But I do not think I'll get the answer I'm seeking, since our profession is slightly different... Since I brought it up however..." She looks at him with watery eyes, the only emotion her body refuses to hide. She was sadden, despite what the rest of her body and facial expression said. She waited for a reply from Taylor as she felt herself move a bit closer to him. It was involuntary, yet she didn't fight against it either.

Would you still regret retiring this career?" She asked, her words becoming more soft spoken as if afraid to even ask such questions. She found herself moving a bit closer to him again. She she trying to convince him of something, or was her mind finally listening to her heart? Her mind was on alert though, causing her to think that getting this close to him, to anyone, was a big mistake. She tried pushing that thought away as she waited for an answer or two.

Only if I was certain I had something important to return to after I left... I'd still find a way to use my skills to ensure the safety of others. Something I'm willing to risk... As you said, love can be a dangerous power. You also said love can make you do things you wouldn't think would be possible. I would give up the Squad for love. Its more meaningful for me at this point. I'm just a pawn used by the Squad, I'm easily replaceable." She tells him as she looked away for a moment. She started to think that maybe he wouldn't be so keen on the idea of them being together. She pulled away at this moment, standing up as she looked out the window, looking away from Taylor so he couldn't see his face. "Either way, I have nothing to leave the Squad for at this moment... If there was someone for me to return to, I'd gladly depart from the Squad."

She turned to face him, as she nods her head. "I... Want to be with you... On whatever journey that is presented before you." She adds as she turned her body towards him again. "Before I make such a risky leap, I want to be sure you want the same... And to inform you of potential dangers... Leaving the Squad means they'll longer see me as their own, so killing me would be their highest priorities because of the knowledge I've obtained from working with them. Are you will to take that risk with me?" She wasn't sure how he'd answer this one. She was confessing her feelings to him, yet also asking a lot of the guy.

The kiss felt right, it felt more than words could express. However, she has never been kissed before, nor is she familiar with the effects of being kissed. She pulled away from him and gasped for breath, blinking several times as she held her chest to try and calm her heart down. Her eyes remained widen as she looked at Taylor, blushing wildly for the very first time. "I... I'm sorry... I feel... Its my heart... Its beating too fast... I... Is this suppose to happen when one is kissed...?" She asked, trying to understand how a simple kiss could make her mind go completely crazy while her body begins to act abnormally. She was hoping she didn't scare him away, she was just a bit scared herself.

Her eyes were slightly widen. What was she suppose to say to that? She couldn't think at all. He stunned her with three simple words. Something was rising within her. She didn't know what it was. Her hands started to shake, and suddenly she found herself spinning around and locking lips with Taylor in a passionate, yet slightly aggressive, manner. She couldn't contain herself. This was how she said she loved him back. Her arms were tossed around her shoulders as she pressed herself against him. All thought was out the window, only action, only the best way she can express her love.

But a lot of doubt was rushing through her mind. Was this real? Was her feelings true? Or was this simply something spare moment? She never did feel this way with anyone, so this must be true. However, they were two different people entirely, worlds apart even, literally. She wasn't even human, and yet this some how didn't matter. Or did it? "I..." She paused, her eyes simply gazing into his. "I love you, too..." She finally confesses, however she was still a bit hesitant. "I'm ready... For what is to happen next... I-I'm ready..." She tells him, as if telling herself that this was okay. This was her first time in love. And oddly enough, it wasn't even with someone of her own species. (we'll do a time skip after you post a reply. I mean, I think we know what happens next. If this scene is that important we can carry it out on DA.)
