Since I believe the admins and the moderators and such would be the first to handle such a problem, they are the first to be frozen. )) (( If I need to edit this, I will. )) The bot struggled to drag its body over to the control console, despite both of its feet being frozen in blocks of ice. The bot reached up to press the Emergency Lockdown button, but a figure quickly grabbed its hand from behind. A foot stomped down on the body of the bot, crushing circuits and delicate mechanisms. "Oh, no. You're not going to ruin my fun that easily." The figure guided the bot's hand, pressing a button to PM a certain member. He had been absent today, after all... After a pause, the figure pressed another member's PM button. Then, it kicked the robot aside, grinning. "Come and get me..." The figure walked outside, where an army of tall, mutated insectoids waited, alongside some demented-looking sickly beings. Bugs and viruses. "Round up the frozen staff members and the forum veterans. Take them all to the Shack, and use the portal marked for you. Remember: handle with care. I don't like my collectibles being broken." ------- The next day...

Posts: 1,571 Group: S Rank Hero Member #11,292 Joined: July 31, 2010 Gender: Male Country: United States of America 3DS Friend Code: 4639-9449-9700 Nintendo ID: EzekialWolffe Game Currently Playing: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword	Ezekial materialized in to the world of =Sonic Blast=, directly outside of the south island library, preparing to finish a load of work that should have been done hours ago. He let the beauty of the scenery engulf him before he ended his slacking streak. He had plenty of things to do there, and he would have had them finished if it weren't for a certain bit of a lazy streak. Now he has to visit four RPs and keep working on his own story. Plus, he realized as he check his personel messaging system, there were a few PMs he had to answer. As he entered the library, he quickly checked off and replied to each message, finally coming to the last one sent. (Sorry its so short.)

First off, the title was a plain "." And the PM itself had no information, other than "SOS EMERGENCY". Quite strange. On top of that...it was oddly quiet. You'd think there'd be more people online at this time. In fact, Ezekial appeared to be the only person in the whole of Sonic Blast...

He knew that the forum sometimes had its slow days, but it was never completely empty. Something was wrong. Maybe his work could wait a while longer... The first place that came to his mind to check was the information kiosk. Besides, if he didn't find anything, he could always leave a short note. The place seemed like everywhere else: completely silent, with no sign of life. At least, that's what it seemed...

A figure tackled him from behind, holding him hostage in a hug. The hands of the attacker were skeletal and slightly clawed. Shapeshiftress! "I'm glad to see you! Man, I thought I was the only one here. Did you get a weird PM this morning? I mean, I guess last night, but I found it this morning."

Ezekial managed to get out before being tackled from behind. He barely managed to regain his balance when he realized who his attacker was. Shapeshiftress! Otherwise known as Shifty! "Shifty!" He exclaimed, relieved to see some life in an otherwise bleak forum. "I'm glad to see you!" She replied, "Man, I thought I was the only one here. Did you get a weird PM this morning? I mean, I guess last night, but I found it this morning." "You too?" Of course, it made sense to send an SOS to multiple people to make sure that at least one person sees it, but that didn't explain the empty forum. "I just read it this morning," he continued, "Do you think the SOS has something to do with... well... this?" Here, he gestured to the emptiness around them.

"Actually...yeah. And there's huge puddles of water in some places. Something definitely happened while we were offline." She stepped back, looking around warily. "And none of the admins or moderators seem to be available. It's...kind of creepy, huh?" She laughed a bit before growing more serious. "Do you have an idea of where to start looking for clues? I think we should check where the PM was sent from."

He opened up his mail viewer, something that opened like a holographic screen in front of him. It was adorned with the Shadowblade act 2 theme, the only one he ever used when the holiday themes weren't up. He went to the PM at the top of the list, the SOS. From here, the two of them could see where the PM came from.

She clicked the screen several times before frowning. "Weird...it looks like it was sent from a bot. That rules out any possibility of it being a troll. That's not good." Shift blinked again. "To add on to the weirdness, it looks like the bot found our profiles on purpose before sending the PMs. I wonder why it didn't pick an administrator or a moderator..." She straightened up, closing her holographic screen and looking at Ezekial. "So...where do you want to search for clues first?" (( I have no idea where it'd be sent from, so I improvised. )

Out of all of his thoughts, the Bot targeting only the two of them was what he pondered the most. That was something that Ezekial found odd. Bots hardly targeted certain members unless said members were rule breakers. At the very least, he had never even gotten a warning. Then again, nobody else seemed to be around. Ezekial turned to the only other (to a point) living soul. "We should try Organization XIII next," he said to Shifty, "Maybe one of the mods are looking around there." ((Sorry its so short, I couldn't think of anywhere to go either.))
