Okay, I just went to a gas station, and they sell any size of fountain soda for only a buck. I always liked mixing in sodas like what I did was mix a Dr. Pepper, Root Beer, and Fanta with each other with a small hit of Sprite. I don't know, it sounds like something a child would do, but think about it, even adults experiment that stuff and enjoy mixing sodas. My question is do you guys mix in sodas with each other? If so, what's your soda chemistry? What do you like mixing in? I already said what I liked. |

You won't get much closer, 'till you sacrifice it all.

You Americans and your "soda". I'mma use the British terminology of "fizzy drinks" here. |D; I don't normally mix fizzy drinks, but when the time comes when I'm able to do so at restaurants or something I think Coca Cola (NOT Diet. Diet sucks balls. :I ) and Fanta tastes pretty swell together. But if I were able to have root beer I'd say gtfo to all the drink mixing shenanigans. :3 <3 |

When I used to drink Mountain Dew I would mix different flavors together for a tasty beverage. Usually I would also mix any flavor of Mountain Dew with other fizzy soda goodness like Dr. Pepper and such for an even better drink. |

I used to mix Coke and Sprite together when I was a kid and I used to hang around in stores that had free refills, but not so much any more. Though it should be noted that I don't drink soft drinks anywhere near as much as I used to. I'm more about mineral water and tea these days. |

I used to mix numerous fizzy drinks when I was younger and experimented with different combinations. One of my favourite combinations was Irn Bru, and Lucozade. I also used to like Diet Coke and Lemonade. I'd use regular but I find it's too sweet. |

Pint of real ale please squire!

Yeah i like to, more just a top up of another drink rather then half and half. So 3/4 coke and 1/4 sprite, fanta etc.. Its an ice cream float only with fizzy pop lol! Tried Sprite with a splosh of irn bru other day, rather liked it considering irn bru is yucky on its own. Agree with Kammy though, i mean, diet drinks really do take all the flavour out of it...full fat FTW! haha Edited by Ellis, Dec 2 2012, 02:37 AM.

At least you don't use "fizzy water" like some Brit that I know. ----- My two favorite sodas to mix are Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper. |

I don't think I've ever mixed sodas with the purpose of drinking them. I do mix them for giggles if I'm cleaning up leftover soda to be thrown into the trash. I don't really see a reason to mix them and I don't drink soda as much anymore, so I probably never will. However, my boyfriend does mix soda. I don't recall which ones, but I think it's like Mr. Pibb with a cherry soda or something like that. |

I've never mixed two sodas together, but I have mixed various sodas with fresh lemons, limes, and oranges. It makes the soda less sweet, but it makes it more sour. I usually mix lemon with Ginger Ale. Anybody think Dr. Pepper should be knighted by the queen? Or like, beatified? St. Pepper Edited by Fwiss, Dec 3 2012, 04:23 AM.

Dr. Pepper is great for a base for fruity stuff, especially lemonade or strawberry flavored drinks. I usually used orange with non-fruity drinks like Sprite. I've never been a fan of Coke or Pepsi, and prefer my root beer unaltered. Of course, now I've realized that the odd sporadic ear infection symptoms, rashes, etc. are actually a reaction to caffeine... so I'm a lot more limited. |

I never mix sodas. Ever. My mentality is that I have a equal chance of the combination would be bad, and it feels wasteful to throw it away. |
