Hasbro contract with Take-Two Software studio Firaxis Games to develop "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" video game

PAWTUCKET, R.I. Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS) today announced that it has signed a contract with video game publisher Take-Two Software (NASDAQ: TTWO) to develop a video game based upon one of its leading brands "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic". Game development is to be handled by child studio Firaxis Games. At the helm will be lead designer Jake Solomon, who returned with his development team from PAX East recently.

Solomon describes his vision for the yet unnamed "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic" game as being a combination turn-based/real time strategy game. "We want to give the player the ability to bring all the resources that have been seen throughout the series in Equestria and to give them that ability to manage those resources, to send their favorite characters out on missions and even to develop your own ponies to combat the unknown threat to Equestria." he said from the Firaxis headquarters in Sparks, Maryland. "My Little Pony is a franchise that Sid and I have been big fans of for a very long time, and we want to make sure we get Lauren Faust's vision properly realized in a very fun and engaging game."

ok I noticed something off here:
PonyVSPony and My Little Pony: Fighting is Magic was deactivated, yet Hasbro is releasing an MLP game which involves combat, are they just changing their mind?
