Running Out of Time; Sonic/Blinx crossover! (Finite and Mal)

Good vibes.
 Ranetta's ears twitched a bit. This was her first real time sweep. She was going to universe R7F60. A few time crystals had showed up, and she had to get there before glitches in time could evolve into monsters. Never a pretty sight. Her pale-pink fur glistened in the light of the portal, and she adjusted her red jacket and blue shorts. She was understandably nervous. Ranetta took a deep breath, and lept into the portal.

'Ello, lad!
 Yvette was in her house reading a book during her free time for she had a lot of work to do the next week. The TV was on, but mute and the most she could hear was the traffic around her house. She sighed as she closed the book and relaxed. "It's sunny out and there's nothing I can do to enjoy the sun..." she growled.

 Meanwhile, Eggman made a new discovery, and was about to capitalize on it...

Ranetta was in a sort of parallel time-space thing, which meant she wasn't noticed by the people of this dimension. She was just about done sweeping up the time crystals, and happened to be outside Yvette's house, when there was a pulse. A huge pulse. Over the world, electronics fizzled for a second, and there was a soft rumbling, like a distant earthquake. Ranetta stopped in her tracks, confused as to what was going on. <<"...What was that?">>

She then noticed someone inside the house. Ranetta froze, realising this meant she had been bumped to the same plane of existance as the populous of this dimension. <<"Oh dear...">>

'Ello, lad!
 Yvette noticed her TV going crazy through her peripherals for a second and looked up. "The hell..." she muttered as she got up and looked outside. Of course, she didn't notice Ranetta. She went back and went into her bedroom to grab a few things.

 Ranetta paused. <<"What am I to do?">> She wondered. <<"I need to-">>

She turned around, and noticed a green, blob-like creature. <<"Oh no... It's beginning...">> She pulled off her sweeper from her back and quickly looked around for something that could be used as ammo. She saw a bike, and swore to herself as she swept it up and then shot it at the green blob. The blob was stunned, and then it evaporated. The bike was now completely broken. Two time crystals emerged from the thing: A glowing blue crescent, and a glowing orange pyramid. She swept these two crystals up. <<"That was too close. I have to be more carefull.">> She said.

(Note: In my first two posts, I forgot that the species/people Ranetta belongs to speaks a completely different language. So, the <<>> things are indicating that it's actually a foreign language. I am simply translating it to help you guys, though the characters of Sonic's dimension won't be able to understand what she's saying.)

 Yvette heard a commotion outside. She grabbed her baton and stormed outside. "OKAY, THERE'S NOT GOING TO BE A FIGHT NEAR MY HOUSE, ESPECIALLY NEAR A POLICEGIRL'S HOUSE, WHAT IS GOING ON?" she growled, not knowing that Ranetta spoke a different language.

 Yvette's head titled back as she didn't understand what was being said. "Throughout many foreign languages, I've never heard this one..." she said to herself. She signaled Ranetta to come into her house. She had a device that could be used for her. All officers had one.
