Akiro nodded his head briefly, then thought for a moment. "Alright, Fine, Means we have the coin we came here for. However, I feel this guys a bit too suspicious to leave here to his own Devices. First off, He can SEE us, and then secondly, he has the power to take on, and win against, Hollows. I say we bind him, and Take him for questioning. Your thoughts, Tiya, Ein?" Akiro said, stepping closer to the guy, seeming casual, sword at his side, though it was perfectly ready to go for an attack if the guy made a move. "Having said that out loud, I doubt we can trust a word this guy says for a while, seeing how he'll probly try and say anything to get free." Akiro said, gambling on whether Tiya would kinda catch on that something was going on, that Ein would add his voice, and that Kane would be such a battle maniac, that he'd be more than happy to help restrain this man by force. At least one of these would more than likely happen, thus probly causing a domino effect for the other two. |

"What the hell would binding him do. He wont talk if he is all comfortable." Kane states as he moved towards Sydin. "Lets rip him apart, getting his blood flowing a bit. Maybe he'll spit something out worth keeping him alive." He adds, twirling his sword even though it wasn't in its shikai form yet. Kane always twirled his sword before attack, it was his way of warning his foe. "Quick to fight as always, Kane." Upon hearing Sydin speak Kane's name, everyone became tensed. How did this guy know Kane's name. "Maybe I wasn't clear the first time. I'm a bounty hunter, but that doesn't limit me to only humans. I get paid to capture or kill spirits, to fetch artifacts and jewels containing spiritual matters, and I'm sometimes paid to solve haunted places and shed light on the truth... Your name came up a while ago. Way before you brought this place down. I wasn't sure if it was you or not, but twirling your sword just confirmed it... Of course, I'm not stupid enough to take the bounty on your head. I wouldn't last very long-" "Damn right you wouldn't... However, I'm willing to see how far you'd get." Kane's eyes pulsated a gold color, as if he was just itching to rip his sword through Sydin's chest. "Wait, why would-" "Who cares, this is all pointless anyways. We came to get something, and apparently we got more than what we came for... Tiya, bind him." Ein spoke up, to which Tiya just stood there frozen, looking at Ein as if asking if he was serious or not, maybe she was still confused. "Like hell." Kane spat out, and suddenly burst forward towards Sydin. A loud clashing sound was heard, metal colliding with metal. However, it wasn't Sydin, but Hensa. Kane's eyes froze as he looked into the eyes of Hensa, holding him back without any real effort. "I-I'm sorry..." Soly soon confessed. "I didn't know what was going on, so I called him here." She adds, pointing to her head as if she did it mentally. The three of them were part of the same family, Red Gem family called them. This red gem that Hensa proudly displays ties each of them together, allowing them to communicate with each other, and in some cases, combined their zanpakuto's abilities together. "Tiya, do as you were commanded." Hensa states, sheathing his sword as Kane backed away. "No need, I'll gladly tag along and answer any questions... However, I have to stop at my clients shop first. I'd like to complete my task first, if that isn't too much trouble." "Its fine... Akiro, Ein, follow this man and wait for us at this shop he mentioned. We'll meet you there once we finish this other task... Tiya, Soly, wait for me in my office until I return." Hensa ordered, looking at each of them as he spoke the order he gave them. "Kane, we need to hurry. A espada just showed up on the east side of this subway station. Apparently they're looking for this coin.. Perhaps something else... Lets move." With that said, Hensa started a light jog back up the stairs, quickly followed by Kane who took a moment to stare Sydin down. Tiya and Soly soon followed afterward, which left Ein and Akiro along with Sydin. "I hope you don't mind, but I'd rather walk..." Sydin states, seeing as how everyone was in such a hurry. He took two steps then stopped as Ein moved himself in front of him. "Akiro... I'm kinda lazy at the moment... Mind taking the coin from this guy?" Ein states, crossing his arms as he walked away from Sydin, giving him and Akiro from fighting room. "I see... Still don't trust me then... I have no choice then." Sydin spoke, forming a gold sphere once more. However, he reached into it and pulled out a katana, which gave off an odd vibe, almost as if it was a zanpakuto. "Shall we dance.." Sydin spoke, pointing his sword at Akiro. |

Akiro watched the series of events, and then heard the orders. he started to go to follow the other two, when sudden, the man drew a sword, and pointed it at him. Instantly his sword has up and ready. "So, I've gotta take this guy and, and take the coin he was Hiding, huh? Fine. Spin, Gyanbura!" ((8)) Suddenly, His blade seemed to vanish, before a breeze was felt, as a blade of wind formed, in the Shape of a tornado. It spun with enough speed to gather varoius light debris, in the surrounding area. it still had a solid enough form on its own, but the various dust, light rubble, and trash, to strengthen it. |

"Impressive... Hardly." Sydin spoke, only to have a small swirl of spirit energy swirl around him, as if he was getting ready for something. Ein was a bit shocked, seeing this guy putting out spirit energy. "Unlock, Goruju Rensa(Gorge Chain(or Connection))." Upon speaking those words, his spirit energy rose a bit. As well, his sword changed. The blade was now an all black circular metal piece. As well, the hilt was covered in chains, so much so, that one would think there was no hilt to begin with. Sydin then disconnected the 'blade' from the hilt, looking at it for a moment before tossing it aside. "Prepare yourself, shinigmai... I don't take lightly to threats." Sydin states as he narrowed his eyes a bit. And then he simply waited for Akiro to make his move. Ein was confused completely. Was this guy seriously human at all? Of course, Ein didn't need to couch Akiro that Sydin just brought out a shikai. How he did so was beyond him, but that wasn't the important part. The important part, would be what this shikai does, and why did he just toss away the 'blade' part of the weapon? |

Just as the guy looked at his blade, and reached for it, Not looking at Akiro, Akiro swung his blade along the ground, Creating a powerful gust of wind, carrying any debris it could pick up, to about the weight of a fist sized chunk of rock, spinning at the man at high speed, And then quickly whirled another one onto his blade by doing a brief spin, before going for an overhead slash at the man, using the tornado to act as Cover for him. |

Sydin simply watched, in fact he didn't even move. It was hard to tell if he didn't have the chance to, or simply didn't want to. Either way, Sydin was tossed back by the attack, the wind tossing him a bit as the debris landed a few hits, managed to even cut his left arm. Sydin's back hit a pillar that held up the large lobby they were in, making it crack and shake as he dropped to his knees. He took his time getting up, only to find that Akiro wasn't done attacking yet. Oddly enough, Sydin did dodge the sword swing. And seeing as he was so close to the pillar, Akiro's sword would hit that instead of Sydin. However, Sydin was weaponless. The hilt that he was holding was stabbed into the pillar. Apparently this happened when he tossed into the pillar. "Why the hell would he still stand so close to him if his weapon was stuck to..." Ein began thinking, until he saw the bladed part Sydin tossed aside before. The might wind didn't even blow it away, in fact, it didn't even move an inch. "Akiro!" "Lock..." Sydin spoke while Ein shouted. Both the hilt and the blade glowed as a large, blade like chain would appear between the two. If Akiro didn't move out in time, which there wasn't much time given, the chain would pierce through Akiro's right forearm. Not only would it pierce his forearm, but it would also trap him there. The only way he'd be free, is if he pulled his arm and basically rip most of his arm off. Obviously Sydin's intent wasn't to attack Akiro, but just to keep him still. Even if his plan didn't work, Sydin was confidant that he made a pretty decent gap between them as he started to walk away from Akiro, reaching into his pocket and pulling something out. "Goruju Rensa's hilt and blade can not be moved. The are heavy beyond compare, and only I'm allowed to pick them up. Also, Goruju Rensa's chain is strong, but also flexible... I'll give you what you want." He finally states, to which Ein only stared for a moment, trying to see the item Sydin took out of his pocket. "But first, we'll need to complete my task, as I said before." He adds, to which Ein just crossed his arms and looked to Akiro while nodding. "Fine..." Ein states with a stern and angered tone. Now it fell on Akiro to either comply, or continue to the fight. |

Akiro had already planned on retreating from the man, having also been confused by the blade being tossed aside, so when Ein called his name, he immediately backed up. he was surprised when the chain appeared, and it would have pierced his arm had he stayed still. Then he watched Eins and Sydins exchange, to see Ein nod at him. "... Fine." he then spun his blade, and it turned back to its sealed state, to sheath it. "Whats this task you need completed?" |

"Its simple, really... I need to return this coin back to its proper owner." Sydin tells them, to which Ein blinked a bit. "What do mean? The 'owner' of that coin is-" "Not dead... Whatever lie they told you was a good one. Rumor has it that the year of the Great Bankai is upon. Seeing the symbol of the great bankai on that girl's head band must mean that the one she was flirting with must be the Great Bankai holder... You see, each Great Bankai Year has two elements, the holder and the symbol. The symbol is always attracted to, or attracts, the holder. Every year this has happened, the shinigamis would kill the holder, thus ending the life of the symbol. However, the last year this happened, they didn't kill the him, thus the symbol remained. This serves as more of a threat now, because this new holder now has two symbols, one that is attracting him, and the other that is attracted to him. This is why Kane continues to return to this place-" "What the hell is your deal..." Ein cut him off, a bit angered and frustrated. This guy didn't give off a shinigami spirit energy, yet he used a zanpakuto. He didn't say 'we' when he spoke about the shinigami, as if he wasn't one to begin with. "How do you know so much about this. And don't give me that bounty hunter bullshit." He adds, to which Sydin just stared for a moment. "My master, who is an ex-shinigami, has taught me and told me everything... Your 'friends' are going to kill Kane if we don't set things right." "And how does returning the coin set things right?" Sydin just stared for a moment again, not liking that Ein cut him of again. "Each holder has a symbol for a reason. The captains that are long dead and gone, believed that destroying, hiding, and separating the holder and symbol would stop the holder from unleashing the great bankai power. They were wrong. Without the symbol, the holder gives into the great bankai's urge to be free. They become consumed by the power and lose their mind..." Sydin tells them, to which he started to walk towards his zanpakuto. "Unlock." He spoke, to which the chain vanished within a blink of an eye the sword returned to its sealed state. "There is two ways to end this... And I believe with your power, Akiro, this can be done... There is a myth of a person who inherits the ability needed for such a task. This person is called the Sealer." Sydin states, to which he waited for Akiro or Ein to speak, which Ein was all out of questions at the moment. |

Akiro had closed his eyes, nodding his head as he processed all the information. "So, left me get this right; First off, The reason you know all this sh*t is cause your master was an Ex-Shinigami. Second, In previous years, the 'Symbol' would be killed, to try and prevent the 'Holder' from gaining his power, however, often it ended up in Causing the holder g=to go wacko, thus unleashing the Great Bankai. That is why, for whatever reason, there are two symbols this time. Thirdly, You believe that I'm what is known as the 'Sealer', supposedly the only one who can prevent all this crazy crap from going down, thus preventing lots of deaths. Correct so far?" After a brief moment, (In an anime style scene) he flipped a table, Saying "I've still got a few questions!" "Firstly, You said 'That is the reason Kane is drawn here". Are you saying this collapsed subway is the second symbol that is attracting him? And secondly, Yourself! You claim to not be a spirit, yet you can see them, and Shinigami. You claim to not be a Shinigami, yet you're still capable of pulling out a Zanpukutou, and Doing a Shikai Release. Explain that!" |

In the same anime and comical way, Sydin pulled up a random chair and crossed his legs, being all proper. However, there was a casualness about him as he was slouching. "Incorrect, to a point." Sydin starts off, closing his eyes as he prepared his long speech. "This event is going to happen, regardless of what we do. The captains are heavily fixed on capturing the Great Bankai Holder that they'll do whatever it takes to makes sure he awakens. Your job, as the Great Bankai Sealer, is to take down the Holder and ensure that it never rises again, hence why your called the Sealer. You don't prevent anything, you just do the cleaning up, so to speak. Now onto Kane and this place." Sydin paused for a moment, then reached into his pocket and pulled out a coin, which had the same symbol that Soly had on the pendant that is on her headband. "This coin has been attracting Kane for some times now. He may not realize it, but it calls to the Great Bankai itself, and never Kane directly. the more the Great Bankai consumes him, the more he'll be able to hear this calling. The way that it consumes him, is if he is drifting away from it. However, at this point, there are two symbols. The girl with the headband, and this coin. The shinigami that bares the symbol is attracted to Kane however, so in fact the Great Bankai is calling her instead of the other way around. The more she is around him, the less it calls her. Should they drift apart..." Sydin suddenly became serious as he opened his eyes. "She'll slowly start to die... At first, it will look like that she is becoming weaker and weaker, but soon it will be noticeable that her very existence is slipping away. It will drive her to the point of suicide, as she'll hear the voice of the Great Bankai become louder and more demanding. It will drive her insane until she ends her life..." He informs, to which he stood up and crossed his arms. "I could be wrong about all of this, as I'm just guessing from the information told to me. There has never been a case where two symbols existed at the same time, not to mention that they are two different symbols... Now for your final question." Sydin cleared his throat a bit, thinking of how to tell them in a few words. "Me telling you this might cloud your judgement of me and my master... My master is in fact the last Great Bankai Holder before Kane... Or at least, he was. An odd event occurred where they tried to capture him and use his power for themselves. They failed, and he ended up switching places with another shinigami. This stripped him of his power while uncovering his eyes. He was able to think clearly and see his friends as friends, not as foes. However, they banished him, thinking he was still a threat. Since he no longer had his original zanpakuto and shinigami powers, he had to use the body he was 'given.' His zanpakuto now grants the him the ability to give others shinigami-like powers. This was a mishap, an error that occurred due to the captain's stubbornness. Their plan resulted in this odd ability, when normally the body he is using had the ability to take over a person's body for a short period of time..." After his long speech, he sighed, as if that was a bit much to spit out. "I shouldn't have told you half of the things I did... My master will not be pleased with me, but I did it because I feel you two can help... However, you must keep this a secret from the others. If they find out, we wont be able to save Kane and the girl that carries the symbol." He finishes, waiting for a reply from either Ein or Akiro. Ein only blinked a few times, not sure if this guy could be trusted or not, however everything he said for far adds up. At least, most of it does. |

Akiro nodded, as he had been corrected on the things he had been fuzzy on. "Hmm... What do you think Ein? You're the lieutenant here, not me." Akiro said, sheathing his sword, but keeping himself alert to draw it again. |

Ein simply shrugged, not really caring at all it seems. "I could careless, actually... But, I was given an order, so I'll carry that out and we'll go from there... You had a task to complete, I suggest we take care of that first." Ein tells them, closing his eyes as he waited for a reply. Sydin only nods his head, to which he started to walk towards the stairs that leads them out of the subway station. Once they reached the top of the stairs Sydin looked around for a moment. There were people walking around, too many people around for him to just leap into the air and start running. "Hope you don't mind walking." Sydin spoke to them, and started to head for the shop he was going to go to in the first place. "We'll stop at the shop first, then I'll take you to my master." He tells them, to which Ein just shrugged as they started to walk. However, there was a question he had in mind. Why does Kane have a bounty on his head? Ein had several guesses, but he wouldn't voice the question. "If you have any questions, now would be the time to ask them." Sydin tells them, to which Ein remained silent. Maybe Akiro had some questions. |

throughout the entire walk no one said a word. They reached a house that seemed to be a bit out of reach from the main streets, hardly anyone walked down street. It was also so close to the forest as well, maybe that was the reason no one walked down this path. "Oh Sydin, welcome back." An old man's voice spoke from the window of the house. "Come right in, I'll meet you down stairs." He adds, only looking at Sydin, as if he couldn't even see Ein and Akiro. Sydin let himself, and the two others, in and took a seat at the table, sitting on a pillow as he waited. The old man finally arrived and looked at Sydin with glee. "Did you find out the truth? Is it what we spoke about? Is it my father?" He asked, excited indeed. Sydin just motioned for the old man to take a seat, to which he did and waited. "Your father is dead... Again, in other words. He was drawn to the coin as we thought. Though, he is not the reason why the station was haunted. Its as I said, hollows, similar to your father, are drawn to the coin because of its great power... There is more to this, however that information was not in our deal." Sydin spoke, pulling out a dark drown scarf from his pocket, or what was left of it. The old man's eyes started to water as he slowly reached out and held the cloth within his hands. "He is dead then... Couldn't be saved..." "I told you before, saving him wasn't-" "But you could of tried!" The old man shouted, crying fully now as he sniffed back some tears. "I did what I was paid to do... Now pay me." Sydin demanded, to which the old man waited for a moment, then pointed to the counter where a small bag of money sat. "Take it and go..." With that said, Sydin got up and grabbed the money. "And tell your friends they aren't welcomed here either... If they're walking around with you, they must be scum like you... Even if I can't see them, I can feel them..." The old man adds with a bit of anger. "For a blind man... Your powers would tell you other wise..." Sydin states, then motioned for Ein and Akiro to leave. Once they left, Sydin sighs a bit annoyed. "Care to explain?" "We have a long walk to my master's hideout... I'll tell you then." Sydin told Ein as he headed off into the Forest. Ein followed after him, expecting an explanation soon. |

Akiro walked in front of Sydin, and just after he said he'd explain at there next destination, Out of the blue, Slugged Sydin in the face, Knocking him onto his back. Akiro cracked his knuckles, and shook his hand, glaring at Sydin. "So, Some old blind guy asked you to try and find the source of whatever, and if possible, His father. You found both, But the father being attacked. Having not been obliged to act, you just sat back and watched the show of Hollows, or some other, KILL that man." Akiro effectively summarized. "Not only That, you then, have the nerve to go waltz up to the old guy, give him the scarf, confirming the fathers death, then, Just to torment the guy, you tell him that You could have saved him, but didn't cuz you hadn't been payed enough, THEN, as if all that shit wasn't Enough, you then go and Demand your Payment, for some half-assed job, without even any Remourse for the old blinds Heart!" Just then, Akiro placed his palm in the guys face, and not caring at the moment, "Sokatsui!" Right into Sydins face. "What the fudge kind of Human Being is as heartless as a Hollow, Huh!?" Akiro raged at the man, and for just the briefest moment, Ein saw tinges of black on the outskirts of his eyes, and yelling, Barely tinging his pupils, but after a moment, it receeded. "I don't Give a fudge that you're some Human, that the previous great Bankai user taught, you don't deserve to even Live, even in the Soul Society!!!" |
