Back in the day I remember that there used to be a request thread for sigs, avatars and what have you. I dunno if maybe I just overlooked it, but should there be one again? I noticed people take them in their own art threads at times, but shouldn't there be a request thread for anyone to take them? Just an idea. |

Well, usually, someone would just post a thread with the tag [REQUEST] next to their topic name and usually, someone would answer. I've done that before. I think a sig request thread would kinda be good, but wouldn't be needed in my opinion. People can just post a thread with a request. In that case, they can post something in detail without several other people posting in front or behind them and someone could answer when the topic is noticed. |

Yeah but wouldn't that kinda clog up the art section though? And it would give everyone who would be interested in looking to take the request. I mean yeah they can already with labeling their thread as one but wouldn't it be a bit more organized to just have one? |

"If" we need something for requests on here, I see three potential approaches. First, what Vicarious has proposed, about simply tagging topics. Second, what you have proposed, about making a single topic, to minimize clutter. The third option is to make a sub-board in the art section for requests; this solution strikes me as best, "if" this is necessary. The reason it strikes me as best is because it both minimizes on clutter, and allows each request its own topic, which covers what seems to be the central thing that is being debated in this matter. But, yeah. xD That's "if" this is necessary. As I see it, it's better to have signature shops, like the one that Vicarious is running, so that members can not only make their request, but also know what to expect and who to expect it from. It makes for a more accurate signature-receiving experience, I've found. |

Yeah I guess. I don't honestly think a sub-section would be necessary. As long as the thread could be kept alive I think it could work. |

Just make a thread if you have not done so already.
