Rouge, Omega, and The Babylon Rogues are interesting because they are technically villains (in Rouge's case no longer so but she's still adorable) but the story is from their perspective and they fight a greater evil sometimes.

Also, we could use Shadow because in my opinion, it seemed lke a long time ago that he was a playable character (last game that comes to mind: Sonic Chronicles: The Dark of Brotherhood). There are numbers of characters that need to be used more often than Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, or Amy come to think of it. Ask yourselves, when is it the last time that there was a Sonic game that had a playable character that is not Sonic (modern or classic), Tails, Knuckles, and Amy. Believe it or not, it is harder to answer than you think.

I know it's not likely, but I just love her character! She was interesting enough ~~and people will stop complaining about her "not being canon"~~. Also, Marine was a pretty fun character to see. And poor Metal Sonic hasn't had any major appearances lately (although Sonic Generations gave me a feeling they're going to bring him back as a main character soon. Him and Silver.) Character Select Posts: 12 Group: E+ Rank Adventurer Member #13,401 Joined: January 17, 2013 Game Currently Playing: Sonic Adventure 2 PC	I'm surprised no one mentioned MIGHTY Despite the fact that he only appeared in Knuckles' Chaotix and SegaSonic The Hedgehog, I miss him, he needs to make a first-time appearance in a MODERN game, as long as he has a good voice actor. A nice twist would be to make Mighty Sonic's cousin or something, that actually would work out quite well.
	"Hey look it's Sanerkkkk!" - Egoraptor Geezers, years and years and I finally got to play Sonic Adventure 2. It's great, the emerald hunt and mech battle modes really slow down the game though. :/ Maybe it's just me. Sonic fan, for years and years, and still am. Glad to see Sonic and Mario don't wanna rip each other limb from limb.

He'd probably make a fitting neutral dark character if done right - doing things for his own gain but not against helping out Eggman if he thinks it's going to benefit himself.

I always thought it was a pity that there were no Sonic X themed games.
