THERE'S A LOT OF INFORMATION SO BE READY TO GET YOUR MINDS BLOWN!!! This is a topic of my favorite and most inspiring band called Breaking Benjamin. First, here's the members... BREAKING BENJAMIN ORIGINATED IN WILKES BARRE, PENNSYLVANIA just to let you guys and gals know. The founders are from SELINSGROVE and MIDDLEBURG, PENNSYLVANIA. Benjamin Burnley (Vocals / Rhythm Guitar / Founder) (1998; 2001-2013) NOW...HERE'S THE OLDER AND FORMER BREAKING BENJAMIN MEMBERS... Chad Szeliga (Former Drums and Percussion) (2004-2012) Jeremy Hummel (Former Drums and Percussion / Co-Founder / 2001-2004) Aaron Fincke (Aaron Fink) (Former Lead Guitarist and was a back up vocalist for Saturate) (1998; 2001 - 2011) Markus James Klepaski (Mark James) (Former Bassist and was a back up vocalist for Saturate) (2001 - 2011) Johnathan "Bug" Price (Former Bassist) (2001) Chris Lightcap (Former Drums and Percussion) (1998) Chris with Aaron Nicholaus (Nick) Hoover (Former Bassist of 1998) BAND History of each member? Ben was in two bands called "Plan 9" and "Epoch" in the late 90's. Epoch was his High School band in Middleburg & Selinsgrove, PA. Markus James Klepaski was in "Driver, Lifer, and My Downfall." Also in "Strangers With Candy." Was in Breaking Benjamin 2001-2011. Jonathan "Bug" Price has been in Plan 9 in 2000-2001 and Breaking Benjamin until late 2001. He is now in Gas Station Disco, which released an EP recently. Aaron Fincke was in "Strangers With Candy, Seed, Driver, Lifer, My Downfall." Was in Breaking Benjamin from 1998-2011? Jeremy Hummel was in "Plan 9" and "Cleopatra's Needle." Was in Breaking Benjamin from 2001-2004. Now is in EVE and some other Project Bands. Chad was in a previous band called OurAfter. He plays with Black Label Society and is no longer in Breaking Benjamin. The only reason why Breaking Benjamin is only BEN and no one else because Ben fired Aaron Fincke and Mark Klepaski due to their unauthorized remix of "Blow Me Away" Featuring Syd Duran of Valora and the lawsuit has been settled. Chad left due to creative differences. It was nothing against Ben. Jeremy left in 2004 because he had family to take care of and when he came back, he was fired and they went through a lawsuit to give him full credit of the material they made. RECENT NEWS: Aaron Fincke and Mark Klepaski are now in an Alternative Rock band named STARDOG CHAMPION (yes, a Mother Love Bone track). The band released an EP, which I have on my YouTube. All YouTube videos except for some Music Videos I uploaded. My account is mxnpolyamorous. I pretty much did this because Breaking Benjamin kept me alive through my suicidal/homicidal years. BUT, look at SHALLOW BAY and you'll see that Ben has updated us on information that he plans to put the lawsuit behind him. He's planning the future for the band so you'll see material soon! All my friends are into Meek Mill, Lil' Wayne, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, and all of that horse shit. I told them to keeping listening to the same music over and over again because rappers can never find a subject that isn't different than their life, sex, drugs, money, some girl they know. Same as country. All they talk about is a girl (sometimes comparing her to a tractor), tractors, pick-up trucks, beer, and deer. ALL THE SAME SHIT!!!

Lol all those songs with Nirvana and before time I love. I am a huge fan of classic rock from the 70's and 80's. To me, I just never caught on to BB. It is a good band don't get me wrong, but I prefer some of the older ones. The covers that they did with those bands however were awesome.

The covers that they did with those bands however were awesome. My favorites was the covers from Tool, Nirvana, Deftones, and Rage Against the Machine. "Bulls on Parade" was funny because he was rapping. If you listen to the Breaking Benjamin rare song, "Run" and then, listen to Nirvana's "Territorial Pissings," you'll see how they sound alike. Same as BB's "Joseph" and Nirvana's "Lithium." You can tell Benjamin Burnley is a child of Nirvana. He is a huge fan of Kurt Cobain.

Smells Like Teen Spirit was my all time favorite. I also loved how Ben uses quotes from Nirvana. Here are examples... Breaking Benjamin's "No Games" Quote: "Tied to the needle, My drunk libido..." Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" Quote: "A mosquito...My Libido!!"

The Saturate album makes me happy and not scared of anything, We Are Not Alone brings my romantic side, Phobia makes me aware of what's around me, and Dear Agony reminds me of one of my dead friends.
