Heh, looks like Nintendo's conference was a liiiiitle over-hyped. :P And what do you mean I have to wait a whole 'nother day for information on Paper Mario and Animal Crossing? =<

Edit: Scratch that. Looks like they showed SOMETHING on PM. Holiday release date, yaaaayyy~~

And stickers, which is actually cooler than it sounds.

I don't really have a problem waiting another day, since it means that we'll get an extra hour of information, and it allowed more time to be spent on WiiU.

I don't mind waiting an extra day as well. An hour dedicated to nothing but 3DS after an hour full of mostly Wii U. Personally, it's something that I wished Sony did with the Vita. Vita looks amazing, want to get it for Gravity Rush and Persona 4: The Golden, and was hoping to see more games. But it only got like... five minutes at most.

EDIT: Hey, guys, Check this out. An amazing tech demo showing what future Final Fantasy games could like like. I mean seriously, that could have been the best graphics I ever saw in a game.

Oookay, sorry for the double post, but one more conference is now approaching. The 3DS conference. Starts at 9 EST(About one hour from this post for others).

IGN is saying among those will be a strong focus will be on Animal Crossing for the 3DS, so that's a plus. Hopefully one or two hardcore surprises and more info on the other known games will be fine for me.

EDIT: Hmm. IGN lied to me. Oh well. Liked the new gameplay that was shown.

Now I'm seeing the internet complain everywhere.

My! That's a pretty snazzy performance there!
So...more sad face. The Showcast is done and I am very saddened by this. It was literally almost the same games that was done in the original conference. Honestly I thought Nintendo had a little more love for there other main franchises than Mario and Co. This years E3 was a letdown. I sure hope it does not fail tomorrow.

I liked it. There weren't really any surprises, but it was nice to get to see more of all the new 3DS games and find out a bit more about them. I'm surprised and pleased with how stickers are used in Paper Mario. They seem to be using the paper style even more; even the coins are cardboard now. Plus, two players for New Super Mario Bros 2 is awesome, as I found that was the best number of players for multiplayer for NSMBW. I'm dissapointed about not seeing Animal Crossing or a first party surprise, but the 3rd party games are better than I expected; Scribblenauts and Epic Mickey look fun.

For some reason I fell like I will enjoy the 2 NSMB games coming out more than the previous entries in the series. Maybe it's the change of focus for NSMB2 to be about collecting coins (1 Million!) or something. Although I do know that being able to play multiplayer without worrying about the camera zooming out or moving in a way that it puts your friends at a disadvantage will make things a lot less stressful and a lot more fun.

Showed the same games yes, but we did see more gameplay and news. Some of which only confirmed me buying it. Like that Epic Mickey game. THAT surprised me actually.

Best E3 ever? Not even close! But am I fine with just seeing more details and info about games that I been very anticipated for? Definitely!

So, guys, since my Twitter is full of negative nancies and probably the internet as well, let's all be positive? Give out a list of what you want that was shown at E3!

Pikmin 3, Paper Mario, Castlevania, Fire Emblem(Reggie just confirmed it is coming to America for those wondering), New Super Mario Bros. U / 2(Will likely just get one), Rayman Legends, Asassin's Creed III, Luigi's Mansion, ZombiU, Darksiders II, Nintendo Land, and other Wii U titles that look interesting. Oh and they are other Microsoft/Sony games like Gears of War: Judgment that interest me, as well as the Last of Us, Tomb Raider, Watch Dogs, and more. Sly 4 was not in the conferences, but that's high on my list as well.

Lack of Animal Crossing was the only truly disappointing part.

He really did confirm Fire Emblem!? How did I miss this XD.

I agree with you. Although E3 wasn't as great as it could have been, it was way better than people are saying. Not the best, but certainly not bad. Just out of curiosity, what would you consider to be the best E3?

I'm definitely going to be getting Pikmin 3, Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, New Super Mario Bros U, and New Super Mario Bros 2 . I'll probably get Assassin's Creed 3, Nintendo Land, and Luigi's Mansion. I might get ZombiU, Epic Micky, Scribblenauts, and Rayman Legends. There's a good chance I'm forgetting some stuff.

Definitely getting Paper Mario and Pokemon B/W2 (have not decided on a version). I might also get Luigi's Mansion and Nintendo Land.

He confirmed it afterwards. Source. The reason why Nintendo didn't show it though, as well as other Wii U titles like Metroid and Zelda, is that they don't want to reveal/overly show something that doesn't come out this year.

As for me, hrm. I dunno. I feel like every year at least one of the big three has something I really liked. So it's hard to say. There's never a year where I just hated everything(And no, not this year either!)

I'm fine with everything what I saw at E3, especially with the announcement of Watch Dogs which grabbed my interest immediately, the Halo 4 Gameplay footage, the new X-COM stuff, and The Last of Us.

...The only major disappointment is, no frakkin' Metroid title being made by Retro and not much about the new Super Smash Bros besides the announcement of a new character.

That reminds me, I also want to get Halo 4.

For those of you interested in Paper Mario this video has a lot of new stuff in it. We get to see a variety of different enviornments and enemies, plus the music is really great.

Vita had over 30 new titles at E3. They wanted it to be short because there was criticism the last few years that it was too long. Vita may not have had much presence at their conference but it did at the show floor. There were a lot of things not covered in the conference even for PS3 like the NEW Ratchet & Clank Full Frontal Assault(hecka stoked!!!)

My personal favorites were The Last of Us(amazing how it wasn't scripted and all live gameplay, the ai is unlike any other game which makes me wonder how no one else has done ai like this yet) and Beyond. Beyond simply for the fact that quantic dream always pushes the boundaries of believable, emotional stories in games. The facial animation is that of LA Noire but the tech is far more advanced allowing for body movements to be captured as well. Also looking forward to Playstation All Stars as well! I've been wanting a game like this since the early PS2 years. Parappa the Rapper ftw! Sooooooo glad they didn't forget about him!!![/url]
