deviantart || Fanfiction Characters: Lara-Su, Sonia Acorn Rating: PG? Idk x3 Chapter: 1 Summary: It's been almost a year since Lara-Su and Sonia started dating. Lara-Su's been looking forward to sharing Christmas with her beloved. Useless AN: There's a prequel to story based off the song Last Christmas, that I have yet to write. So you should in mind that Lara-Su's heart broken before. So yeah. Also since my computer doesn't want to work I had to type this up in this little text box, so that's why it's so short ;_; "Why am I here?" Lara-Su groaned under her breath. She jolted up in her as the instructor flashed her a dirty look. As if she could her me, Lara-Su rolled her eyes. She pretended to scribble down notes as her eyes began focusing on the clock. It was the last day before Winter break, all she could think about were her plans. Those didn't include studying. Every year the royal family hosts a Christmas party. Why was she so excited about a parental controlled party? Since the palace is usually far from her home on the Floating Island, she barely gets to see her best friend, Sonia. Well, at least that's what their parents think. You see, last Christmas eve the two girls got to talking and Lara-Su blurted out that she liked Sonia. It turned out that Sonia felt the same. They've been smitten ever since. As smitten as two girls worlds apart could get that is. Lara-Su couldn't stand it. The separation was unbearable. There were few times they could physically see each other. They've been on an actual date once. What makes it worse is that Sonia's brother Manik has a crush on Lara-Su and he's very clingy so the two haven't even had any alone time. This year Lara-Su hopes to change it. She's going to spend the whole break with her love even if it kills her. "Lara-Su!" The instructor shouted in a nasally voice. Lara-Su jumped, losing her thought. "Would you like to join the class?" "Can't I just build a snowman instead?" She shrugged. Before the instructor could respond the bell rung signaling the students to leave. Lara-Su jumped out of her seat, "Hold that thought for about a month, teach." She said grabbing her books and rushing out of the class room. Finally, she shouted in her head. She smirked, I can't wait to leave. I hope Sonia likes the gift I got her. After much running she made it to her house where her parents were ready to leave. "Hey mom, hey dad." She sprinted into the house to make sure she had everything. "Lara-Su?" Julie-Su blinked. "What's the rush?" "Me and Sonia were hoping to see a movie tonight," she tumbled out the door carrying two bags, "You know, since Manik's not there to bother us tonight." "Ah." Knuckles helped her up, "You do know it's going to take us awhile to get there, right?" "Not if you it into over drive, let's go!" She threw her bags into the back of the new hovercar. "You guys got everything?" "Yeah..." Julie-Su looked at Knuckles who nodded. "Then let's go," Lara-Su waved them over. Julie-Su taking the driver's seat and Knuckles in the passenger seat. I might add another part on to chapter 1, since my computer won't let me save this ;_; |
