I will be focusing on improvements of all current skins instead of creating new for the time being. Post all suggestions for improving the current skins here and I'll update the main post. New Changes: Spin Slash Act 1&2 Banner Spin Slash Default Banner Spin Slash Act 2 Buttons(New Topic/Add Reply) New top buttons below the banner(search, members, calendar, etc) Act 2 new background Blue Heroes Banner Blue Heroes Buttons(New Topic/Add Reply) New forum markers Planet Wisp Banner Planet Wisp Buttons(New Topic/Add Reply) New forum markers Planet Wisp background blends in better Main category bottom(Example) has been updated and less generic. I like some of the ideas for new skins but I won't be getting to those for some time. Pianta Mar 4 2013, 08:16 AM Have to get used to the new Blue Heroes banner, mostly because I've been used to the old one for years - but the changes are for the better. ;D It fits more with the theme of the skin and it is more like what it used to be although they were both good but I felt the old one was just too much the same as the default just with different characters in it. I like the new forum markers the best. The blue master emeralds were a rush job and I never liked them in the first place but I never knew what to use in their place and I realized the Sonic Heroes logo would be very fitting as it incorporates most of the heroes icons and symbolizes team work. Ludichaos Mar 4 2013, 08:55 AM I see what you did there for the Blue Heroes skin. As a Spin Slash Act 2 user I don't get a lot in terms of changes, but what little I have received are for the better. I prefer the new Add Reply/Topic buttons and the new top buttons stand out and work well with the aesthetics of the skin. Simply put, I like it. Nice job, Metallix. To be honest SS2 is almost completely fine as it is. There really aren't any things that need to be fixed. I started out doing SS Act 2 as a revamp of the original to replace it but I decided to keep the original and the new one because the original is just cleaner and more simple to give people the option to pick which they prefer. I have been tweaking Planet Wisp and doing a lot to that, anyone want to give me opinions on those changes? I made the background blend in better, made a banner, and added color to the main section underneath the board.

I did a few more tweaks to Planet Wisp(new buttons, touched up the banner, etc) and Spin Slash Act 2. I also organized the first post. Yeah, the original SSA2 banner was black & white too. Lilfate Mar 15 2013, 07:30 AM Nice touch on the Spin Slash Act 2 Also, I didn't notice you touched up Planet Wisp, awesome job. However, I think you over looked my comment. Either that or you don't feel like adding my suggestion, which is fine either way. xD Lilfate Oil Ocean could use a cool banner. Its the only skin without one... On that note, Oil Ocean was the level I hated the most for some reason, so I could careless about the skin, wont be using it I like it but I think that'll be something I do towards the end after I work on all the other skins first. Maybe even longer because I want some inspiration for the banner first rather than it being the same old style of banner. On a side note, Twin Propeller has a new banner and name change to Tails Blast. Edited by Neo Metallix, Mar 15 2013, 02:23 PM.

I really like how the banner turned out and was looking for opinions. I removed the underline beneath links, changed the banner and banner position.

Or? Because to me it looks blurred out and vague and even though it's resized, the image of Sonic is still blurred. From a graphic designer point of view, I would suggest you unblur it so it all looks crisp and clean again. Though I don't know precisely what you were going for, but those are my two cents. Also while editing this posts I noticed the post box is dark pink while the text is orange. This is something that could not be easy on the eyes as for I having trouble seeing my text... (Yes I'm a graphic designer I notice these things. xD) Hmm the text is a good observation. However I'm kinda surprised you didn't see what I was going for with the banner. It's supposed to look like a painting. Making them crisp would conflict with the background because the background certainly is not crisp and clean. The image is resized but only reduced, I didn't enlarge it. They are really awesome! I would love to see maybe a Radical Highway or a City Escape theme. Gotta speed!! They've all been done over the years but after awhile they got pretty easy to do and took very little time. The default skin took me the longest since it was the first and I kept redoing it to make it look as good as possible. Kept trying different designs in the same basic theme but eventually settled on what it is now.
