Crono - Your second skill has to be from levels 1-5 as stated in the character sheet, which means your skill's damage level has to be from 100-150. Also, you can join in once you make the changes I addressed to you in your character sheet. Its nice that you just posted your fixed skill set but I need you to edit you post with your bio in it and make those changes.

You can only fuse them into your own weapon, but never use it by itself. Crono - Just change your weapon's damage level to 50 and add Game Mode: at the bottom of your profile(and pick a game mode of course) and we're all good.

Josh - Your weapon is just a weapon, simple as that. It doesn't have any elements expect for its damage. As I stated before, your weapon is really your strength. How strong your attacks are depends on your own weapon. if you were to use another weapon(which you can't) your 'strength,' or the other weapon itself, will be weaker than your own weapon. Meaning you'd do very little damage and could end up killing yourself. Either way, your weapon is your own.
