Announcement and fan reaction. Apologies for bad quality, trying to find better source (As well as some of those comments in the comment section). So much nostalgia from Sega lately. NiGHTS HD, Jet Set Radio HD, and now a SA2 port/possible remake. Unknown exactly if this is an all-out remake or an HD Port(Probably the latter). Discuss. |

Personally I don't see a extreme reason to get excited, that's just because I already have the game on the Gamecube though, I'd rather not get it on the newer consoles just so it's more HD, now as for Jet Set Radio and NiGhTs HD, I never had those games, so definitely gonna try those. Sonic CD already being out on the Xbox live market and PSN I think, I'll probably get that at somepoint even though I already have it on the Sonic Gems Collection, why? Because I don't really like using the gamecube controller for that game, and because that's a game I'd REALLY like to see in HD. |

@Cal: Well, another reason to get the Xbox Live Arcade version of Sonic CD would probably be the stuff they add, like both soundtracks, Tails, and fixed collision detection. Anyways, I'm looking forward to this, as at least it'll look sharper in HD, which I like. |

It's off topic, but I was in the same situation. I bought Jet Set Radio on XBLA and I love it.  I heard that Battle mode is going to be an separate buy from the game. I definitely hope that it's not true, but would make sense since SA1 made you buy the Director's Cut bonus material separate from the game too. Still it will be nice going through nostalgia is HD. Oh. Oh that's just cruel. Making me choose between getting it on PC or on PS3. Also, saw some pics comparing the XBL/PSN version to the Gamecube/Dreamcast version and its sorta made me more interested in getting it...well...it is on my list of games to get.  As for Nights, I actually do want to get that, because I heard so much about it and I do like the design and such. Though I can't help but wonder if maybe Segas going to gauge our reaction(and purchases) of these games for possible future plans? |

I just got my MS Points card today and I tried to download both Nights and SA2 but it's not working..I guess they're not done loading it to the marketplace yet? Guess I'll have to keep busy with Jet Set Radio for now.. |

I'd reckon to look into this thread eventually. Never fancied Sonic Adventure 1, but that could have been my own irrelevant idea of not finding the next playable area. Whether I'll pick it up or not, that depends, but from what I've heard. Great game back then. |

So, I got SA2 today. Finished hero story and started working with dark story. Pretty much the same as the Gamecube version, though the Battle stuff is DLC, it looks sharper due to being on an HD console (up to you whether this is good or bad), widescreen support, and Big is hiding in the levels. Also, I know some of you are wondering, yes, Rouge's jiggle physics are still present. |

Cool and Aww.. When they said "HD" I was hoping something along the lines of Sonic Adventure 2 with the the awesome graphics of the Sonic games today (Gameplay and Sound effects unchanged however.) |

Want to get it, but since I saw that there's no online MP...I dunno. Still would be a cool Single Player and Local MP experience, but maybe the people behind the remake know why there won't be online MP. I don't want to bug a lot in a match, that I know for sure, XP |
