Could Eggman Nega be dead? He hasnt.been seen since Rivals.2, where he was trapped in the Ifrit world.without food or water. This means he probably died in there of starvation. This means Blaze must be very relived =) .

I don't exactly know much about Eggman Nega outside of Rush/Adventure, but I don't see why he would be dead.

Unless we know much about the Ifrit World, it could very well just be possible that he is stuck there with no means to get out right now.

In the Archie Comics, countless characters have been sent to other dimensions, but they manage to survive and eventually escape. So Nega may be in a similar predicament. He could be having a very hard time surviving there, perhaps he is plotting something and waiting for the right chance to strike, or perhaps he could be dead. We can't really say.

Yep.
Haha, nah, think that this is intended for all audiences. SEGA commanding Nega to die of starvation would be like telling the original Eggman to die by making his machines start exploding, and with that making Eggman dead. They simply can't die. SEGA probably just sent them to their own dimension and well, Blaze is dealing with him there. We just can't see him now because Nega's home isn't in Sonic's world.

Okay, I've never played either of the Rivals games, so I have no idea what you guys are exactly talking about, but it's possibly he's found someway to survive and is trying to figure a way out. He's probably barely scrapping by, but he may as easily still be alive.

He appeared in Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games and the 3DS version of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
So as a character he is still around but I have no idea what the deal is behind his story.

Well, if this information I got on him from the Sonic Wiki is correct (someone confirm it for me, I don't always trust that site), he was able to free himself after being turned into a card at the end of Sonic Rivals, though it was apparently never explained how. But if he can do that, I guess it's possible he could find a way out of the Ifrit dimension.

The issue with that is that the Mario and Sonic Olympics series is not canon whatsoever.

guess other than that, he's pretty much dead, unless he gets out of the ifrit world, also I pretty much noticed that everytime eggman gets presumed dead, he's suddenly comes out alive, so would that be possible with eggman nega, too?

Well you have to remember, Eggman has been in pretty similar situations like Nega, So it's not impossible for Nega to return one way or another

Spoiler: click to toggle

That's just my 2 cents. But in short, yea, he's probably alive.

Isn't Nega actually a descendent of Eggman according to Rivals?

In Rivals, yes. Rush/Rush Adventure he is from another dimension. I just chock this discrepancy up to the idea of there being several different canonical versions (Multi-Verse Theory).

Either that or SEGA is just bad at keeping things consistent. :XP:

If Eggman Nega is dead, isn't Eggman supposed to be dead too? I've only played Rush/Rush Adventure and know that Nega is from a different dimention but they're the same person so... @_@
