Twilight's ears folded back greatly and he swallowed hard. He was highly hesitant on informing somebody of the inner Nightmare, but he felt and hoped Josh would be accepting even though the wolf appeared uneasy of any possible negativity. He looked at him in an almost apologetic way and with a deep sigh, the Lycalo began speaking. "Well Josh, I literally have a dark secret within me. I don't wanna go into too much detail, but if I don't shine UV lights on be by sundown, I turn into this horrific and soulless monster with no goal but to feed on the innocent. Not even death was able to stop that Nightmare." At this point, tears began to tug at the corners of Twilight's eyes. This was a first for him, and while it felt good to confess to someone about his past sins, it sent a deep pain to his heart. "I've hurt so many people Josh, for a whole year of my life at that and I haven't looked at myself the same since." At this point, the Lycalo's eyes reddened and tears flowed down his cheeks and clung to his neck before dripping to the ground. His throat was in a not and didn't allow any more speaking for the moment. He remained where he was without a move, not even to clear his face. He only sniffled and mildly twitched about as he awaited Josh's reaction. |

Twilight's ears perked up at the embrace. He wasn't expecting it for the most part, but he was happy nevertheless. His shaky arms raised up and gently wrapped themselves around the wolf's waist. He sobbed and sniffled in his shoulder. "Thank you." he said with some difficulty with the knot in his throat. |

Twilight sniffled a few last times before his tears ceased their flowing. His eyes remained red and his fur was damp, darkening its color where the tears traveled. His golden orbs still possessed an apologetic look and he wasn't fully sure if Josh was truly accepting of the horrid truth. Still, a smile was stretched across his ivory muzzle. "I feel better now." he said with a small chuckle. |

"Oh, um..." Twilight began, stoking his chin as he looked off slightly to the side. Deep in thought, he wondered what the two of them can do. He wasn't accustomed to having scheduled interactions and simply took the day as it went. Such a thing would be a good alternative. "How 'bout I let you decide." he playfully teased with a wink. |

Twilight looked off slightly to the side as if he were thinking. He had never engaged in any of those sorts of activities and always preferred to be outside. But he was always open to try new things. As such, he turned his eyes towards Josh and gave the wolf a warm smile. “Sure.” He said with glee and a wag of his tail. “Let’s see what you have.” He went on to say. |

They soon end up in his room, which was a mess but had decorative wallpaper and posters all over, and a shelf full of video games and a closet full of board games. ''Look around, haha..sorry it's messy!'' he blushes slightly from embarrassment. |

Twilight blushed deeply at the sudden contact, allowing himself to be escorted up the stairs. His mind was lost in the moment and he hadn't even took in his new surroundings until Josh's voice broke him of his trace. He jumped slightly at that moment and gazed at his new surroundings. "It looks perfectly fine." he told the wolf with an assuring smile. The Lycalo proceeded to take a gander at his companion's selection. Moments passed and he couldn't seem to find anything he thought both would be interested in. With a huff of defeat, he turned to the wolf again. "On second thought, I think you should choose 'cause I have no idea." he stated with a shy chuckle. |

Twilight held the remote with even more wonder within his visage. Even with Josh's help on explaining how to use it, he still held it every which way in attempts to hold it correctly. After seeing how the wolf beside him held it, he followed an identical manner. The flashing lights and the noises of the screen put him in a deep trance. "Whoa... this is cool." he said with his eyes glued to the screen. He then realized it was his turn to do something. "Oh..." he said in slight surprise. After pushing a random button, a character was selected for the Lycalo. "What next?" he asked, taking note of the black screen as the game loaded. |
