I can't remember which one, though. I'm not home right now to check. Yeah, found him, but he's just amateur level too. The armorer at Crow's Perch, he's Journeyman, though. So I've got the armor made, I just need... yeah. Half a mind to yutz around Oxenfurt now that that's open, maybe I'll find a guy there. Still haven't checked out half of Velen yet, though... Found my guy out by the fish market in the daytime. (Okay, how bad's the quest to get him back in the smithing business, because the game says it recommends being level 24.)
