Marble Garden Act 1
Helloh people, it's been 3 years since I was last here.

Ever since that last thread I made in the advice corner, I been single and lately I been feeling the need to get back out there and find another girlfriend.

I am 18 years old going on 19 in a few months. I suffer from depression and have a hard time speaking to ANYONE in general. I hate being lonely but at the same time I hate being around people. Whenever a girl talks to me my first reaction is to respond in a grumpy tone with a serious face (because I hate being randomly bothered in the first place). I am awkwardly social because I choose to keep myself dormant in my room with the exception of when I have to go to school.

I have have a huge fear of rejection because I have gone through many break ups (4 in total. All of the relationships pretty long for Middle-Freshman year of Highschool).

What can I do to overcome these issues so I can be more open and social and end this loneliness once and for all?

What can you do? I've been through same.

What you should you do?

1. A counselor or therapist isn't that bad of an idea talking about anger in general. DO NOT TALK ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS TO THEM. The all-caps is very necessary. If you talk about that, counselors will give you other reasons to stress about because they won't be able to help on that, instead, they'll make things worse. Talk about your emotions first. Talk your anger out. Tell them why you're so grumpy or if you don't know why, make suggestions or let them do it for you. FIND COPING SKILLS.

2. FIND COPING SKILLS [repetition is needed for this.] Find something you like to do that releases stress. Music, writing, drawing, making new fan characters!!! I know you're good at that. Maybe if you like music as much as I do, create music. Write songs or just start out in simple verses or choruses.

3. Find something inspiring to do. Make goals that you know you can do if you put effort to it.

4. Never ever set yourself up for failure. If you do, it will bring you down more and put you back to where you was. If you know you're not ready for something, don't do it until you know you are.

That's...pretty much all. I'm just saying what I think is right.

Bean basically took the words out of my mou-er, thoughts. You gotta find some way to cope with the depression or get a consouler.

Or trying Symbolta. Depression hurts. Symbolta can help. Seriously, my grandpa proved it.
Gonna dropkick it.

I object to your claims
Two month old bump and the OP hasn't even responded to it since his opening post.
