Well, a few months i had this one problem.\ I am a homeschooled student. Thus, my lessons are in home, not in school. The lessons go casually..sometimes. Because well, in a couple lessons, i might get kinda moody. I don't like school, and when a teacher rings and is about to be in my home to teach me, i feel sad. I think i'm way too attached too my laptop, and when my lessons begin, i am disappointed that my laptop activities have been interrupted.. The most often results from that is laying face flat on the table and not paying attention to the lesson. And i AM aware of that. The teachers try to get me working but words like "If we'll begin doing those exercises, time will fly way faster and we'll be done with this lesson in no time." That is a good comfort, but i just react to that "Who cares..." Now, that was my problem. Here's my question, which is kinda desperate. I want to feel energetic during those lessons, i want to feel as if i WANT to do them. But well, i don't know how..can you guys give me any suggestions? |

You won't get much closer, 'till you sacrifice it all.

Just think about what is at stake if you don't do well in exams. I myself am 15, so I know how it feels to not to do work, trust me, but when I'm feeling aloof about revising I remember that good grades will get you a good job, which will pay good money, which will ultimately lead to a good life and happiness. I don't want to end up flipping burgers in McDonalds or anything. P: (Not that you will, just saying..) |
