Ok, I have been looking through the comments and posts, asking about "why no Generations DLC?!". Well I have a small opinion on the matter. Remember all the platforms that Sonic Generations was on? 360, PS3, 3DS, and PC. And what a better platform to use hacking for! And that's just it. The players can create their own stages and bring back some of their favorites. I know this sounds lazy to Sega and, at times, mean. I wanted to see Mephiles as a DLC rival battle character, he'll be pretty good in it even though he's non-existent... |

No offense but this is quite old news. That being said, what about stages that don't use the 3D scenery like Sonic 1-3D Blast stages? |

Personally, I'd like to see Scrap Brain Zone with this treatment, though it's unlikely. Though Death Egg Zone (The S&K one, not the S2 one) would be pretty cool. |

This really makes me think that if someone/a lot of people were willing to accept designs and make HD graphics out of them that would be neat for something like this. I actually think this is a great idea especially for Genesis/CD/32X stages. Hell, we can even see Sonic X-treme stages.

Hacking isn't a viable replacement forDLC in the same way that traditional sailing isn't a viable replacement for air travel. It requires more effort, time, and knowledge to use than the average layman possesses. Also, Sega gets absolutely no money from it anyway. It's more likely that the reason there is no Generations DLC is because there were never any plans for it in the first place regardless of what the hacking scene was going to do with the game after the fact. |

Well, like i said, its just a theory. There is no real announcement for DLC, but it could/could not be in any case. And I know this is old news, but no one bothered to put it up :3 |

I'm still waiting to see if anyone has even attempted to recreate Classic-era stages, such as Hydrocity and Starlight Zone. |

Sonics friends should be included as DLC because i love playing as Amy Rose and Vanilla the Rabbit but i cant do it in this game and it makes me sad. for stages id love to see Toy Kindgom and Music Plant and sweet Mountain and Twinkle Prak but DLC is not likely so i will never see them.

Generations really doesn't need any DLC or extra levels, in my opinion. It was as long as it needed to be. |
