What would happen at the familys' get together? What about Manik? Do Lara-Su and Sonia have a problem with Manik running his mouth to their parents?

Ever since Lara first saw Sonia on TV, she actually got a sort of crush on her. She knew that her father would absolutely ERUPT if he found out about that, so she kept it a secret, as well as her orrientation in general. Lara got up and walked over to greet Sonia. "So, Sally, how is everything? How was the trip?" Julie asked Sally.

"But I'm glad were finally here. Besides Manik pestering me with questions, everything's been good. How have you and Knuckles been doing?" She asked, getting her mind off of Manik still continously throwing questions at her. "Manik, be a dear and pester daddy for a while," she said getting revenge on Sonic for making her sit next to Manik.

Why not come up to my room, away from the boys? We can talk about gossip and all that crap." Lara said. "We've been well. After a long discussion, Knuckles did finally decide to train Lara to become a guardian." Julie said.

"Too bad Sonic won't do that." She said with a laugh. Sonia noticed the magazine, but ignored it, not wanting to be nosy. Her mother taught her better, Manik probaly would though. "I brought some board games that I managed to smuggle from my brother," Sonia said with a giggle. "Want to play some?"
