My point is that having these teams and their unexplained histories(I haven't played much of B/W or the sequels though mind you), is just starting to make the overall reign of villains in Pokemon rather dull and boring. I'm sure Ninty could find a way besides teams to still make training fun. But they probably won't. I want to see a villain though I can actually attach myself to. N is the probably the closest I'll actually get.

I'd definitely want the final battle trainer kinda deal or an event where you can travel to small areas of the other regions to catch new Pokemon and battle against the main character or characters of that region in single/double battles. Because I'm about to buy SoulSilver just so I can go fight Red. Maybe even have a tag trainer that follows you around, similar to Skyrim followers? That'd be scha-weet. That or customizable trainers is what I'm looking for.

Serebii Japanese variety show, Pok�mon Smash has just aired and has shown that there will be a new Pok�mon revealed during the episode next week. It's not currently known what the contents of this will be, but the trailer showcases a clip from X & Y with a Pok�mon blanked out, confirmed to be a new Pok�mon. The trailer also showcased Junichi Masuda showcasing something. This was stated to be a world exclusive! We'll provide coverage as and when this comes Edit: The official site has also posted confirming the localisation of this news will be revealed at the same time worldwide New Pokemon to be revealed next week!

It seems slightly smaller then Mewtwo, like it's a pre-evolution or something. The Pokemon site is treating it as an entirely different Pokemon instead of an alternate form. Anyway, I was kinda expecting this, seeing rumors and leaks of this Mewtwo whatever-it-is. I don't mind them adding evolutions for old Pokemon, but I'm not sure how I feel about them tweaking the classic legendaries like Mewtwo. But it is nice to see one of my favorite legendaries in the spotlight again.
