'Ello, lad!
 You know, I don't think I can create my own avatar photo that looks nice and high quality and keep it at 30 kb. I know there's a way to boost up the size a bit through the Admin CP, if you can, could you do that please? I know it may seem lazy of me, but I get tired of uploading an avatar on a image storage website and then, copy and pasting the image link to the text box.

 The file size is 35kb for avatar uploads and is maxed out, it can't go any higher unfortunately. Mine's only 27.8kb and it's fairly large so I don't see the problem anyway.
