The shell is mostly clean except for bloodstains splattered all across the front, right, and left side. On the back of the shell in large bold black letters is labeled "Electro-Deathshell.0" ,On the bottom half of the back in a large steel case fit to the capsule, is a capsule powering both the shell, and Kaiser's wristbands, on his exposed arms. The wristbands allow Kaiser to both control machines. (Technokinesis) And electricity, allowing Kaiser to conduct bolts of electricity with his hands. (Electrokinsesis) He's also able to generate electricity, powering machines around him. His feathers are colored a dark brown color like dirt, also black in some places from spilled oil. The shape of his face is pudgy and rounded; Kaiser has a large flabby chin, also smeared with oil. The feathers on the top of his head have been trimmed to a short 2 inches. His beak is a bright yellow and is spotless, as if it were polished. The shape of it is thin and reaches all the way down to his chest. The point of the beak is sharp and if needed, could likely be used for a weapon. Battle Psychology: When Kaiser attacks he launches a full on assault. If machines surround him, he'll use them in anyway possible against his opponent. If not, he'll just launch a series of electrical based attacks to wear his opponent down and then go in for the kill. Skills: -Electrokinesis: The ability to use and manipulate electricity. -Technokinesis: The manipulation of electronic and digital technology so that they can be controlled without the need for physical contact, and can be made to move and function like controlled puppets. -Deactivate Electronics: Kaiser can deactivate all surrounding machinery and technology if need be by using his small plastic yellow jammer. Equipment: His small plastic yellow jammer device with a red switch on the side of the jammer box, the jammer also has a small retractable steel antenna, wristbands, and his armor. Strengths: -Projectile Deflection: Any projectiles shot at his armor are easily deflected off. (Doesn't include explosives like rockets) -Control Over Electricity: Any technology Kaiser wants to be active or inactive is just that, he has practically full control over all surrounding machinery. -Juggernaut: His armor isn't easily destroyed, which means unless the opponent manages to destroy it the only vulnerable points are his head and his arms. Weaknesses: -Slow Moving: His invulnerability, technokinesis, and electrokinesis come at a big price, he's very slow moving. -Game Over: If his armor is disabled with him in it, it's over. He loses his electrokinesis and technokinesis along with his ability to move. -Short Circuit: If his electricity is redirected back towards him and hits the armor it locks up for a few minutes. Wears shinguards and sandals on her legs, elbow-length bracers on her forearms. Shinguards and bracers made of leather with a frame of steel. She wears a belt around her waist which carries her kukri on her left hip, a pouch with her extra poison in a pouch on the front, and a small holy book strapped to the back of her belt. Facial expression is usually closed and expressionless. Personality: Doesn't trust anyone easily. Refuses to get close to anyone, much less men after a history of betrayals by men. Very short, to the point and brusque about everything. Regards violence as only a necessary evil in order to work for her god. She is very devout in the practice of her religion, and can pray for whatever she wishes and it will usually be done. She only shows anger when being chased by men and is usually emotionless. Battle Psychology: Waits for her opponent to strike first. Uses distractions in order to catch her opponent off-guard. Physical combat includes mostly taking the momentum and strength of her opponent and turning it against them, and striking in pressure-points. Skills/Powers: -Poison: Her kukri is covered in a hallucination-inducing poison, which will cause the poisoned's vision and hearing to be distorted for a short amount of time, as the poison was originally intended for small animals and not people. -Prayer of Augmentation: A prayer that enchants her kukri with holy magic, burning her opponent with holy fire for a short period of time, as such focus of holy energy into one item is unstable and impossible to stabilize. -Prayer of Swarm: A prayer that calls upon a swarm of locusts to surround her opponent, obstructing their vision and hearing as well as being a physical nuisance. The holy magic that controls the locusts is also unstable, and the locusts die after a short period of time. -Prayer of Deception: A prayer that creates three illusions of her to serve as decoys. Each of these is an embodiment of holy energy, and as such has a slight shine which can give away which is the real S�lfide to the observant opponent. Equipment: -Poisoned Kukri -Extra Vial of Poison -Holy Book Strengths: -Devotion: She is rather pious in the following of her religion, and can be granted a great deal of things by her god if she prays for it. -Quick-minded: She has extensive martial arts training and as such has quick reflexes and reaction times. -Vinecutter: Using the kukri as a tool to traverse the rain forests she used to call home has made her skill with it excellent. Weaknesses: -Defenseless: Her small and scarce armor pieces do not protect her very well, so when her dodging fails and she is hit, there is very little to do except take the blow best she can. -It's so small!: The length of her kukri isn't exactly impressive, so closing in to strike can be difficult, especially if her opponent has more long-range capabilities than her. -Heads Up: Each of her prayers abilities require that she recite the prayer word for word, which will not only tip off her opponents to her next move, but will also give them a chance to strike as she is focused on reciting the prayer correctly. I entered twice before, first time it took too long to get started, the second time (previous tournament attempt, actually) it didn't even get off the ground, I'm just skeptical that this will start within a fair amount of time.

Her retinas are pinkish from the genes she took from her Zangoose father. The Sneasel wears a black leather collar around her neck that has embedded technology so advanced it's able to translate her speech into that of which humans can understand. Over it she wears a Reaper Cloak that can reach a past her feather-like tails, able to loosely cover her whole body if she wrapped it around her. Underneath is a pocket for each side holding a couple papers and pouches that holds one of her Lum Berry each. Pierced in her right plain ear is a hooplet earring with an Eviolite Stone attached to it (acting as a simple accessory for this battle). Her Smoke Ball attached to a titanum necklace hangs loosely around Fractal's left leaf-like ear conveying as if it were a simple accessory. Personality: Outside of battle, Fractal tries to enjoy life as she sees fit. She's highly reserved and unsocial to others, but won't hesitate with mischievous pranking to those she doesn't like. Along with enjoying her surroundings she often listens in to what other people are saying as she fully comprehends human speech. Battle Psychology: Fractal's genetically aggressive, be an offspring of a Zangoose and Sneasel, but is tactful from the number of battles she has been through over the years before and after her trainer's death. Disciplined in keeping her anger in check, the Sneasel is not as prone to losing composure and entering blind rage. Through the many challenges throughout her life, Fractal has shown to be courageous almost to a fault of making foolhardy decisions, even to the point of challenging the classic-god of Pokemon himself, Mewtwo (inevitably ending in defeat and narrowly escaping that battle as well). Skills: Nevermelt Shard Armor. [Passive] Being an Ice-type Pokemon, weather has no effect upon the ice shards that began growing around her body like armor, adding on defense for the cost of speed. After 3 turns, swords and projectiles that don't aim for the gap areas of the armor need more than one or two hits to pierce through the ice. Once the ice armor completely maxes out in stacks and has fully grown around the Sneasel (6 turns), magick will then fall under the same circumstances. [Active] At anytime, whether or not the armor is fully stacked, Fractal can have the ice crystals shatter into icicle missiles for area damage in a five yard radius, which has the potential to pierce into a tree when maxed out in stacks. She loses the defense that the armor gives, but regains her agility. Shadow Latch. Shadows are manipulated from around the area into a violet oozing ball. It can be launched in any general directions of about 25 yards before it phases out, with speeds that of a ball being thrown. When impacting the opponent the shadows latch on of them, slowing the target's movement for a turn as the shadows slowly droops back down to the ground. Toxic Slash. Her claws start to release a purple bubbly mist. Contact with this move has a 1 in 3 chance of poisoning the opponent, burning the target with pain over the time period of three turns. Crush Claw. Fractal's claws give off a bright static glow. The intensity and impact of the attack allows the Sneasel to pierce and slice through metal with a single slash. Equipment: Reaper Cloak. This hooded cloak is imbued with darkness and despair of it's wearer's past. It doesn't have any special features other than help shroud its wearer in darkness, but it can be a decent weapon when used correctly. Smoke Ball. This purple sphere has a large amount of smoke contained within it, which quickly explodes upon smashing it. A smokescreen provides cover and limiting sight range to a mere foot. Lum Berry (x2). Eating this green fruit will cure any status alignment effecting the eater. A great item to get rid of crowd control effects while enjoying a small hand-sized snack. Strengths: Metal Claws. Her large retractable claws are sturdy enough to scratch and compete with sharp lightweight weapons of steel. Another asset of Fractal's claws is their utility that can be used for climbing and digging. Free Running. A fusion of parkour and tricking. Traversing obstacles has been apart of Fractal's training well before being set through the paces of Pokemon battling. She's able to move through terrain while maintaining her good running speed while also pulling off acrobatic maneuvers that help make her parkour be a tad more flashy. Stamina also factors in as evading law enforcement was is more idle than being caught by them. Keen Eyes. Be it under fog, night or any other condition, Fractal's eye sight remains clear. Weaknesses: Limited Ranged. Range is a problem for Fractal, since her fighting style is close-quarters. Her arsenal of moves leave little in the way into retaliating, thus relying upon her speed to close in the distance. Deaf Ear. The Sneasel's right, non-leaf-like, ear is unable to hear a thing, making it easy to sneak up upon on the Pokemon on that side. Do keep in mind that even though you won't get an irrupted reaction by blowing fog horn into the right ear, her left ear is still functional and can pick up sounds from a yelling match and beyond. Feather Weight. She can dish the damage, but despite her size increase the Sneasel is still easy to thrown around when without more than three stacks of Nevermelt Shard Armor. Appearance: Refer to this image and this image for a general idea of his physical appearance. Caucasian skin tone with maroon eyes. Hair (more closely resembles the first picture) is green with several blue streaks along the bangs at the front and each 'spike' near the back. The shirt he wears is a darker shade of green compared to his hair and he wears an earthy brown jacket (similar to the vest in the second image but a bit longer) with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. The gloves on his hands are a similar shade of brown to his jacket. His pants are slightly loose towards the ends and are a dark blue shade with a few pockets like cargo pants, although these serve little purpose since he never stores anything in them. Finally he wears a pair of black sneakers with some blue markings on them that resemble two spikes coming from the top on either side and a single, smaller spike in the middle at the front of each shoe. Personality: Chaos is a fairly laid-back person who often takes things less seriously than he should. Some of his slightly random tendencies can make him a little tricky to be around at times, but for the most part he's a pretty friendly guy that can get along with just about anyone. He also has a habit of goofing around when he's bored. Battle Psychology: As his name might suggest, Chaos has no particular battle strategies to speak of. He rarely thinks ahead or plans things and he usually doesn't analyse that much in the heat of battle, leading to a rather random fighting style at best. Still, he tries his best to adapt to a situation when he can. -=Skills=- [Skill - Copy Weapon]: Using the CWS, Chaos creates an exact replica of the weapon his opponent is currently wielding, assuming they are wielding one at all. While the weapon will function exactly as the original does, Chaos' skill level and understanding of it may vary. In a worst case scenario he won't be able to wield it effectively at all, making this skill rather pointless. [Attack - Chaos Ripper]: While wielding his chainscythe Chaos can use this move to rotate rapidly, tearing anything that stands in his way to shreds. He can also use a variant where he leaps into the air slightly and rotates in a horizontal position, rolling along the battle field like a wheel. Overuse of this move will usually leave Chaos dizzy and disorientated, meaning he usually has to use it sparingly. [Attack - Xros Burning Rocker]: Chaos draws Shoutmon's Mic from the CWS and performs one of the signature moves of Shoutmon X7; Xros Burning Rocker. Setting the end ablaze he draws it back and slams it down into the ground, a blazing 'V' running along it towards his intended target. It will explode upon impact and may engulf the foe in flames for massive damage. However, it won't do much if the opponent avoids it. (Here's the real deal for reference's sake.) [Attack - Valiant Burst]: Chaos draws Fighting Fefnir's twin arm cannons, Sodom and Gomorrah, and dual wields them for a rapid salvo of shots. He can fire anywhere up to ten shots (five from each cannon) followed by a much larger fireball from each. When the last shots are fired simultaneously the two fire balls combine into a much larger shot for more damage, leading to a large explosion. The smaller shots are often quick and won't deal much damage, but it will add up if they all hit. This serves as Chaos' main ranged option. (Arm cannons look like the one featured here.) -=Equipment=- [Cloak of Whateverspace (CWS)]: A mysterious cloak which Chaos uses as storage space. While he usually isn't wearing it, the cloak appears around him whenever he needs to draw something from it, looking much like an ordinary brown cloak would. By reaching inside he can access his 'Whateverspace' where he stores... well... whatever he wants to really. He has also discovered that the cloak has the ability to create a copy of just about anything, which has increased his arsenal dramatically. For the sake of fairness (and because the rules wouldn't let him do otherwise) he has restricted himself to the use of only a few of the weapons available to him. [Chainscythe]: As the name might imply, this weapon is a mechanical hybrid between a scythe and a chainsaw. A relatively new weapon in his arsenal inspired by a friend of his, Chaos is currently trying it out as his own signature weapon. Basically the same as a regular scythe in appearance but with teeth along the blade that can be revved and a brake-like handle on the upper half which Chaos can squeeze to achieve said revving. When not in use it collapses to about half its height, the blade folding down beside the hilt for easy storage. -=Strengths=- [Unpredictable]: Chaos' somewhat random fighting style has a tendency to throw some opponents off, especially those who rely on the analysis of a foe's strategy to improve their own. Good luck predicting his moves! [Flow Fighter]: Due to how relaxed Chaos is he tends to go with the flow quite easily. As a result he never looses his cool or freaks out, even when the pressure gets turned up. [Think Fast!]: Chaos has pretty decent reflexes which allow him to dodge or parry attacks with ease, albeit last minute at times. However it should be noted that how well he does this can be affected by which weapon he's currently wielding. -=Weaknesses=- [Get Serious!]: Chaos has a bad habit of not taking things as seriously as he should, which can lead to him underestimating opponents. Needless to say that if he underestimates the wrong opponent things won't end well for him. [Luck of the Draw]: While Chaos can copy any weapon an opponent is wielding, how well he can use them is another case entirely. The new weapon may be more of a hindrance than an advantage, especially if he has to fiddle around with it to figure it out while his opponent will know exactly how it works. In scenarios like these he's likely to just toss the weapon aside and stick with what he knows. [Glass Cannon]: Chaos doesn't really wear much in the way of protective gear, so naturally he'll get hit by things a little harder than more heavily armoured people will.
