However I'm not sure what you meant by Characters Bios.

There's but one section ruling such demands, but that doesn't necessarily mean you need that confirmation, simple follow the rules down at the bottom in case your looking to advertise. Apparently though like Vulpix here, what about character bios. Those are meant for this section. Fan Character Shrine
