Christmas is back again

1963 AD!
Flight 717 disappears without a trace.
Further investigation's didn't solve the matter at hand, assuming everyone has died, lost at sea. Without sufficient tracking tool's, the case were closed a few months later.

1964 AD!
Approximately fourteen month's later since the incident, one lone survivor emerge practically untouched to the nearest law station. Approaching the woman behind the counter, all excited wishing to tell her, everyone the truth.
Of course such nonsense as dragon's, proved him literally insane. No such thing's do exist. Especially a floating island, inhabiting such mythological creatures.
He arrived with a found smile around his lips, only to have it completely wiped out from existence. They literally condemned him as unreasonable, insane and ludicrous. His freedom was torn asunder, but what could he do. He's but one man toward all disbelievers.

1987 AD!
Name's Mati Cauldron, released at 75 year's old. No chance on finding work, most of his life's he's spent looking upon a grey wall.
Where will he move on next. Ah! If not the old one's will listen, perhaps the young generation will.

After several week's he finally received an audience with the local school in Galvahal. What had this man ever accomplished, but been prank'd upon, or looked upon as insane.
Both teacher's and kid's from seven to twelve year's were all witnessing a old crock about to wind up his imaginary tale.

Faint giggling from the crowd, rumor's spread even before he had been allowed to begin his speech.
Whether such stories could be true, children are the last resort to actually come forth and say they actually believed this old fool's fantasies.
It proved shockingly effective, dragon's meant to be real. Nah! The majority simply shrugged off the amazing tale, while the few leftover's was convinced and eventually looking to search for this floating island. It has to be somewhere.

1995 AD!
Mati died at 83 year's old, knowing little about what's to come.
Believer's now increasingly spanning out throughout all of Kavelio. A sophisticated search, using chopper's and various jet fighter's with the newest calibration added, attached to the fighter, or aerial unit, able to send back relevant sources for uncovering perhaps this mysterious island.
Whether it should be used for valid reasons, we cannot say, all we know is that, everyone's desperate.

1997 AD!
Two whole year's before something completely out of history occurred.
One of the aerial units was promptly targeted as hostile, being attacked by an overly large creature.
Everything went out of hand, engine's shutting down, leaving them crashing down toward the field, due south from Ichillian mountain, whereas both machine and it's crew along with the beast end up being killed in the process.
But that's all they need as proof that dragons are indeed existing, and their one step closer, on discovering the airborne island.

1999 AD!
Devastation, war and the island has been found.
Not initially what this man had in mind, when he first arrived 35 years ago.
Dragon's meant to have been peaceful being's not what they have become through these years.
The battle resulted in three faction's. Those who sought wealth and dominance. The other one sought pretty much the same, but they simply had the undeniable differences with each other, that they simply couldn't cooperate. And then the dragon's fearing that they may loose their home's after almost no human involvement.

2000 AD!
The island what once cherished their kind was obliterated after having to surrender toward technological wonders.
Nothing about the land's existence was to be the same, those who prevailed was ether young, inexperienced and safe to say, wanted throughout Kavelio.

Two of their kind, was a relatively blue scaled creature, and the other was utterly black.
Both where pretty much in their young age, though equally ready to hunt, and survive on their relatively learned experience.
Parent's were lost, as so with many other's. The remaining were ether caught and sent to Liathal who actually wished to see their welfare being kept.

2012 AD

It's been 11 years since the war ended.
Whether that's a reasonable phrase to it, seen as they were slaughtering something that had lived untouched for centuries.
Now everyone was well aware of them, as behind bar's sort of. Liathal of course sees it differently, offering em a chance to live, with some certain restrictions. Sure won't be happy in captivity, but being released out, is like being hunted for everything like scales, horns, even meat.
Poachers all over willing to receive an earnest enough bounty.

Driving out of town, a female husky listening to some tune on the radio, while briefly looking out her window's both left and right.
There's but one she's insistent to catch up onto. Finn's out there somewhere dealing with various business. From a past letter she had received it said he was to meet her at the Redoran Inn in one day.
Though it's not the first she's arrived finding nothing but a small trinket with roses, and a letter telling how sorry he couldn't keep that promise.
How is that lover's are so undeniable meant for each other, but nether one has seen each other for like month's.
Sure the occasional phone call, reassuring everyone's okay. A few love letter's here and there. Safe to say, no one have a bloody idea, whether the other is dating someone else, and so forth. But who cares, their like entwined, unable to pop out from the circle.

((Hope everything sounds fair man. Doesn't have to include Finn, merely had something to go at as my initial intro sequence.))

Farwille, the most northern continent was pretty much snow, ice and more liquid water during the summer months. But however cold and bleak it my be, it's at least home to many that survive in this treacherous landscape.

Not many outsiders travel up to this part of the world, considering the expertise and experiance needed, plus unless in a pack or leash and stuff, there was no reason to be here.

The advancments of technology over the years allowed the more isolated communities to become more connected with the universe. News, history and entertainment were pretty much second nature as much as those in the lower lands.

The arctic fox sat in the chair staring at the television, only him in the cavern, a network of ice caves carved out ot solid ice millenia years old. Dividing walls, insulation all were there giving people there own private abodes, his own empty, parents out doing something with their friends.

As the adverts interrupted the history show, Slatons ears perked up at the sights and sounds of the Biere space travel company, offering holidays and travel to the planets and worlds far beyond their own.

All appealing, but all expennsive. But why go to these places when he hadn't even seen much of his own? Heading to where the town and cities were, heck even touching grass would be exciting. He had to make a move at some point, but it was deciding when that was the issue.

__

As the wolf posted the letter he smiled, the letter should be with her soon he thought, Finn you sly pup you wondering what her reaction would be when he turned up suddenly.....

A few hour's before arriving at her destination.
Quickly finding an available parking slot, numerous as they were, considering the population felt rather scarce, compared to the capital.
Folk's nearby would show their curtsy, simply offering their hospitable reputation. With a flick of her hand, she felt everything's in order, returning em such charitable accept from town's residents.

Quickly finding her self in front of the inn, what's been mentioned in the letter. Approaching casually inside, stirring little but no attention, upon finding a vase with a pair of red roses, included.
"Figures!" Muttering under her own breathe, before addressing the innkeeper.
"Excuse me." That familiar look, with a piece of cloth, taking out what moisture's still left in, what appeared like a perfectly clean glass.

"Yes..! Oh! I see, about the flower's miss. Yes there was a wolf here earlier, didn't mention the reason, simply requested em to be."
Sighing at the bartender's quick assumption of the husky's whereabouts, giving away she simply wanted something casual, like a coke.
"Coming up miss...?" As if he looked for a name.

"Name's Sasha, why you ask?"

Relatively spoken, the bartender only gave a lighthearted shrug away.
"No specific reason miss. Merely looking to put my customer's on a tab." Turning around, serving her a glass with coke, before making an casual approach, "that one's on the house."
Not meant to flirt with his customer's, but she certainly had a nice vibe around that snout of hers. Yet he weren't looking to interfere with love, no matter how low he think's of someone luring his lady, for a pair of flowers.

"Thank's!" Upon taking another sip, she looked across the counter, there wasn't more then a few, drunk's, drenching their sorrow's away.
"And your name is?" Weren't exactly looking to get acquainted with someone she's barely met, consider it's out of mere curiosity.

"That'd be Jason, miss." Such courtesy was unheard of in Galvahal.
You'd be referred to as, bitch or whore, simply for wearing a pair of short trouser's. Idiots!

Seeing the time Slaton headed to the snowmobiles, time to head to town to collect the firewood that he promised his father he'd get. Just a normal run of the mill task, what could go wrong? Seemed everything from the get go, no petrol, forgetting his wallet, tripping over face first into the compact snow. All this before even headin off.

Turning the key, nothing. Shoulders slouched sighing heavily he checked everything over, heck hed just put fuel in it. Checking the voltmeter, now power. Fitting a new battery the machine fired up, the fox taking out the rage and frustration on the vehicle thrashing it out of the village in a wolf flurry of churned up snow.

The speed felt good, making even better time then normal, a two hour journey halved reaching the forest suprised and invigerated. Loading the firewood up began making his way back to the their make shift village ready for the off in a few hours. Enough time to get back and help pack things away. Taking it more steady this time as to conserve fuel and a bliizard had settled in.

No problem he thougtht reaching into the storage pocket, the Gps will...... Stopping the snowmobile in a blind panick the white fox frantically searched all pockets, everything. No sign of it, and the blizzard was full force, covering any means of tracking his way back by natural means.

Cursing aloud decided to carry on following the way he thought he had come, went on for hours eventually about to run out of fuel came across a flurry of lights. Draining the tank dry heading into civilisation turned out to be one of the major sea ports.

His relationship with family back home was ok, not good but ultimatly not bad either. The thought of heading off for somewhere exciting and new washed over Slaton as he stood admiring the activity of the area. Could this be the chance of doing something bold and outrageous that he was so scared of doing all this time?

Looking back and forth to the open land and port he headed down to the quayside, enquiring about what vessels were going when and where. Finding out about a working passage to Galvahal, specifically the goods heading for Lesslie's Farmhold. One of the major companies operating there owning the ship, would allow him work once there too, find his feet and earn some keep.

The manager in the office waiting patiently for an answer stared at the the fox's face, clearly confused as to what to do, looked in suprise when Slaton suddenly blurted out he'll do it and to hell with the consiquences.

Explaining he was good with electrics and some mechanics, earned a job labouring and general running repairs on the passage. Polishing up his skills and not being bored either, something new and exciting, he was on the way to a new destination, new life and new friends.

__

Typical, a planned suprise wasn't going to plan at all! Hoping to meet her at the inn it would be too late not looking at the time. Cursing the guy he met with for being late, there wasn't much he could do as he needed to get rid of the goods, and quickly.

Pulling up in the car park saw her car making his heart leap knowing she was in there. Wondering casually to the entrance headed inside, scanning the immediate area saw her talking to the bar man. Sneaking over quietly in his wolf mannerisms, stood a little to the side and behind

"Hello, Sasha"

Looking at her hair waiting to meet those eyes, and give her a kiss away for far too long, this was to be a time to explain things were going to change.

//"Hello, Sasha"\\

At this instant, she flicked around with her chair, finding her loved one.
Shocked but also in awe seeing him after all this time. Nor was she hesitating, flipping off her chair, before embracing the wolf, kissing him tenderly, not looking for any excuses, simply fancying his return.

Briefly casting a look into each other's eyes, she were simply loss with word's let emotions, and imminent action speak for it self.

A few drunk's seemed to cherish the loving moment, almost to the extent thinking ale ain't all, there's more to it then foam around their mouth's.
Jason merely draw his attention away, concentrating on filling up the washing machine at the back.

Such tender moment felt like eternal, but it only lasted for two, max three minutes, before both excluded away from each other. Obvious finding a more lucrative table to sit at.
Only then, she questioned merely in an sarcastic manner, but seen as she's used to him travelling by, taking care of various business, it's been an common thing between the two loved ones.
"You think all these roses will seduce me, what if someone else would hit me up, on the street. I mean there are other attractive male canines out there."
Winking barely with one eye, as if she were only teasing him, however whether he's one to look at detail's is another story. One she'll witness soon enough, upon hearing his excuse for staying away so long.

Behind the counter, Jason were looking at his watch, before eyeing the exit/entrance.
On time, the replacement had arrived, looking to receive some decent nitpick of his own caliber. As much he loved bartering drink's, both new and his own special brew, he also had an urgency, tending to unique source materials, such as what's on the daily agenda.

Briefly raising his hat, toward the husky, whether she'd take notice, it wasn't any big deal, he simply wished to express his hospitality, before heading outside.
Finding the wheel at the back, employee's only.
Turning at the key, releasing a loud broom from the engine. All set, turning left at the first intersection, putting on the radio for today news.

{Radio}
Two voice's discussing the various daily routine's, upon mentioning however an rather subtle but most inquiring discovery.
"So this anomaly aren't just a sign that these creature's aren't completely erased from Mobius surface." The main host, obvious the one looking for answers.

"It appears so, but we have nothing to confirm whether it or they are still alive." Of course the usual standard, keeping bits of info secluded, not wanting the unwanted attention, even if they've already made an example by joining the probably most popular radio show in all of Galvahal.

"Nonsense, this is an egg, what you refer as an anomaly is simply your way of avoiding public interest."

Rather liking the direct and forward question, almost smiling, upon leaving town.
Living in an rather secluded house, in the southern regions of Carmine, allowing for some privacy, studying hieroglyphics he'd may have picked up on his travels.

"This is insanity, what are you exactly insinuating, that we would lie about such." Criticizing the host for such indignity.

"Well you scientists have always had your reputation on keeping your tab's close to heart, revealing nothing to us, interests as I should call it."

{End Radio}

The canine's curiosity ever growing, before everything went black, in matter of fact, everything went out.
"Shit! No alarms, nothing, and everything seem to have been flipped out."
Quickly exiting the vehicle, looking toward the engine, seeming relatively fine. Checking below for potential leaks, but nothing as sort's, at least not visible.

Picking up his cellphone, in a matter of urgency, but even that was dead.
"What the hell?" The husky curses feeling rather alone, near the Itchillian mountain's edge, but he's never had any problems with car, nor phone.
Both frightening and curious, he had no way of knowing that all this information on the radio wasn't just an delicate subject, but an matter of importance.
Not wanting to wander off into the unknown as even if the most vicious aerial animal are said to be extinct, there's always something else prowling among the shadow's of nature.

Boarding the ship was a werid experiance, full of excitment and happyness at going somewhere new off his own back, and the sadness of leaving somewhere familiar. He knew how everything worked here, sure mundane and boring but stepping into the unknown was quite a daunting experiance.

Not to worry though, assembling in the main mess room with the other crew, there were a few like himself that had gained a passage through offering their services. Getting paid to travel rather then the other way around seemed ideal, but you had to be in the right place at the right time to do so.

The voyage went smoothly and quickly, the regular crew friendly and accomodating to the few that joined them made the trip more bearable. Time went fairly quickly, the two weeks coming to en end arriving in port at Galvahal docks as fast as it started.

Disembarking with what little belongings he had Slaton stood bewildered at the scene in front of hm, the huslte and bustle of a busy city port. First things first, food. Heading to one of the greasy spoon cafe's tucked into a cooked breakfast, reading the local paper.

Getting a job would be the hard part, once that was taken care of it would be a little easier with some regular income coming in rather then relying on the small amounts in savings. Staring at the jobs section it was pointless, a job wasnt going to suddenly appear that he wanted but the fox stared on.

The bell above the door tinkled as the only other customer wondered in, looking up Slaton saw the man. A Shire horse, fairly hefty in size Slay could see he was definatly a worker judging by the blokes mannerisms and clothes. Listning and watching out the corner of his eye the fox sat concentrating on what was going on.

"The usual please Kat"

"Sure thing Ellis. Oh have you heard?"

The middle aged rabbit asked excitedly, seeming there was news going around.

"No, whats that?"

"Well, the Dorchester came into port today seems they have done well with trading up north, Even bought a few dozen new workers back with her today as well"

Ellis nodded reassuringly, it was indeed good news, trade seemed to be picking up especially for who he worked for the farm relying on the ship to bring in much needed minerals.

Sitting down near the fox Ellis tucked into his food, looking up to see the other fellow not moved from the same page, head bowed. Was this one of the new comers? The farm he worked on was always after new hands to help out, finishing up wondered over introducing himself.

"Heya buddy, name Ellis" Holding out a hand wrist covered in fine white hair

"Oh his pleased to meet i'm Slaton you but i don't kno..."

"It's ok, can tell your new, what you looking for?"

__

His heart leapt as she embraced him once more, no hesitation enjoying the moment relaxing she parted slowly, looking deep into each others eyes. Sitting at a table out the way of prying eyes and a little more privacy Finn watched as she started speaking, catching the sarcasm but choosing not to bite, enjoying just being here.

"You think all these roses will seduce me, what if someone else would hit me up, on the street. I mean there are other attractive male canines out there."

"Not at all, but, considering i should have been here before you arrived, it just didnt go according to plan" Returning her wink with a cheeky grin. Leaning forward grabbing her hands, Finn locked eyes once more

"Had to finish last bit of business, for good now. Can't be doing with it all anymore Sasha, the time away from here, from you, and well...."

He paused collecting himself before carrying on

"I don't want to be involved in the stuff as much anymore" How much of that was tru he didn't know himself but he had to cut back, things were getting to risky, to involved. Stepping back to the sidelines meant if anything collapsed, he'd get away with it. The money had been made, time to jump ship so to speak.

"So, Sasha, how have you been? I'm sorry i stay away for so long, is there any chance you can forgive me?"

//"Had to finish last bit of business, for good now. Can't be doing with it all anymore Sasha, the time away from here, from you, and well...."\\

Last business? Had he become utterly insane? Whether he's a man to keep his word? it didn't matter. Giving the reflection by tear's of joy running down her cheek's. Leaning forward's, further adding a tentative kiss upon his nose.
Cherishing the moment, rather well, considering the absence between one another for months.

//"So, Sasha, how have you been? I'm sorry i stay away for so long, is there any chance you can forgive me?"\\

"Forgive...?" A brief silence, looking to ignore he even said that.
"Cutie, doesn't everything I've done since your arrival prove anything to you. Yes I forgive you."
Rising up from her chair, pulling the wolf in his arm, briefly looking at him, as they both approached the counter, addressing the keeper.
"You wouldn't happen to have a room available." Not even blinking before handing out some valuable papers.

"Hmph! Here's a key toward the back, just don't make a muddy scenery." Whispering those last few word's between girls one another.

Surely such weren't her slightest intention, continuing to haul the wolf with her toward the room at the back.
Once inside, she released his arm, locking the door after them, before making her self comfortable in the bed, looking rather seductive, before pulling off her shirt, teasingly.
"Come now, you want me."

----

Itchillian Mountain

Desolated, untouched filled with all sorts of wildlife, such utterance that such waste technology must falter when the need of it, is the most.
Shrugging away that momentarily and exaggerated will of wandering off into the unknown, without the tool's or sufficient materials to survive near such volatile heights.
Food's rather scarce as well. No! Safest to add, stepping back into the vehicle, attempting to turn the key, initially charging engine back on.
Whatever conversation had indulged past on the radio, had been replaced with an rather catchy tune of sort's.
Relishing his thought's before pushing down the throttle, following the road further south, until he crosses the border, with almost no car to be seen throughout the whole journey. Spooky experience, enough to scare the shit out of anyone, no matter how much weight's they'd might be pulling at the nearest training center.

Wasn't to long now before he arrives safely back home. Finding his usual place, for dumping his car inside his garage.
Heading on inside, only to find a letter on the outer wall section.
Perking up and eyebrow, before wrapping up the envelope, finding something rather horrible within.
An kept ear from an mammal unknown to the knowledgeable husky, dropping it dead end, upon the ground.

You've got mail!

Someone has sent him an message on his phone.
Feeling rather haunted by the unknown, it's all getting rather suspicious, seen as he's never had much interference's before now.
It didn't said from who, only that equivalent number that said, 777000.
That's not even traceable in any of the 5 region's. Can't be from the southern continent, that'd be just wrong, seeing as they've never had much in common or interest for another since the war.

Quickly passing through what code's had been transferred over to him, knowing that this would drive him almost insane, having to stay up all night, figuring out what they mean, and most of all, who the hell or what, sent them to him.

Piling up something relatively fast from the kitchen, slapping some beans and bacon upon a plate, before turning on the laptop.
Yet this is when all freaky things become real. He could only end up with his mouth full with food, gawking at what's transitioned upon the screen.

"We're watching you."

Looking for any indication of camera's nearby, upon the wall, but couldn't find anything that'd relatively made such nonsense being true of word.
Finally he's at the desktop screen, but once more something's amiss. All his personal files have been removed.
"What the fudge?" Leaning backwards in his couch, slamming his own head with a pillow, trying to get any kind of sense out what's going on. Who's...? He sits there, questioning with an lounging feeling of having someone nearby, feeling rather scared at his best time of age as well.

Slaton looked up to the Shire Slatons eyes flicked to th ejob section of the paper and the suitcase by his side, getting lost in the moment forgetting was new to these parts.

"Ah i see, guess the suitcase gave me away eh? Just looking for somwhere to lend a hand quite literally, labouring as well as helping out with anything electrical and stuff, quite handy with a screwdriver" He smiled, wondering exactly where this was going.

Adding quickly

"That and somewhere where i can get my head down nearby for cheap, don't have anywhere to stay exactly"

Ellis nodded appreciatlvly, this guy seemed to be ok had his head screwed on. Getting his stomach full and straight in with the jobs lss then an hour aftter coming off the boat. So many times had he seen others get sucked up into false lise and promises from potential employers, only to be bled dry of savings and left on the street.

Then again, anyone coming off the Dorchester had to have some common sense otherwise they wouldn't have been let on.

"Well, im based in Lesslie's Farmhold due west from here it's where majority of the land work takes place. We do crops rather then livestock so no messy stuff. Got plenty of machines that need working on, and helping out with the harvest"

The white fox's ears perked up, he liked the sound of this, but was the gaffer any good to work for? He didn;t want to be trapped somewhere and not be able to get away should he want to. Ellis seemed ot catch the creeping look of hesitation on his face

"I know what you're thiking bud and really, there is no obligation Slaton, seriously. Theres a bunk house, you'll get your own bed, bathroom and 3 meals a day as long as your willing to work for it. That and wages too, i've been there since Jordy, that's the main man, started up the place come from the village nearby you see"

Agreeing Slay shook hands once more, certain this was going to be the best deal out of no opportunities so far.

"Great! I'm in"

"Superb, everythings packed on the truck and no rush. An hour early, what's say another drink?" Beconing Kat for more tea turned back to the new farm hand

"Jordys farm is a good place, as long as you don't take the piss with slacking off and stuff, he's a very fair man. We don't see him very often as things go smoothly has no need to inerfeer. Just manages from the office and thats it really. Wait until you see the village though! You look like man who enjoys his ale!"

__

Seeing the small tears run down her cheeks it was clear she, they, were still as one. Minds in sync, heck even sole mates giving a gentle kiss on his nose.

"Forgive...? Cutie, doesn't everything I've done since your arrival prove anything to you. Yes I forgive you."

She had a damn good point, leniant with his wondering ways and yet, still able to forgive him for his misfortunes. Well, like he said, this was going to be a more permement thing, sure maybe head off once in a while to make some money granted, but not as much as before. Just couldn't stand being away from her and just, well his home.

Tugging at his sleeve top follow addressed the guy behind the bar, in quite the authorative tone

"You wouldn't happen to have a room available."

The small selection of sound proof suites availabe numbered 1 to 6, a perfect place to stop off for the night for weray travellers, or couples wanting to get away from everything. The silent rooms giving extra privacy for those wanting to be isolated from the world. Finding the room on the end entered, mooching about the place as you do when in a hotel appreciating the facilities.

Launching herself on the bed, Finn turned to see the husky looking at him lying seductivly on the covers already semi-naked.

What man could resist such an invitation? Feeling tired, hungry, whatever the emotion seeing her like that made him tremble inside, climbing slowly onto the soft matress caressing her every curve

"Come now, you want me."

"More then anything Sasha my love"

Turning the lights low, treating her with tenderness before becoming involved in the moment, raging like two animals in the passion of love cherishing the longing between them, this was to be one of the important nights of not only his but both their lives.

By god this was a night he was never to forget, howling in the pleasure of extacy this was what love was about, enjoying her every move, every sound, the lasting pleasure throughout the night.

All flustered out, both canine's withered out, snuffing next to each other like two inseparable love-birds.

Vaguely getting adjusted the new dawn, looking too her love-mate, caressing him gently across his cheek.
"Hey!" blurting out with a morning kiss upon his snout, "you were simply amazing."

Upon remembering something she would've had in store for him, if ever decide to come home.
Getting out of bed, putting her clothe's back, shifting her attention back at the wolf, teasing him, "Come, come. I'll have a surprise waiting for you back home."
Naturally he hasn't been home for month's, allowing for her brilliance of mind, to make some certain adjustment's, whether he'd approve, that'd be up to him.

Just the usual lad at the counter, drinking his miserable life on alcohol. It wouldn't surprise her, if he'd end up on the obituary within the next few weeks.

"Excuse me sire, would you have a moment?" Someone shouted, as he obviously had stayed hidden, at the farthest table, from all social awareness.
Referring to the wolf, while Sasha weren't amused, halting every chance of leaving this inn within the hour.

"Please, do not leave, this is an matter of importance." Weren't looking to involve whatever chick this wolf had attended to, but if she's allowed to become involved, maybe he'll get convinced.
"Bring that lovely lady with you as well."

Before ether one of them would be so kind, approaching this mysterious man at the table, she reached for the wolf's ear, whispering a few words.
"Remember your promise."
Before allowing such accustom, approving of the man's selective choice.

"Do take a seat, both of you."
His rather cloaked awareness, reflected that there was something amiss with this whole idea. Both took a seat, Sasha overlooking that audacity that smells trouble far in her nostril's.

Yet as secretive he may have been. He decided to reveal his identity.
"You are Finn Ward, am I right?"
It shouldn't be such a surprise many know his identity among dealers and the sort, but this character, appearance weren't to mistaken, but it's more an odd coincidence encountering a raptor among the public.

Simply handing out a simply note, whereas the wolf's name are been mentioned.
"For what reasons I come here, I cannot reveal, all I ask is, did someone of your accomplices ever occurred weary, like perhaps with the decency of staying jealous upon your success?"

Sasha crouched toward the wolf's ear, whispering out of concern.
"I don't like this guy, we should walk away and be done with this, before you'll end up getting hurt."
As much she knew Finn's capabilities of staying alive, all to well, just there's something about this guy.

A call were been made. The bartender answered, finding Jason on the other end. Referring that he's received a terrible chill, and couldn't make it for work.
Such situations are of course mandatory and shouldn't be to consistent finding an replacement.

Naturally he hadn't been able to snooze.
Eyelid's growing heavily upon him, as he continues to rub em, with all his effort staying awake.
Alas, with hours after hours spent on the laptop last night, trying to figure what had rendered his file's from existence.
Nor had he discovered sign's of any intruder. The question was. What for?

In matter of fact, he would spend his day off, travelling back to Itchillian, hopefully to uncover something out of the ordinary.
Or else he'd turn him self in, becoming nuts. It's enough to rile up any day from work, just to sort some private affairs.

All prepped and ready. Backpack's full with food, sleeping bag, rope attached with a claw-head, useful for climbing.
Quickly finding him self on the road south, in the distance mountain stretches high above, whereas all sorts of seasons come to rue.
The cold rigid peak, the barren tree's, mostly dead, whereas flowers transcends around the foot.
Yet he ain't here for sightseeing. Hopefully he can reach back to work the very next morning, leading to the boss's suspicion it's all lies, when really he loves tending to drunken pedestrian's trouble and keeping every newcomer on a tab, at the back.

Arriving at the scenery, he immediately set's off in search for what could have caused the energy breakout yesterday.

Finishing up at the cafe the two men headed outside standing taking in the not so fresh air, the typical harbour smells filling the place as well as the smoke from lorries, ships and factories nearby. A hive of activity as well as not so legal stuff, with things 'falling off the ships accidentally' meant anything and everything could be got before the rest of the public.

Climbing into the lorry he made himself comfortable, Ellis pulling off out of the compund heading towards base seemingly on a mission. Cruising on the highway Slaton took in the sights of the area, the rolling fields and hills passing by without a care in the world.

Turning to Ellis asked quizically

"So, would you have any idea what i might be doing when working on the farm?"

The shire turned tot he fox and smiled

"Well from what i heard from the skipper on the Dorchester you're quite handy with the mechanical side of things, we need someone with some spanner knowledge as our old guy got a job somewhere else"

Quickly adding the reason so not to fend off the potential new employee

"His wife was a doctor and got a job in the city, so he had to move. Fair play to him i say!"

Nodding Slaton relaxed a little more, approaching the farming lands of the continent it was a big place that was for sure. Seeing signs for nearest cities and so called 'local' farms hundreds of miles apart.

Jordy's place was close though, eventually turning into the service road heading to the offices Ellis brought the wagon to a halt, a couple of other famr hands already tending to the load of minerals for spreading on the feilds.

"This way buddy, have a drink and a chat with the gaffer"

Leading him around to the main house, Ellis showed the fox the way leaving them to it tended to his own jobs. Although not massivly built the heavy lifting and pulling was usualy left to him, but due to his nature just got on with the job regardless. If it wasn't possible would always find a method to make it work, creative ways to make life alot easier when at work.

Getting on well with the small staff on the farm he still prefered his own space most of the time, understanding a job and getting to it without fuss and bother, all weathers, all the time. Probably why he was one of the original staff left there, winter time sorting out the real men from the boys.

Heading off in the tractor for ploughing meant he'd be away till late, but suited him. On his own, no one to bother him. Seeing Slaton head out towards the bunk house he smiled, the fox was in and he was happy to have a friend on the same wave length.

___

Stirring after what little sleep they had after a great night, the sushine blearing through the curtains made for a clear crisp dawn, her words muttered in his ear awoke the wolf comfortably, kissing on the snout, alot better then a horrid alarm clock.

"Hey you were simply amazing."

"Morning hunny, you too"

Stretching with a whine added

"And stunning too" sweeping her hair back kissed on the lips before getting up releiving himself in the bathroom, mans first port of call for the day for millions everywhere across the world.

Stepping back into the room still looking good in crinkled clothes Sasha stood as he got dressed himself

"Come, come. I'll have a surprise waiting for you back home."

"Oh yeah?" Finns look mischevious at her remarks

Stepping out of the room breathing in the fresh morning air, sun shining it was a fine morning. The freash air and some fresh coffee would wake them both up, not getting merley enough sleep the night before.

"Excuse me sire, would you have a moment?"

The voice hidden at the table most distance away caught their attention, aiming at Finn particularly he inwardly sighed. This wasn't good, not with her around anyway.

"Please, do not leave, this is an matter of importance Bring that lovely lady with you as well."

Heading over Finn was all set to just utter a few words and leave, but curiosity got the better of him

"Well, we'll see about that my friend" But not before the whisper in his ear suddenly

"Remember your promise."

"I know, don't worry, this won't be long" Ushering his words back uinder his breath, inhaling her scent giving him some feeling of strentgh

Sitting down it was straight to business, asking his name, Finn need't deny it

"I am yes, who wants to know?"

Out came the hand with the note. His heart sank, not more business, not this soon.

"For what reasons I come here, I cannot reveal, all I ask is, did someone of your accomplices ever occurred weary, like perhaps with the decency of staying jealous upon your success?"

The wolf frowned at the guy still holding the peice of paper

"What are you trying to insinuate mate? Someone jealous of me? I'm hardly big time just like to what i do and keep my nose out of other peoples business. Don't want no trouble, but seems someone wants it with me"

"I don't like this guy, we should walk away and be done with this, before you'll end up getting hurt."

Finn leant over to Sasha talking out the corner of his mouth

"Neither do i, but seems someone is after me for something?"

Looking back to the guy just sat there staring them

"So, who are you exactly then and why track me down here and now?"

//"What are you trying to insinuate mate? Someone jealous of me?"\\

Information weren't exactly flourishing. How come he has chosen such orthodox method's, meeting what could potentially become his next victim.
Whether his facial pretense revealed any at all, was difficult to tell, seen as he kept an rather expressionless tone.

//"So, who are you exactly then and why track me down here and now?"\\

Upon questioned, further his deceitful reputation tarried on even further.
"I am but a simple courier, name's Reefhorn."
In fact, traveler with his own falsely identification, seeming relatively legitimate.
Of course, he were't about to inform them his reasons for showing up.
"Keep it."
Phone number enlisted, as well with his name, and an relatively poorly photography, probably outdated, though much of it, seemed valid enough.
"I believe I've kept you long enough, please move on with whatever you intended to do."

Lifting his invisible hat, as to thank them for what little of spare time they had offered. Whether he was afraid to be seen in public, he kept him self cloaked all in black.

Sasha felt an unease about this whole encounter. He weren't the usual, standard boss, looking to further boast his local affair's, such as often comes in illegal form's.
"We should head back on home." Whether she tried to lighten up presence being, it wasn't clear whether Finn would have his mind on anything else but this suspicious meeting, and who this jealous cunt would want with him.

As soon their on the road, one vehicle will constantly stay on their pursuit, until they arrive back to the capital.

Itchillian Mountain

What on earth's is he accomplishing by climbing one of the tallest mountains in all of Kavelio. Exhaustion, frustration upon cutting an rather nasty flesh wound across his left knee/ankle.
Worst of all, it wouldn't offer much of an convenient descent. Alas, he had found an rather large outcropping.

It's cold, whereas there hadn't started snowing.
It weren't that his clothing stood out, but his own fur, offered plenty with warmth. It felt like home, born due on a small island northwest from Farwille, snowstorms, temperatures well beneath the average. Parent's are but moved, and everything has been abandoned. Tourism simply seized to exist, and thus it's all but fathomed to nature's wrath. Can't even look back, as what houses once stood firmly, have all but, been torn to pieces.

Finishing what sandwiches, that he had brought with him, before limping his way inside the mountain's core. Hopefully giving answers.
Glacier wall's, floor filled with soft snow, rather moist to the touch.
Further inside he went, rather shocked how well this system has been preserved, considering countless of avalanches and most of all turbulent times when treasure's was well known to draw all kind of folk's, looking to make them self a fortune.
The halls continued further down, like if nature's had made it's own kind of stairs, in the end, there's an incredible warmth as if whatever is down there, Jason knew there's something terrible amiss here.

Curiosity set him off even further down, one that he'd may eventually regret upon.
Random stones scattered around, oozed with steam, and what water that slipped down from the roof, felt like fire.
What curiousness he once had, changed ever as much with fear as what he may have discovered or about to, could easily become a disaster.

Panicking upon finding streaming lava, he knew there's no way he would venture further down, sweating immensely from his forehead.
Without the proper tool's he could only assume his own words would prove sufficient enough.
Of course by stepping to far, he hadn't seen the oncoming rock, knocking the husky out cold, having most of his gear dangling even further down in the mountain depth's.

It was a lonley life most of the time but it suited him, single no strings attatched doing the things he wanted and when he wanted. Ellis sat admiring the work done so far in the field, pouring a mug of coffee from the flask fine tuning the radio in the tractor. Alhough this was the case, have a few good friends in town who were in the same boat meant at least once a week winding down, letting loose with a few beers.

Sure he'd been here a long time, sometimes boring work but it was consistant and paid well. When people were at the docks, in the cities and everywhere else in between were begging for work Ellis knew it ws as best to stay put. Desires of travelling the world fading away, he was the wrong side of young, free and single. Just free and single now. Although getting close to lady friend in the village, there was nothing serious going on.

Time passed away quicker then normal, perhaps the excitement for tonight or that he'd been used to doing the big field far too often, it was parkinp up getting out of the cab the shire stood nodding appreciatlvly. Yes, today had been good. Heading into the bunk house getting washed and changed, Slaton was no where to be seen.

That was, until the front door craked open. Seeing the now not so white fox come in he had to ask about his day

"They got you working well then matey?"

Slay smiled, already stripping off for the shower

"Sure have, good to get my teeth into some proper stuff El! Just started on the new barns wiring man, now this is some good shit right here!"

Laughing Ellis sat on his bed watching the T.V waiting for the fox to finish up, as eager to get out as he was washed changed and ready for the town in less then ten minutes

"So, where we heading then? Guessing only one or two places to go but really need a beer!"

"Yeah theres about four pubs, and we're going to try them all!"

______

He knew it wasn't good to rush someone like this, they took great pleasure in trying to make you sweat a bit with the information, often thinking it was vital. At the this precise moment in time Finn sat staring not really giving a shit what was going on, some prat was strutting his stuff again getting messengers about, so what?

"I am but a simple courier, name's Reefhorn."

Finn leant back in the chair in an exagurated gesture, so right all along, glrofied messages

"You don't say" The wolf said with somewhat sarcasm, fangs showing a wicked grin.

"Keep it. "I believe I've kept you long enough, please move on with whatever you intended to do."

Picking up swiftly Finn watched the guy head off probably as quickly as he arrived, all but one swift motion. Making sure the guy left before looking down at the sheet of paper, he stared intently at it. Phone numer, name and some crap photo, brought it closer to his eyes.

Nothing seemed to be out the ordinary, christ, you couldn't even make out if it was a wolf, canine, feline let alone he in the photo. Besides, the latest work that had been done was just a simple job. Decommisioned weapons bought legit, sold on illigimatly minus serial numbers.

"We should head back on home."

Bringing him out of a somewhat state of deep thinking, Sashas words were at least a little comforting, stability and safety was the voice,

"Y..yeah, good idea"

Setting off for the main road back to the city he couldn't help be a little on edge, constant looking in the mirrors making sure no same cars were following, even two or three back. Purposly changing direction, even double backing on himself criss crossing town making sure he was free.

Satisified he contunied towards the apartment block, parking in ther underground car park pulling his pistol out flicking off the safety before re holstering. Why was he on edge like this? He'd been in this situation before, or was it the fact someone had tracked him down so quickly and the fact he was with Sasha? That was probably it...

"Sorry i'm a little on edge my love, but, y'know, just he kind of freaked me out more so then normal?" Embracing in a hug before heading up the stairs....

//"Sorry i'm a little on edge my love, but, y'know, just he kind of freaked me out more so then normal?"\\

Dreaded at the mere thought, having to worry about every valuable moment they'd might share. Whether her hand felt comforting enough as they both made it out from the parking house, heading inside their apartment, she hoped at least her present would ease the wolf's mind away from that stranger's conceivable method's.
Of course, she had invested in a new TV, fully integrated with 3D, and of course a pair of glasses to go along with it. All in all, a 46 flat screen, if not they'd be given some memorable times watching a few movies, like any ordinary couple.
Perhaps it'd become a boring lifestyle, at least it'd keep him safe.

Yet at the moment she's about to teach him to use the wireless controller, a loud boom is struck down at the street.
Smoke quickly transcends upward's, right outside their window, near the balcony.
Hurrying outside, looking down at what's been the cause for this obscure event. Someone's car had been triggered with a bomb. Yet who would do such?

That's when a shady character seemingly rushes past, barely visible, with all that black smoke lifting.
"I could have sworn that guy down there, looked vaguely familiar."
Sasha felt worried, that whoever had met them down at Redoran, had indeed pursued them, but for what reason, it he to be blamed for setting someone's car ablaze. For what reasons, he sure acted unlike any other killer she's had the opportunity to nail, before getting executed.

Down below, there was indeed someone making it inside the very same apartment where both Sasha and Finn were living.
Following the stair's up, quickly ascending for the stair's until....

Sasha had moved inside, only to have her courage opening the door, toward the exit. Upon finding nothing but someone violently smashing at the neighbors door, downstairs.
"Don't."

The mistake someone attended below received an unpleasant surprise, with a quick jaunt of a dagger right up in it's skull.
Still alive, flailing about, only to have his nut, gushed out with a powerful fist. Panic quickly swept around, someone had called the authorities, they were onto investigate the scenery, Sasha knew Finn was a man, to clean up such a mess, but she wouldn't allow him such privilege, and kept him bound, not releasing his arm.
Only shaking with her head, wanting him to move back inside.

Somewhere nearby Lesslie's Farmhold

Whether a moment among friend's, relishing thoughts between a few beers, it was more an jiff in the air, that brought a lively creature running loose among the small town's pedestrians.
Someone was chasing it, hollering anyone to interfere with it, keeping a pitchfork in his hand.

Whatever he was chasing, it had taken the pleasure, feeding upon one of the sheep's. The farmer thought of it, nothing more then a fox, but it was clear, that this weren't no ordinary animal, probably who'd lost track of his home, and general hunting ground.
Whether it was instant, the blue scaled creature ran across the graveled road, with meat around his mouth.
Briefly casting it's head toward the shire and feline cat, only to vanish behind a few houses.
Quickly being followed up by the silly farmer, who craved their attention.
"Did you see that, where was it going?"

The dragon filled up with a mouthful, before making it through some bushes, quite exhausted out from having to run, out of fear, he hadn't learned to fly properly from even ground, and was desperately trying to find some sort of cliff.
Perhaps running upon one of the roof's take it from there, but the frustrating farmer was onto him, and even a slight mistake, might leave him stabbed.

If someone actually knew it was an relatively young dragon on the loose, they'd be all looking for him. A price on it's head, as they've become so rare, it's worth more then gold.

Heading up the stairs did feel somewhat safer that was true, making their way in her apartment leading him to the suprise, the massive TV top of the range full of technology. Heck even 3D!

It was enough to take his mind off things that was for sure, settling down with a top class film snuggles up on the sofa with good secutiry of the building too.

Standing looking out the window Sasha sorting things out the sound of the explosion caught both their attention, the smoke rising upon the car that had been targetted. But a car bomb suddenly outside their window, the random stranger from earlier?

Finn didn't beleive too much into coincidences until now, sure they happend, but this was far too conveinant for his liking.

"I could have sworn that guy down there, looked vaguely familiar."

Looking over Finn clocked the guy running, could it be the same bloke? Possibly, all this was too close for comfort seeing him run into the same block Sahsa had the door open, spinning around Finn looked in horror at...an open space?

Hearing the noise downstairs it was only seconds before the horrid sounds echoed through the halls obviously whoever the neighbour was not forthcoming with information.

The sirens wailing closer now it was a matter of time before they got to the block, was the guy still inside? Panicking the wolf grabbed the pistol sighing with releif, this one was a geuine registered weapon. Nothing to hide right? But what if he or they were both framed?

"Sasha i think it's best if i scoot off, this might be some sort of trap and i don't want you caught up in it"

Sweating more now, the fur on his head matted a little he dashed to the fire escape. Looking back he had to ask, knowing a safe house to hide out it would be alright he was certain

"Are you coming?"

____

It was a nice evening the sun setting in the distance creating a glow of warm reds and oranges, temperatures still warm with a light breeze. Walking leisurly along eventually reaching the village, it seemed the night life was beginning locals heading in to spend their hard earned once more.

Something was happening in the distance, people parting someone chasing some blue thing heading towards them. Either way it looked serious, pitchfork in the farmers hand sowed he meant business. Looking close seeing the prize in the little ones mouth, both he and Ellis could see what the fuss was about.

Seeing where it went, and indeed what it was upon close inspection Slaton kept his suprise and admitation in check. Especially when the guy came screaming upto them

"Did you see that, where was it going?"

"Sorry my friend, must have dashed off over there into the long grass of the fields" The fox pointing to where the buildings blended into the landscape of farmers feilds of crops.

Rushing off once more the two carried on talk of what happened in the air with everyone.

"Was that what i thought it was?" Ellis asked mulling things over

"Heh yeah, poor little guy looked starved!" Slatons mind whirring around with how or why it was here of all places, hadn't they sort of....died out? Clearly not looking at it, it was no figure of their imagination.

"Slaton?" Ellis look of question to the fox as they wer eat the entrance to the first pub

"Oh heh sorry buddy! Just thinking y'know? C'mon, lets have that drink"

Wondering inside it wasn't too busy which was nice, greeting the few regulars of the village, talking small talk with everyone it seemed like everyone knew each other, all friendly towards the new white fox.

Sat at the bar talking about the days events, Slay was enjoying it he couldn't deny. But eventually he'd have to head off once more, staying here would be like where he was back at home stuck in a rut. ALthough it did seem many people passed through here whether tourists or trade, strangers came and went, all part of vlllage life he guessed.

Small Village

//"Sorry my friend, must have dashed off over there into the long grass of the fields"\\

Catching the unfamiliar voice, at the extent of appreciating such mindful foreplay, clearly misdirecting the foolish farmer, who's had but a small portion of his great stock snatched away from him.
Routing for an opportunity, escalating bit by bit's, using whatever mean's, offering an meager accessible staircase, until all four limb's was firmly placed upon one of the house owner's roof.
Someone's voice could be heard from downstairs. Probably watching his favorite television, show, obviously not interested to venturing out, finding the obtrusion, that wander's atop.

Not wishing to tarry any further among civilization, though thankful for this stranger's kind heart'd spirit, when most wouldn't hesitate, pulling that trigger, befitting such a trophy, such as a dragon's head.
Spreading out his mediocre sized wing's, slowly approaching the southern edge, knee's bent casually, before quickly snapping using his tail, pushing all that hard earned muscles him off into the sky.

Someone mentioned extraordinary bird, whereas it's father rudely brought to him, lowering that mouth use of his.

Itchillian Mountain

It wasn't until late evening he awaken with a throbbing headache.
One paw held toward his forehead, steaming hot, feeling nausea, probably due to being knocked out, for an extensive period under such vile temperatures.
Backpack's all but lost, or he couldn't simply attain him self any further down, without getting burnt alive.
He had to make it out, and most of all, this must be heard, before an unknown natural catastrophe would take place, killing hundred's of unaware citizens, trying to live their best, before retiring.
New children born into this world, at such hazardous conditions, knowing that any day, this mountain could gush out ash and streams of lava.

He couldn't maintain on his feet, before he collapsed upon all four. Luckily, this weren't such an faulty situation, as it all linked to their mammal's instincts.
Coughing, feeling his chest ache upon each muscular reaction.
Frustration grew him ever wary about making it out, though the light, but fresh breathe, filling the huskies nostril's sure boasted his morale, upon finding the exit.

Alas, Jason made it out after pushing every boundary that's left in him.
Having to carry him self down such a tall slope, will likely kill him, but he can't just give up now, after all, even if it's cold, he's out from the hellish pit down there.
Descending down, using whatever wit's of breathe he still had to muster.

It was almost new morning when he reached the mountain's foot. Dragging him self over to the wheel's, taking a seat at the driver's chair, before engaging the vehicle.
Knowing he'd best be off toward his work, no matter his state.

Galvahal City

//"Sasha i think it's best if i scoot off, this might be some sort of trap and i don't want you caught up in it"\\

"I believe I'm already involved, Finn, so of course I'm coming."
Though she'll swore that if whoever's pursuing them, make a mess out of their apartment, she'll personally find out whoever's responsible and she won't hesitate a second, killing the imbecile once without a second's thought.

Hurrying down the fire escape, hearing the sound of loud mashing at the entrance door, before a faint, but recognizable sound from one of the door's getting smashed down by force.
Gunfire entwined them self with officer's stationed near the site. It's all a mess, and they'd barely made it back home.

"Hey... Over here."
It was as clear like any, someone were trying to draw the attention from the wolf, and his love toward an rather murky hideout, beneath the sewers.

It was imminent dark, and whoever had called them over, was hard to visualize without some sort of light.
"Follow me, there's no time to waste." The character tries to lead em past the dark corridor's, only to hear clinging sound at the background.

"Damn he must be following us." Sasha tried to remain at her lowest pitched voice, yet remaining clear enough for anyone close by.

Shortly finding them at another ladder leading upward's.
"Get up through here, don't even think about stop running until you arrive at the nearest church, it should be about a mile on foot. Just don't look back."
Whoever he was, someone wanted to see Finn and Sasha safe, but the pursuer's feet approaching ever closer.

Unsheathing out a pistol, firing a warning shot behind the canine's wake, interfering with the assassin's potential and most conventional ways of dealing a lethal blow.
Even knowing that the victim hold's a weapon, he wouldn't exactly use any normal tactic's, surveying the prime target.

"Just go... You'll know what to do, whilst inside."
The man continues, urging them to hurry, rather then resisting, as there might be more then one potential pursuer involved.
