History: At birth Charlotte was at hands of her aunt and uncle after unknown reasons for her parents' disappearance. She grew up in somewhat a bad neighborhood where the only place that was good was the school that she went to. She was known as the Snitcher for she would spy on kids and snitch on those that have been doing anything bad.

When she grew up she wanted to be a police officer, but her uncle made her take another turn in her life. She was trained for 8 years by her uncle and became a freelancing intergovernmental agent only to deal with the most dangerous terrorist organizations.
