Up now! ... All day, so- ... Come ON! Wake up!" Her voice starts to become clearer the more she yells at him, to which Damien would notice he is being yelled at now. "Ugh... You asked for it..." Slap! She reached back her hand and smacked him across the face. "Get up before we're both dead!" She shouts, louder now. The only reason why she shouted louder was because the roaring of flames would drown her voice out if she didn't. Of course, this would also tell Damien something else. They are surrounded by fire... In a cable car... Once Damien fully wakes up, he should realize that the cable car is moving extremely fast... To their doom, it would seem...

Damien couldn't make out anything. Whoever attacked him from behind was dead the moment he found them. As a matter of fact, he thought that he could probably hear some voices right now. "..." "...Up now!... All day, so- ... Come ON! Wake up!" He could hear it more clearly now. It sounded like someone was yelling at him... a female... "Get off my back..." he muttered. The world was still too blurry for him. "Ugh... You asked for it..." SLAP! Damien was suddenly (and quite abruptly awakened) as he felt the back of the girl's hand across his face. His body tensed in shock. What kind of person would slap a demon, unless they had a death wish. His body jerked up, fully awake. "Who the hell do you-" He stopped, realizing where they were. This was not the time to deal with stuck up girls.

She shouts, panicking for her life as she looked around and tried to think of ways to escape this. How could they? Of course, she didn't know who or what Damien was, nor did she care. She wanted to live and not burn alive, or crash and explode. "I tried the breaks already, their out! Now get your tail moving and get us out of here!" She decided to give him a little 'briefing' on their situation. And no, she didn't know if Damien actually did have a tail. And once again, she didn't care.

He had already been having a crappy day before all of this happened. Someone was going to have to pay when he got out of this. That girl was yelling again. He didn't give a crap what she was saying, she was just being annoying. He'd leave her here to die, but he needed someone to tell him what the hell was going on. As she was in mid sentence, Damien grabbed her arm, tensed his legs, and JUMPED through the top of the falling elevator. The weak ceiling gave way to his claws as he forced his way through it, dragging the girl behind him. He landed on a floor that was still pretty high up, but that wasn't a problem. Quickly rushing his way through the fire, he headed towards the nearest window, and without a second thought, crashed through that as well. Time seemed to slow as he burst through the window feet first. The elevator had been falling pretty fast, but they were still a few stories above the ground. At this height, it would probably kill him to fall from this high. Acting on instinct, his left hand reached out back towards the window, grabbing it by the tips of his fingers. His claws quickly (but not too quickly) sliced down through the burning building's side, and the two dropped the rest of the way down to the ground. As soon as they reached the ground, he let go of the girl and waved his hand frantically in the air. "God dammit!" he said, as he frantically tried to get his blood flowing again, "What the hell is going on here!?" Edited by Amarok, Dec 21 2012, 11:44 AM.

Her expression was of complete and utter shock as this guy, this being, tore through the place with ease and brutality. Also, while dragging her all over the place until they finally touched down outside. She sat there in awe, in fear, in complete confusion on what just happened and how they ended up here. "What kind of damn question is that!!" She shouts back at him, recollecting herself it seems. "We almost died back there! TWICE! Would it kill you to think or even look around before reacting like a animal!?" In short, this was her panicking way of saying thank you for saving our lives. She quickly jumped to her feet and went to point to the demon, when she noticed something about her arm. It wasn't human anymore. In fact, it looked very demon-like. She didn't noticed that this was the same arm Damien had grabbed to safe her life. She stared at her arm, asking herself if her arm was always like this, or if this just happened. "I... Um... Thanks... Or whatever..." She finally spat at, realizing she couldn't remember anything about herself, and felt a bit awkward now that she came to this realization. So to kill that awkward feeling she just thanked the demon.

She tells him, quickly thinking of a fake last name. Truthfully, she didn't know her last name. This made her think about her arm, wondering if her arm was always like that. She shrugged, and continued her answer. "And I don't know whats going on. I found us trapped in the building and panicked... Other than that, I don't know... I don't even know my own last name..." She tells him, saying the last part softly to herself, not really caring if he heard her or not. "Your turn... Whats your name, and what do you know..."

If she doesn't have any idea who tried to kill him, then who does? He's going to find out who did this, and when he does, somebody's getting ripped to shreds. But what should he do about Jen? Sure, she's loud mouthed and annoying, but she might be useful in the future, since she was trapped in the same elevator as he was. Whatever the reason, Jen was coming with him whether she wanted to or not. Now, how does he figure out who did this? Maybe Jen would know. "Hey" he called out. "If you don't know what happened, can you figure out how we can find out?"

While we were making our 'grand' escape, I noticed a bunch of logos and symbols. I believe they belong to a company somewhere in this city... You would have noticed that if you weren't thrashing around the building like a animal..." She tells him, her last comment she rolled her eyes at the end. Dusting herself off, she waited for a reply from Damien. To which, maybe it was just the name, but she could of sworn she heard it before.

If she didn't, they would still go after the company, but in a different way...

She was still unsure about it, so she didn't want to do anything to further the transformation if this was the process of one. "Well, lets get going then... These buildings or warehouses or whatever could be anywhere..." She comments, not really sure why she said warehouses. She shrugged off and waited for him to follow her. Why she was leading the way was beyond her. Her feet just started walking.

Who told her to take the lead? She knows the way, therefore she leads. This girl was starting to sound like more and more of a - Besides, from behind, if she steps out of line, he could always rip her apart from here That cheered him up immensely. He was a violent demon, and the thought of bringing harm to others usually brought a smile to his face; That is, what could be accounted for a smile. The feeling one might get from seeing this smile might make them a bit uneasy. "Okay then..." he said, but didn't finish. He just remembered that the girl had no idea where these big-wigs were hiding; why was he following her again?

It stun and burned at the same time, which wasn't a good feeling. Soon the sensation climaxed which caused her to yelp more in pain as all she could do was hold her arm and drop to her knees. Suddenly her arm explodes, or rather the skin explodes as it something shattered it. Her eyes widen as both forearms were now a demon-like skin. She didn't know what to do or say. She just stared at them with wide eyes, horrified, yet feeling a surge of power she has never felt before. Her eyes eased as she moved her arms, liking how the felt.
