The Female Ultimate Life Form! Posts: 3,112 Group: E Rank Legend Member #59 Joined: April 29, 2006	Strangely enough, I never got 240 until a couple days ago. So I had read 241 and was lost. I have been catching up and putting things together. Pardon if my 240 summary is bad then. ----- Spoiler: click to toggle Last issue, Team Fighters (Sonic, Amy, Tails) let Eggman go, opting to save the village he had laid waste to and leave the fight up to Team Freedom (Rotor, Cream, Big, Heavy and Bomb). Meanwhile, Elias is brought to Harvey Who by the Secret Freedom Fighters. He has been recruited to join their team and lend Team Freedom a hand. Back to Team Freedom, Naugus is bothered by their presence and attempts to show his ability to protect the city, which ends up backfiring as the other Ixis wizards fight over his body. He ends up being another problem for Team Freedom, who is spread out too thin to deal with getting people to safety, protecting Naugus, and fighting off Eggman's robots (+ his new metal series, composed of a metal Sonic, Tails, and Amy). Luckily for them, the Secret Freedom Fighters help in the background, causing Eggman to retreat. Other things of interest: 240 is apparently where Universe's secret arc begins. The Tails Doll, was supposed to be taking care of Mobotropolis' defenses, but was damaged. It does take care of said defenses and makes schlurp noises when moving. ================================== Spoiler: click to toggle This issue, Team Fighters returns to its chase for Eggman. As they near the target, Eggman sends out his bots to try and shake them off his tail. In the meantime, we are greeted by an extremely weak Naugus, who has been having bad day after bad day. The other wizards that are a part of him are being extremely rebellious, SU reveals Geoffrey isn't exactly siding with his plans, and the citizens of Mobotropolis are foiling his plans left and right. Naugus decides he must act by finding a new vessel, but (former king) Max and Jules won't have anything to do with his plans. After all these problems, Naugus finally figures out a good body to use, that of his own apprentice. He decides to use Geoffrey's body while telling the council (and a newly returned Nicole) that Naugus is too ill and dying. He is attempting to trick Nicole into... something... Back to Sonic and the gang, who have dealt with Eggman's bots, we are greeted with the ruins of Albion and hints that Knuckles will be popping up. Because I read SU and the normal comics, I'll just mention I'm a bit sad at what happened to Geoffrey, despite his scumbagginess. I am very pumped to read the next issues (after their mini series), due to the fact I want to know what happens to Geoffrey and the echidnas. I also have to giggle at the whole Tails Doll schlurpee thing.
