Chaos Emerald Posts: 691 Group: S Rank Knight Member #746 Joined: March 19, 2007	It's oval shape spans from one side to another, approximately 250 feet in length, width exceeds about 95 feet, allowing for plenitude with space to maneuver. The surface it self, tends to be uneven with mostly sand, with an rather thin layer of concrete around the center. Yet it's ancient architecture haven't exactly survived harsh winters and time it self, and thus our fighters will have enough memorizing where to step, to avoid certain mishaps. Certain obstacles has been specifically made for this tournament only, providing decent cover opportunities, such as, medium sized wall, partly damaged, nearby each entrance. Rocks situated at the center like a clock, without numbers three, six, nine and twelve included. The round of events what will unfold throughout the round will make out in an shifting weather cycle. Beginning at first light, at first sunlight, perhaps giving one or the other, a slight benefit of having it directed towards them. Upon round six, clouds will emerge, and upon the seventh round rain will pour down, until round fourteen when clouds will scatter, introducing the beginning of a slow darkness covering our combatants. Stands are situated on the north and southern side. Situated fairly high to avoid an unfortunate bloodshed, as what comes beneath them, are dangerously obvious. The vampire made his way into the area. It looked too similar to his home, or rather where he use to live. It brought back memories of a time when he didn't know he was a vampire. Shaking these thoughts aside he looked up at the sky, sensing the air pressure and feeling that the course of the weather would change soon. Something felt abnormal though, he couldn't pin point what it was, but this place had a unnatural feel to it. The fact that this place could barely handle the rough touches of winter was the least of his worries. Harsh winters meant harsh winds. This could go over well. He then noticed the rocks in clock formation. Maybe this was the odd feeling he was getting. Did this symbolize something to come, perhaps why the air pressure seems to abnormal? Regardless, he had a fight to tend to. "Lunar... Come forth..." Upon speaking those words Mev was expecting his nanobot to make his appearance. Lunar didn't show. Mev could think of two reason for this. One, he was already here. Two, he was undergoing a transformation. It was the latter, seeing as the air pressure caused Moon Blade to transform into his 'adult' form. "My master..." Lunar spoke, floating next to Mev. Instead of being a Moon Blade he was now a Blue Knight. The difference was his voice, which was a bit deeper, his character, now more serious, and his physical appearance. Everything else was the same. "So, you sense it too..." Mev comments, knowing Lunar could sense when a storm was coming, thus his body changes. Mev adjusted his sunglasses, not even wanting to look at the sun. Too much sunlight was coming in, he'd have to deal with it until the clouds blocked it or he staid in the shade. However, he just tucked his hands in his pockets and waited for his opponent.

The energy transfer was a success has Combo's hand received the strength increase and his hand turned from green to red. There was a reason for this. Ignoring the nanobot who obviously wasn't going to attack him, he used his boosted hand to punch the wall he was hiding behind. The wall easily crumbled under the force of the strike, so imagine what would happen if he could get a punch on his opponent with that kind of firepower? But that wasn't what he was going to use it for. Climbing over the rubble, Combo found the largest piece he could. A thick brick from the wall, more than half the size of Combo, would be perfect. The large chunk of ancient architecture weighed next to nothing in Combo's Arma-powered hand. The sight was almost ridiculous, a person wielding a large chunk of durable foundation like a common sheet of paper. The vampire was hiding as well, so there was no one around but the nanobot decoy, who wasn't a big priority anymore. Not like there was much of a point to the decoy anymore anyway. Combo simply leapt onto the center rocks and positioned himself so he could still see the tiny combat assistant. For now, Combo waited for Mev to make his move. This time, the fighter was the one ready for a counterattack.

I proooomise xD Thanks anyways) Lunar spun around, noticing that the guy crumbled the wall. The nanobot only stared for a moment. He gave away his position? Also, he ignored the nanobot that could turn into a weapon at any moment. Two mistakes. A flash of white light was released. Lunar was back in his sword form, only this time instead of being summoned he simply transformed and stabbed himself into the ground. This could of happened for two reasons. One, Mev was too far from Lunar to actually summon him. Two, Lunar transformed on his own and simply waited for Mev to pick him up and use him. The latter wasn't the case. This was part of Mev's improvised plan. Mev clung to the top of the wall he was hiding behind and perched himself on the top. He stood up, and pointed his right arm towards Combo. A surge of wind rushed towards Combo, bringing with it the rain it gathered. Mev bent the wind so it wouldn't just rush straight towards him but move up towards the sky. There was a reason for this. Combo would no doubt be lifted up into the air a bit. That is if he still held onto his chunk-of-wall and not hurl it in attempt to hit Mev. If that was the case Mev was ready to leap out of them way. Even if Combo wouldn't be lifted very high, the pieces and chunks of wall would be lifted into the air, along with Mev's sword. This is when Mev would quickly close his fist, which would signal the wind to push the objects that were lifted to rain down on Combo. The chances of Combo being pierced by his sword was small. However, Combo would have pieces of stone and rubble raining down on him with a bit of force. Gives a whole new meaning to being stoned. Posts: 2,305 Group: S Rank Hero Member #12,433 Joined: October 2, 2011 Gender: Male	When Combo began to notice the beginning of the wind to bend again, he quickly leapt from the rocks and slammed the large chunk of wall deep into the sand. The arena shook slightly as the loud ring of the structure plowing into the ground. He gripped the chunk of wall with all his might and laid prone on the ground. His body elevated slightly, but there was no way that wind was going to pick the both of them up. With little effort, he picked the large piece of architecture back out of the sand and wielding it again. The rain masked the sound of pebbles falling down but when the larger pieces of earth began to fall, it took Combo little effort to move away. Celer and his senses wouldn't fall for such an obvious tactic. "Something tells me you don't want to win this match. You're going to have to do far better than that!" the fighter yelled, as his target hid. Unbeknownst to his enemy, he began to charge his Arma's signature ability: a sonic blast that throttled through the air with the same multi-striking effect of his punches. It only appeared as dense, thick air when fired, but the force was too strong to be simply bended away like the wind. Of course, if Combo wanted to use this move, he'd have to remain subtle while he was charging. Hopefully Mev would hide long enough for him to bank the energy and use it whenever he needed.

So yeah... xD) Ignoring his opponent's words Mev only waited for his next attack. He wasn't going to wait very long though, to which he noticed his opponent didn't attack but just stood there. Mev wasn't clueless. The guy was either prepare for his next attack, or charging one. Either way, he was motionless, something Mev was tempting to take advantage of. However, he decided to take this time and do the same. Mev, still standing on the broken wall, began to gather wind energy within his palms as well as around him. The wind swirled around him as he began gathering energy, to the point that the wind energy was visible, taking the form of flowing light blue smoke. As for Lunar, he had landed away from Mev and Combo, still in his sword form. This didn't bother the vampire. He simply continued charging for as long as Combo would let him. Any amount was good enough for his next attack. Combo was right however. Mev didn't want to win. He wanted to kill... He wanted the taste of blood... [Round 8 - rain, rain, and more rain]

There were plenty of large stones to grab a hold of to counter the dominant gusts of winds. For now, he'd have to part with it. It's not like he could accurately fire his shot with this rock in his hand regardless. Spinning for momentum, he hurled the giant brick of architecture at the large wall, making it crumble and shatter in response. With Celer in motion, Combo began jumping on whatever footing the crumbling wall would provide. If Combo could get a hold of his vampiric opponent, he'd be sure he could fire off his move properly. Using it from range would provide no use, seeing as he could easily bend the wind and move out of the way. But firing from a grappled position would carry him and do plenty of damage. The swirling blue energy of his opponent didn't phase him. With two methods to counter, hopefully he'd brush off the attack. Wind is hard to read so who knows what would happen. But in the chaotic flurry of rubble flying around, these two opponents had the distance closing between them.

Once Combo moved Mev was suddenly rocketed into the air by a powerful explosion of wind. He aimed his palms down and used the wind he gathered to blast himself high into the air. Depending on how close Combo was he'd get the wind knocked out of him while being hurled several feet back. It was similar to a rocket blasting off, the amount of off on the quick take off had a radius of seven feet around Mev. The meerkat was high above the ground, nearly twenty five feet into the air and slowing down. There was a moment where he seemed to float, remaining suspended in the air as he looked down upon his opponent. With his arms out and one knee bent a little, he started to descend. He position his body so it looked like he was flying down towards Combo. His speed increased as he continued to fall, and suddenly he burst forward like a rocket towards Combo as he used the wind around him and momentum to triple his speed. It didn't take long for the vampire to reach Combo as his claws out and aimed for his chest, ready to pounce on him with such force he'd dent the ground with Combo's body or his own upon missing and landing. Mev suddenly went off course and blazed pass Combo as he hit the ground with a loud boom. A beeping sound was coming from Mev as he remained in hiss crouch position a few feet away from Combo. He stood up, the ground beneath him was cratered a bit. He ignored Combo for the moment as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a comm-device. "Speak..." Mev ordered, to which he simply listened. Whoever was talking was talking in Mev's ear, as no sound came out of the device. Mev's eyes widen a bit as he looked at the ground. His eyes were a bit watery as he listened more. "Fine... I'm on my way." In a bit of rage he crushed the device and tossed it to the ground. He sighs as he shook his head. "I forfeit this match... Congratulations." With that said he looked at Combo for a moment, then turned around and started to head out of the area. Soon, Mev was gone, out of sight and far away from this tournament. It was a good fight, not it wasn't an important one. Apparently there were other things that needed his attention.

I would've countered with the Arma shot but it doesn't matter now. XD)) Combo threw his arms up in defense as his aerial climb was halted. The large gust of wind not only halted Combo's momentum, but knocked all available debris away from him. The fighter would now simply fall back to the ground with no footing left to dodge. It looks like his tenacious attitude got him in trouble. In a desperate attempt to dodge his high-speed moving opponent, Combo quickly turned his body and fired his Arma Charge shot towards the ground with a heavy left hook. The force from the blast propelled, fired at the correct angle, recoiled the fighter successfully out of the way. Not only was his attack nullified, but he expended the energy of Arma, in which he'd have to surge his energy to activate it again. Skidding to a stop, Combo prepared himself to recharge his energy and prepare another attack, but that was until Mev suddenly stop. His vampiric opponent suddenly filled with emotion and promptly forfeited the match. Combo was about to keep the opposition from exiting, wanting him to take the fall for his brother's actions but he didn't... The wave of sadness that suddenly crashed over Mev was obvious. Deep down, the fighter knew that something was terribly wrong, and it wasn't his place to get in between his opponent and his personal affairs. "We'll meet again..." he muttered, somehow knowing that fate would bring them together to settle their feud. For now, the fighter casually slung his back over his shoulder as if he trademarked it. Looks like he was back to the lobby, and a round closer to victory.
