I still don't know what to think of it. Gameplay looks kinda so-so as I'd expect from any Dragonball game these days. The variety in the character creation looks promising at least. I'll probably never end up playing it anyway.

Posts: 3,252 Group: =SB= Kings Member #9,868 Joined: March 28, 2009	The gameplay is an improvement since it requires slightly more skill then previous games (No cutscene type moves where you just watch and die) Its lacking a bit in the roster since Frieza and Cell for some reason only have there first and last forms but there is enough in there for a good variety. Plus the Cac is awesome even if it seems to favour Sayains over the other races.

As for gameplay that's a valid point. As good as Ultimate Tenkaichi was at capturing the look and feel of the show, it wasn't fun to play at all. That said, the fact that whatever Freiza's race is called is selectable as a character creation option at all is pretty awesome. If you can assume a form akin to Cooler's final form I'm sold.

In other, somewhat previously explored news: I've been looking at some more DB Xenoverse gameplay and I've gotta say it doesn't look that bad. Reminds me of the Tenkaichi (Sparking!!) games, which I enjoyed enough. 3 especially. Wouldn't mind giving it a look.
