Is Opera a viable browser to use? I don't want to use Chrome.
Honestly, I'm not sure, but I can check. I put Opera on my computer about a week ago to play around with it, so I'll scan through the forum skins on there and see how things look. It's installing an update, but I'll edit/post here once it's done and I've checked.

Edit: Yeahhh, I'll check through the rest of the skins, but upon going through the default and Sonic & Knuckles skin, I've discovered excessive lag and that some of the smaller icons don't load. The website lag alone is enough for me to recommend using Chrome over Opera for the forum, but if you don't like Chrome... Either try out Safari or Firefox. I've had decent browsing experience in the past on both around Zetaboards forums.

Edit2: Twin Propeller and the two Shadow Blade skins don't lag quite so badly, but they still suffer from missing icons. Shadow Blade Act 1 has even more missing than in Chrome, strangely enough.
All right, I checked all of them on Opera. Other than Blue Heroes, Twin Propeller, and the two Shadow Blade skins, all of the skins suffer from lag and slow loading. All of them lack icons, including ones which I know appear on Chrome. So, Opera unfortunately doesn't look like an option. xD;
