Only PC owners using Steam can download it separately. ^^^ Exactly right Sadly, you had to pre-order it for the Casino Night Pinball DLC game. To be honest, if you have Sonic Spinball (the good one on Genesis) or Sonic Adventure, it is basically the same, except Sonic controls a little more fluently. It is a nice bonus, but yea, you cannot get it anywhere else anymore. I heard that some games do release there pre-order bonuses when the game has been out for a while, so just keep looking from time to time, but don't be too hopeful sadly.
