I want to create some kind of a new character. There's not much I have about her but that she's evil and loves gore and that kind of stuff. I don't know what else I should do for her though. I was hoping you guys could maybe help give me some ideas from there.

You can find some good ones here. I also offer This character template. The first half, from Basic Information down to History is a blank template. The second half (Which looks to be a repeat of the template) offers explanations for each item. It's a very large template, and covers a lot of data that may never be relevant for an RP. It'd be worth a brief reading to help get started. Plus, if you don't mind ruining/have already ruined your life, I would suggest TVTropes for some ideas.
