Personality: a bit uncaring but he is also wise and very generous when it comes to helping people.
Weapons: An ax and a shotgun with a home-made grenade launcher attached to it.
Items: a satchel for bullets, water, and food.
Sexual relationships: None
Family Members: Enrique Rodriguez (step-father, Frank doesn't know his real father) Lisa Wilson (mother, both parents currently still living)
Date of birth: 12-23-2416
Place of birth: Earth in a underground bunker during the atomic war.
Occupation: originally a trade merchant.
Gender: Male
Species: Wolf
Likes: Country music, Johnny Cash, and old jazz mudic
Dislikes: Criminals and stupid people.
Appearance: Dark silver fur
Attire: Wears a large brown trench coat with blue jeans and wears a hat with a bandana as a face mask.
Bio: When the USA was under attack, people fled into underground bunkers. Communist countries used atomic bombs to destroy USA, but there was an incident. The atomic bombs had a pre-mature detention and every country in the world was destroyed. A few years later Frank Wilson was born.
People came out of the bunkers and started new lives. Unfortunately these new lives started were lives of crime since law enforcement was gone. Frank became a trade merchant when he went out into the death-filled wasteland. At 35 he was shot 5 times in the stomach by a criminal named James. Frank was found by a doctor who implanted mechanical parts into his stomach to help him live, but the doctor told Frank that he would have trouble digesting food and will have constant stomach aches.
Frank tracked down James since he stole Frank's family necklace. People wondered why he did it: Track down a man, chase him across the wasteland, and shoot him to get back his necklace.
At age 36 Frank built a rocket out of scrap metal to escape Earth. He landed on Mobius. He tried to do good by stopping muggings, rapes, robberies, carjackings, anything that was unlawful, but the law enforcement of Mobius labeled him a vigilante. When Frank messed with some gangs' drug operations, the gangs bribed people to lie and say that Frank shot and robbed them. By the fifth day Frank turned into a wolf for an odd reason, (thanks to the radiation back on Earth) and the Mobian Police sent wanted posters to everyone. Frank's reputation was vilified with every citizen of Mobius. Today he's still trying to save people and clear his name even though people hate him.

Those who do good, do...
 this sounds like a wild guess, but the radiation probably caused mutations, I've seen that kind of thing before in some movies and cartoons, even several games like banjo tooie, as I was saying, the radiation probably caused frank to mutate into a wolf thanks to the prematurely activated A.bombs
