Let's seeeeee...

Eragon.

I was a huge fan of the first book. I adored it. I thought Christopher Paolini was amazing.

And then the movie happened.

They changed so many things around, changed character designs, the character interaction seemed so stiff and robotic, and just aaarrrrgh! It drove me mad. I have never felt more let-down in my life.

Besides that...I'd have to think.
I'm probably going to be looked upon a noob, but some of me actually enjoyed that movie to some degree. Yet in all honesty, over the passing years, it's just meh! in my book.

Never read the books, so maybe that's also a reason why I have no idea what made the changes. Though whether it's my worst movie of all time. No! Don't think that's it.

Having to really think of it, I must say Beowulf.
Such a horrible movie. I'd rather never watch it again, because there's a word that summarized almost the whole movie. "Naked!"
Like seriously such a bad cliched movie.

That you haven't read the book is probably the primary reason you tolerated the Eragon movie. It's terrible, in respect to how much it changes and removes.

And assuming the Beowulf movie you've seen is the same as the one I saw... There was a lot of nudity, but I'd sooner watch it again than Eragon. xD;

But you can forgive it for being cliched; it's based on a legend, after all. Heck, it's actually the earliest recorded piece of English literature, and it further predates that translation by god knows how long. so really, it's not full of cliches because it's a cliched piece of work; it's full of cliches because the source material set so many of them.

If that makes any sense. ^_^;;

Speaking of Wulf (spelling ignored,) I think one of the worst movies out there are The Grey and Cirque du Freak The Grey was just stupid throughout the movie, and one scene was so bad that it was painfully obvious to anyone that it was a doll, not an actual wolf, that was eating the man's face. It's a movie, I know, but it should be convincing. Cirque du Freak might have been okay, but I had read the book before hand. It might have seemed better if I hadn't but it's too late for what if's.

Eh, that might be, but I just didn't like it.

On a serious note, didn't fancy much the musical, Moulin Rouge. Way to hyped in my opinion. And well it might just be, because I'd rather watch Mickey Mouse in black and white, rather then most often watch a musical, this were of no exception.

Well from the top of my head: Romeo + Juliet was just awful - good concept but it is very cheesy, the acting just seemed off for the most part and frankly the film was just stupid.
I also hate the film PlayBack - the film was certainly the worst slasher I have ever seen, the concept was just retarded, the story was lame, the acting sucked, and it made no sense. The villain was bad, too and the directors decided it would make him 'scarier' if they make his face messed up for no reason.
The American was a pretty boring film too in my opinion.

My brother was watching The Green Hornet movie last night and I pray to God that I never have to suffer through that load of crap ever again. The fact that I spent the ENTIRETY of the movie either wanting to kick the protagonist in groin or hoping that he wasn't the actual protagonist and that they'd reveal the true, worthwhile hero soon. I swear I have never before despised the main character in a work this much. I imagine he must have been way better in the original TGH series, but Seth Rogen's protrayal in this film just made me sick, angry and frustrated.

Haha! Yes, he's really annoying. I spent that entire movie laughing. I believe that the comics are much better.

I don't know where I'm going.
I found Citizen Kane to be unbelievably boring and terribly scripted. It's AFI's vote for the greatest film ever made though, which is why some people say I'm crazy because I hate it (film enthusiasts anyway).

I actually liked The Green Hornet, I thought it was pretty funny! It's been awhile since I've seen it, but I did go to see it in theaters and I had a good time. I love Cameron Diaz, too, so that only helped.

Wrath of the Titans which is possibly the first movie I ever saw that made me rage. Nothing made sense about the story, the plot details, and made the movie come off as pretentious by trying to be edgy, espescially the main character.

I would go on to why, but I imagine my reasons won't make sense for my hatred for this movie, but a few things I like to note.

Apparently EVERYONE was on board with stop worshipping the gods(well almost everyone apparently), this apparnetly covered a entire worlds worth of people likely not affiliated with the kingdom the story takes place in, and somehow the gods work on Need Prayer Badly even though since they are the Greek gods, they existed before humanity did and why they would need humans(If you know your mythology, humanity was more of a prank, a joke played on Zeus, and were created by Promethius if I recall right, pardon as I read this years ago and could be wrong) to worship them, or would not still have cults and such still devoted to them.

I also loved how Hades was so afraid of dying even though he was the GOD OF THE DEAD/UNDERWORLD. He mentioned how humans go off to afterlife and shit, and when gods die they just disappear. Somehow I guess being God of the greek realm of the dead does not give you people that depend on you enough to worship you? Since you know, there some pretty nasty demons and what not that would love to have no one stopping them from feasting on souls? His last line of the movie also really annoyed me.

If it was Gods and a world that was made up, Id let it go, but its like my writing teacher said when I mentioned my character carrying historically real guns, "If the person knows about it, its hard to grasp a lady holding two rather heavy rifles." If they made it a fantasy world(technically is, but when you use Greece and Greek gods, you make it sound like it takes place on Earth and still even if its not Earth, my problems still reside), I know the mythology and I know that the Greek cities were not the only peoples in the world(In fact, many of the Roman Dieties are basically Greek Gods with different names).

And dont even get me started on how by "Titans" apparnetly just means Kronus...

The special effects were cool though. Just like the 3D (and I don't even like 3D). Story was dragged out and boring, actors could be better, but I don't think it's the worst movie ever. ;p
