hurt in there... I mean..."

"I know what you mean... And no, they're all gone... Even Mr. Do-Gus." The boy replied as he lowered his head. The teacher lifted his head up a bit as she wiped away a tear from his eye before brushing his front fringes form his face to the side. His hair cut was similar to Royal's hair style, only he didn't spike his hair back and his fringe was shorter.

"You'll be alright, you hear me? Everything will be fine..." She tells him in attempt to comfort him. He just nods his head, not believing her for a second but he wasn't going to shut down any type of comfort at this moment.

"What's your name, hun?" She asked, to which he sniffed back a few tears and paused before answering.

"Jeslin... Jeslin Royal..." He answered, to which the teach nods her head.

"Well, Royal-"

"Its Royal J, ma'am. Royal was my brother. Who is now... Just call me Jeslin, please. I don't want to be tied to the name Royal for a while." He tells her as he lowered his head again, trying to stop himself from weeping. She simply nods her head and embraced him firmly, trying to put the pieces together in her head. She had a few ideas why he wouldn't want his, the first choice was obvious. His brother some how caused. She looked over the boy again as he slightly embraced her back, fighting his will to cry. The boy was untouched. Not a single scratch on him, not a smudge mark or any sign of burning. Only his shoes and the bottom of his leather pants were dirty, most likely from walking out of the room.

"Come on, lets get you outside." She finally tells him. He simply nods and held her hand as they quickly hurried to the exit...

Back inside the room, a small section of debris begins to shake. Soon, Royal emerges from the rubble, yet his entire appearance has changed. He was all white, a glowing all white begin with purple glowing eyes. A purple J was imprinted on his chest, glowing and moving as if there was purple glowing liquid moving within this being.

"So... I guess we're starting this again." A voice called from the corner of the room. It was a male with long dark green hair, reaching to his knees and tied in two metal ties, like a long ponytail. His eyes were yellow, and his skin was light tan. His cloths were dark blue and black, the plan t-shirt being dark blue and his japanese hakama being black. The covered his feet, and strapped to his back was an odd looking sheath, the hilt of a katana sticking out of the top of the sheath.

"A-O has sent you, angel of death... What purpose would this serve?" Royal asked, his voice completely nonhuman.

"Heh, you should know by now it isn't for us to understand. Just trust in A-O."

"This coming from one of the many who serves him."

"We all serve A-O, one way or another, we all serve Al-Mi and the plans created. We're unaware of it, but we're all part of it." The two of them stare each other down, Royal's glowing eyes swirling and swimming about with shades of purple and black, while the so called angel of death keeps his plan and emotionless expression.

"If you have nothing of importance to bring to me, than be on your way. There is much to be done in order to reawaken the cycle." The angel of death just stares as Royal finished speaking. Finally, within a blur, he vanished from sight. Royal waits for a moment as he looks to the spot where the angel was. After a brief moment Royal walks to the large hole int he wall, stepping on the corpses beneath him without a care. Once he reached the opening he looks around the large city filled with technology and advance machines. Then, like a bullet being shot, he burst into flight towards the horizon.
