Chapter 1 my P.O.V. "Black dude" "Who's he?" "That guy looks weird." "Why is HE here?" Voices scattered throughout the hallways of Blue Vally High as Shadow walked past. Shadow's eyes glanced across every face, but he stayed under the radar and said no words. He went to his locker and opened it fairly quickly for being new. He grabbed his binder and walked to first period. Shadow, as you might know, is a hedgehog, and was created by Dr. Gerald Robotnik for evil porposes and he was made to be evil. Shad IS evil, but not as much as you would think from his apperance. As you will soon find out about Shadows past in this story, you will also find out why he is not as evil as he first was. As school drown on, Shadow found himself getting more, and more bored every waking second he was there. Somehow, Shadow had made it to lunch. The cafitieria was hot and conjested. So many groups sat at the tables. Shadow could'nt help but think about where he should sit. Shadow glanced at each of the tables. One table had all girls with quills or fur put up and was wearing make-up and light colored Aeropostale clothing with high-heeled shoes or boots. Shadow could immediatly tell that this was the popular girls table, and that he did'nt belong there. Shadow glanced at another table.This one had all guys with cool-looking Airwalk shoes and light colored bodies. Shadow saw Sonic and Silver laughing at something, but he could not tell what. But once Shadow seen them there, he knew at once that this was the popular guys table and he also knew that he did not belong there either. Once Shadow found out that he did'nt belong to ANY of the tables in the cafitieria, he had decided to look for one of his friends. The only friend Shadow had in this school was Rouge the bat, so off he went, searching. In a few moments, Shadow had found Rouge sitting in the corner, eating her lunch. Shadow went and sat with her. "Hey, Handsome." Said Rouge in her sarcastic way. "Hello, Rouge." Said Shadow. "How are you here?" "Got expelled from my other school." "How?" "I punched that severely annoying chao some fifth-grader brought to school." "Oh. Well, sorry you got expelled." "It does not matter. That school was repulsive, anyways. It was full of humans." "Oh. Well, that's a great summery, Shadow!" "Ha ha." "Ha ha." "What are your plans for after school, Rouge?" "Not much. Just gonna fly around and torment Knuckles." "Ah." At this moment the bell rang and it was time for fifth period. Coincidentally, Shadow's fifth period class was his favorite and he was so relived. If you do'nt know what Shadow's favorite class is, it (for reasons nobody but Shadow can fathom) is art. Shadow walked to art class, some-what exited. (For Shadow, that is.) Shadow approached the teacher, Mr. Grey, and asked where he should sit. "Oh. Okay, black dude, go ahead and take the seat next to Sonic." Shadow just stood and stared at Mr.Grey in shock, not just because he was told to sit by Sonic, his arch rival, but also because he had called Shadow, "Black dude" right in front of him! For some reason, and nobody knows why exept for Shadow, but he considers talking about his colors is very insulting. "I have a name." Said Shadow. "Well, what is it, then?" "Shadow." He crossed his arms. "Well, Shadoww," Said Mr. Grey in a very mocking tone. "Go take your seat next to Sonic." "Fine." Shadow walked over and saw Sonic drawing a picture of his girlfriend, Sally The Squirrel. "Faker." Said Shadow. Sonic looked surprised. "Shadow!?!?" Said Sonic, with great alarm. I Actually like this story,keep up the good work. as for the polls i voted silvamy,i think she would be a close second if blaze didn't take silver(yes i support silvaze),they have also teamed up numerous times. i don't think shadow and amy would happen though,i'd see tails and amy more probable to happen then that.i believe that shadow would go with rouge,but opinions are opinions. |

I have many comments to say about that. But i'll stick with the one i am about to say: The story is overall going to a good start but come on, i haven't heard a one single teacher that said "Black dude" to a student. As for the polls? I chose sonamy. Amy is way too stubborn to give up on Sonic. And i personally think on how Sonic avoids her, and Amy's reactions to that are quite funny and charming. It's what makes a good couple instead of a couple that outright decides to kiss each other after the first meeting. We are never quite sure how Sonic thinks of Amy. Either he's shy, he's frustrated, who knows? It keeps us in suspense. Maybe the moment where they finally kiss will never happen, but fans like sonamy the way it is. Now don't take this personally, it's my own opinion but like i stated once, i am not quite a fan of Shadamy. It seems so questionable. And like i said just seconds ago, Amy is way too stubborn to give up on Sonic. Even if Sonic will tell her to go screw herself, Amy will not give up. She will just draw a delusional conclusion and continue chasing after him. Now, maybe your not planning to make Amy be interested in Sonic at all. That's okay, but still. You know, just stating my opinion. However, i will stick around this story and see how it will go. Until the next chapter, see you. =3 |

i should show my friend this. He is a huge Sonamy fan. I like to mess with him and make him angry sometimes lol. Anyways it is a nice story so far. I have heard rumor that a teacher in my elementary school when i was in the 5th grade called their student 'Black kid'. I too vote Sonamy, because...well max stole the words out of my mouth, and to me it just seams more likely to happen. |

Chapter 2 my P.O.V. Training "So, you're drawing that squirrel, what was her name again... oh, yeah. Sally." Shadow taunted Sonic. "Oh, Shadow, Shadow, Shadow," Said Sonic. "You're just JEALOUS you don't have a girlfriend." "I don't NEED a girlfriend. And yours is not that attractive, anyway." "You take that back!" "Hmph. Make me." "SHADOW!" "Heh heh. You're so funny when you're mad!" "SHADOW, SONIC, BE QUIET!" Mr. Grey had burst into their conversation. "Fine." Shadow and Sonic said in unison. "Faker," Said Shadow, "I'll be waiting in Sky Babylon at five o' clock to fight you. Come if you're not too scared." "I'll probably just win anyway..." Said Sonic under his breathe. Classes went on and Shadow went to Knuckles's gym after school. 'I still have a couple of hours until I have to get to Sky Babylon. I might as well train while I have the chance.' Thought Shadow. "Hello, Knuckles." Said Shadow. "Mind if I train here for a little while?" "No, bro! I could care less if you trained here or not! What's the reason?" Asked Knuckles. "Well, I have to fight the Faker in Sky Babylon at five, and I want to be ready." "Why would that matter? You're already so muck stronger than Sonic anyway." "I just want to be ready. You never know with him." "Oh. Well, where 'ya 'gonna start 'trainin?" "Probably at the top of the building where I can practice punching with Storm." "Ah." Shadow ran all the way to the top of the building (which did'nt take long at all) and started his weekly punching sessions with Storm. Storm is a gray albatross. He is heavily built with many, many muscles and is always seen wearing pedded armor for his job. "Hey, Shad," Said Storm. His voice was slightly deeper than Shadow's. "Hello, Storm." Replied Shadow. "I am fighting Faker at fave, so do not go easy on me." "Do I ever?" Aked Storm, trying to look real tough. "Yes. Remember when you fell over before I even done anything to you just because you were 'tired'?" Shadow asked Storm, giving hima skeptikal look. "Heh heh heh!" Storm laughed, holding his hand on the top of his head with a smile from ear to ear. "Well, Shad, I can promise you, no going easy today!" "Good." "Take your best shot." "HYAHH!" Shadow ran foreward with all of his might, and punched Storm in the stomach. Storm cringed a bit, but did not fall over. "DAMN IT!" Yelled Shadow. "What's up, Shadow?" Asked Storm. "That actually kind of hurt." "I did not knock you over, Storm! You know I try to do that before I get into a fight bacause I want to be ready, Storm!" "Somebody needs anger management..." Said Storm under his breathe. "What?" Asked Shadow, raising a brow. "Nothing!" "Hey, Shad," Said Storm after a short, awkward silence. "Yes?" Shadow replied. "Instead of punching, why don't you try kicking? You're pretty good at that, from what I've heard." "Sure. Are you ready?" "As I'll ever be." "HYAHH!" Shadow took a short but fast run, then jumped high into the air. Shadow brought out a chaos emerald and shone it into Storm's eyes, blinding him. Shadow slammed his foot hard into Storm's chest. Shadow had knocked him over. Shadow stood next to Storm with a look of rage on him, but after a few seconds, he returned to his normal emotionless look. "Great job, Shadow!" Said Storm, slightly out of breath. Shadow nodded to him. "You knocked the wind out of me!" "Do you think I am ready?" Asked Shadow, remaining emotionless. " 'Course! You're really strong, Shadow!" "I am going to leave." "See ya later, Shad!" Till next chapter, PEACE OUT HOMIES!!!!!! |

Well...the whole act of empathy can take role for Shadow. Amy is way too desperate for something she cannot have and will not have. She's going to end up being upset, Shadow is not as BADASS as people think. From playing games with him in it, he's a person that hides his personality. He will eventually feel empathetic towards Amy, which would start out into a relationship. It might never happen, but it's possible. |

Well, so far it seems to be focused on Shadow and Sonic rivalry. I like that, but stories about couples usually introduce pretty much everything in the first chapter, but so far it seems your focus is on Sonic and Shadow rivalry. I like that but this is still a fan fiction about Shadamy, right? I'm waiting till' Amy gets her spotlight. You might also want to work on your fan fiction length. I mean it's ok, it's good enough to fit but it's still way too short. So i presume you are gonna release a chapter every day. That's good enough to reward the wait for that kind of long fan fic. But i really think you could do better. You have some potential towards writing, and i want you to use it to the best. I'm not forcing this advice upon you but i hope you will make the next one much longer. As for the poll, i choose the following: Sonic - Well..what do you expect? It's Sonic! The guy that started it all, who can't like him? Because without him, this franchise wouldn't exist. Sonic also has that attitude. Cocky, and with a smile on his face no matter the situation. I also like when some fan fictions portray him with kind of a grumpy attitude, which in my personal opinion, makes him better and more entertaining when other characters react to that kind of attitude. He still a great character the way he is, you know but you know. Sonic and grumpy attitude. I jsut find that nice for some reason. Amy - A girl who was shown doing shopping, and is falling over a men who always runs away from her but she never gives up. Determination. A girl who has a hammer and with it, defeated hundreds of robots, including a one henchmen twice her size who tried to capture her and her newfound bird friend. Amy. She may look like just another stereotyped girl in video gaming, but when she decides to unleash her hammer, i think she's badass. Tails - I like this fellow so much i just can't stop using him in my fan fictions, despite completely corrupting his personality in those. Dunno what's so special about him, he's just some of the first supporting characters kind of like Amy, and you grow attached to him when you venture through Sonic 2 with him always by your side. He can help you fly across a pit, operate a plane to chase after Eggman, he keeps inventing new things to help Sonic with his journey, he's just everything that makes a smart but definitely not what you can call a nerdy character. His goal is to achieve being just like Sonic, but he keeps telling himself that he's not good enough for that, despite saving a city from a giant explosion. He saved a city from a giant explosion. That. And assisting him in many adventures, filled with deadly traps. He keeps doing that in fact. Maybe in some games he is just a character that you talk with and that's it, but he keeps returning to the side of Sonic, most recently in Sonic 4 Episode 2. Tails is the equal similarity to Luigi. He's lovable, cowardly but confident in himself. And that concludes this little rant i made. Now excuse me, i need to regain my 20 minutes of life. |
