Christmas is back again

I'm not here to look at the past, merely focusing forwards. Yes! From here on out, I'm in charge, due to what's been said above.
Quite frankly, I need a refresher on how things are concerning with our judges, who's in, and who's out?

Provided I'm about to change no things around the first round. It'll continue like originally planned.

Changes however will be that all matches will be closed on 7th of June. Unless ether one have forfeited.

I have no idea about the judging time, due to we'll have to see the amount of work behind each round/match.
Self to say, except three weeks, due to real life, etc.


Another thing I'd like to take on note is Fenroar.
I have no idea what Lilfate had actually in store for your potential way back into this tournament. I'm not sure if you've even discussed anything concerning this through PM.
If not, then I'll just have to figure a way what gives an disqualified member's character a chance to return from the graveyard.

Now bare with me, I said yes due to I don't wanna see another tournament end without a solid completion.
Rewards shouldn't sufficiently be removed, just need to have a word around, concerning this. But I'm not really worried around this, due that this tournament won't finish in a while.
Of course that is, how many are valiantly wishing to see this continue, now with the main host actually gone.

Sorry, couldn't help it.

Anyways, now that Star's left, that means Zeke wins that match by default and I AM NO LONGER ALONE IN THE LOBBY, YES! Nice to be able to FINALLY do something, now.

Though, still, no matches have been won by actually being completed thus far. Mine was because Fen was disqualified and Zeke's was because Star left. So, hopefully the next match concluded will be by an actual victory. Or maybe they'll all just drag on to June 7th and we will have no matches that actually ended with a bang. Oh well.

 Oh? Star decided he'll drop out after all? .-. Aww, though I guess I understand. Still, I don't think L wants people to drop out because of something he did, as it's DF in charge now.

As for me, no, L and I haven't discussed anything. So it's all you, DF, to decide what I have to do.

I'm having an idea, but this is due to Star's forfeit.
And I'm in fact willing to listen if members think this is fair, or whether a disqualification means no turning back.

Here's what I'm thinking.
No changes with The Master.

Fenroar vs Courage Wolf
The arena will here be replaced with an old fashioned Colosseum.
Given the circumstances Fen's been disqualified will give him a slight disadvantage. Can't score a full score that is. No 10's. Whereas Courage have no restrictions and will be judged during the same method as everyone else.

I'm open for suggestions however. And or if you consider this a foolish idea.
And I need foremost the approval of Courage Wolf if he can approve of a true challenge instead winning by someone's forfeit.

 Yeah, I think that sounds like a pretty fair idea. Even though it leaves me all alone again... D:

But yeah, still sounds fair enough. As long as you give a few disadvantages to Fen then I see no reason why this wouldn't work.

Well, personally, I don't mind, but yeah, I think it's up to Courage Wolf. Whether he wants a proper, finished fight or simply wants to proceed due to Star's forfeit.

What does the disadvantage mean though? Like let's say both fighters are exhausted and used their remaining strength into one last attack, and one fighter, the handicapped Fighter A, won. Does Fighter A still have a chance of losing though because of the handicap? Kinda confused what you mean.

Of course, I understand as to why I would get a handicap. Minor action lead to me breaking a rule. Though I would totally take it back...

Yet what if the match is ended before the deadline. One comes out victorious. There's that. Ideas are welcome. But most of all, need Courage's approval before I set up anything.
Or else all things look rather glim toward your end Fenroar. Unless I can have someone on the forum, randomly enter. But then again, that'd make it uneven again. So yeah, can only see one solution out of this, and that falls on Courage Wolf's decision.

So that means even if I win, I can't really afford any mistakes or misread anything, as that could dock me a point when my maximum is at nine. .-. Still kinda confused, but like that, right?

But oh? Does that mean the graveyard is removed then? *sweat*

Just wondering as well, but are you gonna continue L's storyline for the tournament? Or will it back to a normal old tournament?

I probably won't continue on Lilfate's story back in the lobby.
Quite frankly don't know what he had in mind ahead of time is all.

And I'm not going to remove the graveyard, but it won't have much purpose no. So quite frankly I ain't to bothered what happens to it, after this. Because I have no clue concerning this ether. L, had it simple sorted out already me thinks, but now he won't get around to it.

 Me personally, I've beed excited about this tournament to start. I've enjpyed participating and waiting anxiously (and patiently of course) for my opponent to post. Despite recent events, the same mindset from the beginning dwells within me. I really wanna see this through to the end, even if I don't make it through to the end.

My thoughts exactly. I'm thoroughly enjoying posting against Miracle, and quite frankly, no matter what happens, I really hope this comes to a fully satisfying conclusion. :)

Courage Wolf vs Star (Courage Wolf Have won, due Star's forfeit from this tournament)
Sonshadsilv vs Chaos
Fenroar vs The Master (The Master won because Fen's disqualification)

If one each makes it further.
Then we have 8 members left.

So if I ain't doing nothing. We have no room for another member.

Now due to the chance of revival. I've asked Courage Wolf if he's willing to prove his quarter final by fighting Fen in an possible old fashioned match, with some minor disadvantages. Been mentioned above.

So what exactly am I missing in the Jukebox.
It will be uneven if I add another member. Due to we simple keep the rooster.

Explains below.

Fen vs Courage Wolf. The one that makes it through will come to the quarter finals among the 7 other winners. That equals 8. I'm just trying to settle this if CW is willing to approve, or else I believe Fen's out from this tournament due to the earlier disqualification.

Hopefully that solves some things.

 Huh... you're right in the fact that Fen vs. Zeke would lead to the second round's bracket being uneven. You'd wind up with 7 rather than 8 that way.

So I guess you could add another member (assuming someone else wants to join) to make it 8, though that means someone gets through to the second round without even trying. Hm... what to do.

Well, I've got no real suggestions on the matter. Suppose I'm still in the tourney though. May as well see things through until I'm knocked out. |P

I'm not too fussed about prizes at the end personally. I was never in this for them. Just fun mostly. I guess bragging rights are good enough (pfft. As if I'll ever beat Tal or Blaire). |P
