Alright remember when we got that wonderful port of Sonic CD on pretty much every platform by Christian Whitehead? Well him and Stealth (another wonderful hacker in the Sonic Scene) has teamed up together and made a port of Sonic 1 and 2 to phones. I know these games tend to get re-released a lot, but this is a full port and not a emulation of the games, meaning they'll run smoother, and they have bonus features such as a time attack mode, and remastered soundtrack! There is a fake rumor going around that Sonic 1 is already out, but we're still not too sure when the games will be released. So once they are released, who will be getting them? Also rumor has it they'll be about $2.99 each so pretty cheap.

=SB= Sonic Logic Theorist.
I know I will be getting them, the other versions out aren't exactly the greatest, so these two would be great additions. Not to mention, think of what other additions these will have, regarding bonus content I mean.

I object to your claims
... I love Sonic 1 and 2, I really do, but couldn't SEGA rerelease a game that hasn't gotten a lot of releases? Like Sonic 3 & Knuckles? Seriously, I'd love Sonic 3 & Knuckles on the go.

Perhaps that's the next game they'll re-release, I completely agree with you on that subject. S3K is my favorite Genesis Sonic game, i'm assuming they wanted Taxman and Stealth to port those two first since they would be less time consuming than S3K, the engine was heavily modified from Sonic 2 whereas Sonic 2 pretty much is similar to Sonic 1's engine, aside from added code such as the Spin dash and the way the game handles layouts so it would take less time I assume.

The most important meal of the day
I would honestly want any of them on my phone, but $2.99 a game is a load of crap. Maybe $2.99 for BOTH, but not per game. 3 dollars for a cellphone game, that's just plain thievery. That thing better not have any bumps or stalls or glitches to be paying that much. I'll still buy them though. Also yes, I would love to play Sonic 3 & Knuckles on my phone. That'd probably be the first one I'd buy.

Character Select
I wouldn't mind having it. It would probably be loads better than that Sonic Dash game for the iphone. Sonic Dash is actually a pretty solid title but it is ruined with micro-transactions and a pay to win leader board.
