Yep.
 Preeettty much what the title of this thread says. Everytime i try to press the shiny blue "New Topic" button, it gives me this message:

You do not have permission to start a topic in this forum.
Error Code: 13002:1410000

Anyone can help a brother out here?

 I thiiiink you can start more than one topics in the Knothole Welcome Village, never done it before myself but I've seen plenty of people do it. But yeah, like Crono said there are special topics for that. So then I consider this solved then. :3
