I imagine it'd look much the same as it would look now, though stores would have a feminine focus for obvious reasons. Really, it depends on how long this has been an accepted fact. Has it just always been that guys die at 12 or was this a sudden "oh no everyone just kinda DIED what do we do" event. The former has some unfortunate implications when it comes to certain things. :I
