Sun shone through the wood-rimmed window onto the oak room. Lying on the large straw bed in the center were two Pokemon, Espeon and Umbreon. Espeon awoke, stretched, and yawned. She nuzzled Umbreon lightly, who put her right paw over her eyes, wanting to sleep in. "Komm, meine Nachtara... Aus das Bett! We have a whole new day ahead of us!" Espeon said. "Ach... Meine Psiona... Es ist zu Früh... Just a few more minutes..." Umbreon replied.

She had been playfully chasing after Magikarps in the stream. She flicked her paw, seeing the shimmering droplets. She was about to go crazy with happiness and roll around in the stream until- "IT'S MORNING!!!" The Vaporeon squealed with surprise as something heavy and warm landed on her stomach. She kicked the assailant. "Ow!" She opened her eyes to see a grinning Jolteon rub his head. "C'moooon, get going! It's morning! Breakfast! And then adventuring!"

He managed to dodge every Pokémon...except for the Espeon and Umbreon that just appeared out of nowhere. "Wo-woah-WOAH LOOK OOOUUUUT!" he hollered, but too late. He bowled them over like bowling pins as he went skidding across the floor. Vaporeon was mortified.
