This rule really does need to be cleared up. Basically if any topic of conversation starts in the Shack and build to the point of an actual discussion then it will be moved to the proper section and be turned into its own topic. The type of conversation you two were having (and this is just in my opinion) is not discussion worthy to the point that it requires a topic of its own.
